After watching Sixth Street Gang members completely leave the street, Brother Ni returned to the bar and immediately squeezed into the conversation upon hearing the two talking.

Over time, they understood that it was practically useless as nobody would offend those criminals and the gangs behind them for such little cash.

When bounty became an effective tactic, clearing past crimes became impending.
