Chapter 214: Chapter 214: Opening the Second Route!
The nine of them just watched Reina eat her noodles.
It was like watching a live mukbang—she made eating look so appetizing!
When she slurped up the last bite, she lifted the big bowl with both hands and gulped down all the soup in one go.
"Ahhh…"
*Hiccup~~*
Reina set down the empty bowl, let out a satisfied sigh, and then… hiccupped.
"Hehe~ Reina, are you full?" Anya asked happily, seeing that Reina had finished everything.
"Mm~ I'm full..." Reina answered. Then, realizing that everyone was staring at her, she immediately tucked her hands between her legs and lowered her head in embarrassment.
"So cute…" Robin said with a smile, squinting slightly.
"Do you… do you want one?" Sugar couldn't resist and handed Reina another blueberry.
"Th…thank you…" Reina hesitated for a moment before accepting the blueberry.
But she didn't eat it right away.
Back then, it was the Donquixote Family that captured her. She had seen Sugar's photo in the newspapers.
She had no idea why Sugar was now part of the Dream Exploration Team, so she was still wary of her.
However, seeing that Reina had accepted the fruit, Sugar's mood instantly brightened, and a happy expression appeared on her face.
"I'm back, everyone!" Suddenly, Hog's voice came from the doorway. Everyone turned to look and saw Hog carrying a bunch of tools as he walked in.
"How did it go?"
"Hogg, have you learned the coating technique?" Ryuen asked.
"Pretty much. Today, I helped the veteran craftsmen coat other ships.
I observed for a long time, and this ship didn't get crushed by the water pressure.
If I study it a bit more, I'll be able to handle the coating when we head to Fish-Man Island," Hogg said confidently.
"Great. In that case, we're done with everything we needed to do at Sabaody Archipelago.
Nami, we'll set sail tomorrow and begin our journey on the second route!" Ryuen said, then turned to Nami.
"No problem! I've already mastered the technique of navigating in reverse using the Log Pose.
So we don't need a permanent Log Pose or a Vivre Card—we can sail back from Sabaody Archipelago just fine!" Nami said with confidence.
"That's amazing! Let's get some rest tonight and set off first thing in the morning!" Ryuen said excitedly.
"Got it!" everyone answered in unison.

Early the next morning, on Island 69.
The entire Dream Exploration Crew gathered here. Unlike when they arrived, this time, they had two kids with them.
Sugar, as a Devil Fruit user with a power based on rules, could play an unexpected role in critical moments.
Reina, as a member of the Mink Tribe, would be able to help them find Zou once they entered the New World!
Islands 60 to 69 served as Marine bases and exclusive ports for the Marines and the World Government. Because of this, the Dream had been well taken care of while docked.
Some port workers who admired the crew even gave the ship a thorough cleaning.
"Rear Admiral Ryuen, are you setting sail already?" the port supervisor, Zack, asked reluctantly.
"Yeah, we've finished mapping Sabaody Archipelago, so it's time to leave. Commander Zack, thank you and your team for cleaning the Dream," Ryuen said as he looked at the ship's refreshed exterior, immediately realizing it was the work of the port crew.
"Yiya~ Yiya~~"
Zack waved his hand shyly and said, "It was nothing at all. You and your crew are always welcome at the Sabaody Archipelago port base."
"Hahahaha~~~"
"We'll be back. Until next time!" Ryuen laughed.
The rest of the crew also said their goodbyes to Zack before boarding the Dream. They skillfully lowered the sails, and with the ocean breeze and the ship's propulsion, the Dream quickly left the harbor.
*Tap, tap, tap…*
As the Dream slowly sailed out of the port, Reina ran excitedly around the deck, curiously looking in every direction.
She touched the railing one moment and crouched down to examine the deck the next, her eyes filled with excitement and wonder.
"Reina, be careful! Don't trip!" Robin gently reminded her.
Reina turned around, squinting as she smiled. "I got it, Robin!"
Then she continued her little exploration around the deck.
Sugar watched Reina's carefree excitement and couldn't help but feel happy, too. But since she was nearly twenty, she felt too embarrassed to run around like that.
Instead, she quietly walked to the railing, resting her hands on it as she gazed out at the endless sea.
The sunlight shimmered on the water's surface, reflecting the blue sky and white clouds—it was breathtaking.
Taking a deep breath, Sugar let the fresh sea breeze wash over her.
This time, heading out to sea felt different. For the first time, she felt truly free, as if all the weight on her shoulders had been lifted.
"Hmm…"
She closed her eyes and enjoyed the peaceful moment.
"This salty sea breeze is still the most comfortable..." Ryuen stretched lazily as he sat on the lookout post of the mast.
He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and felt the gentle breeze brush against his cheeks.
At the same time, the other crew members were busy with their tasks.
After spending a few days docked at the port, the Dream had to be cleaned up again. Everyone got to work, tidying their rooms and preparing for the next journey.
~~~~~~
Meanwhile, in Marineford.
When Sengoku received the report about the Dream Exploration Team setting sail, his expression turned strange for a moment before he quickly regained his composure.
"Sengoku Fleet Admiral, since the Dream Exploration Team hasn't entered the New World yet, our plan..." Brannew reminded him tactfully.
"Sigh..."
"Put it on hold for now. I didn't expect them to take the time to travel through all six routes. Quite a responsible team..." Sengoku said with a complicated expression.
Originally, he thought their next step would be entering the New World.
So he had come up with a plan—to publicly accuse the Dream Exploration Team of murdering nine Celestial Dragons. That way, the World Government wouldn't provide them any protection.
This was Vice Admiral Tsuru's theory, but Sengoku was convinced that the Dream Exploration Team was responsible.
After all, those dead Celestial Dragons had once joined forces with Saint Isred to go against the Dream Exploration Team. And their way of doing things had always been an eye-for-an-eye approach.
As for the lack of evidence? That didn't matter. As long as the Marines and the World Government acknowledged it, that was enough.
Once they lost their protected status, the World Government and the Marines could label them as pirates—of course, Ryuen's Marine identity had always been fake anyway.
At that point, they could finally carry out the Four Emperors plan again.
But for all of this to happen, the Dream Exploration Team needed to enter the New World first. When that time came, even if Ryuen refused to cooperate, Sengoku had ways to make him agree.
"I'll go pass down the order now and have our people withdraw for the time being," Brannew said before heading straight to the classified communications room.
"Cunning little brats~~~" Sengoku shook his head and continued handling official business.
