He opened the refrigerator, ready to prepare something to eat, but realized it was empty. It was then that he remembered, although the villa was cleaned daily and looked spotless, no one lived there, so naturally there wouldn't be any food around.

Just as he was about to give up on breakfast, he saw Liu Yuan driving his Bingchi car slowly into the premises. From the car, he carried several cartons of milk, bread, and various ingredients for making breakfast.

"Mr. Xiao, good morning. I hope I didn't disturb you. I forgot these breakfast items yesterday and only remembered this morning. I went shopping for them early. See if there's anything missing. If there's anything else you need, just let me know, and I'll continue to shop for you."

Liu Yuan was carrying box after box inside when he saw that Xiao Yi was already up and standing there; he paused briefly, then smiled and said.

"No, everything is complete. Mr. Liu, thank you for your effort."

Xiao Yi hadn't expected Liu Yuan to be so thoughtful as to even consider this, and he couldn't help but feel touched.

"Mr. Xiao, no need to be polite. This is what I should do. If you don't have anything else for me, I'll be leaving now. I have to go pick up Mr. Chen."

Liu Yuan quickly waved his hand.

"Yeah, that's all. Go on with your work."

Xiao Yi nodded.

"Goodbye, Mr. Xiao."

Liu Yuan was indeed in a hurry. After speaking quickly, he left swiftly. Usually, at this time, he should already be waiting in front of Chen Jianguo's villa. The breakfast issue had occurred to him suddenly while he was eating breakfast, and upon realizing it, he left his own meal uneaten, heading straight for the supermarket. Even so, he was somewhat rushed, and time was tight.

After Liu Yuan left, Xiao Yi took out some readymade ingredients from the fridge, quickly prepared himself breakfast, then grabbed his cloth bag containing his textbooks for today's classes on Mathematical Analysis and Ma Zhengjing's lecture, and headed to the university.

Mathematical Analysis was a basic public course. Students from several majors in the freshman year of the School of Mathematics, totaling around three hundred, all gathered together in a large classroom in the public teaching building to attend this class.

When Xiao Yi entered the classroom, it was almost full. The students destined for the class had nearly all arrived. Since it was a public course, Xiao Yi's entrance didn't attract much attention. After all, with several classes together, it was unlikely anyone would recognize everyone. Moreover, Xiao Yi wasn't the type of handsome or cool guy that stood out on first glance. Dressed in casual clothes, he looked exceedingly ordinary among the students, his only distinctive features being his somewhat lean and pale appearance.

A few who noticed him simply glanced up and then turned back to their affairs, such as previewing for class. Although Mathematical Analysis was a basic course, it wasn't easy, being more difficult than the advanced mathematics that ordinary engineering students dealt with, especially since the School of Mathematics at Z University used textbooks considered among the most challenging in the nation's universities. For these students, learning was still quite demanding.

Xiao Yi's gaze swept over the classroom, and then he walked directly towards a seat by the window in the far corner at the back.

Seeing Xiao Yi walk straight to that spot and sit down without a care, some of the students around him instantly came to a halt, turning their gazes fully towards him. Their eyes were filled with immense surprise, disbelief coloring their expressions.

It was as if they were saying, could someone really dare to sit in that seat?

Xiao Yi also felt the stares of the students around him. He frowned slightly, his eyes revealing a hint of confusion.

But it was only for a moment. Soon, he recovered his indifferent demeanor, took out his textbook, and began to flip through it listlessly. Although the content held no difficulty for him and couldn't spark his interest, since he had decided to blend into this life, it made sense to play along for appearances. Besides, there would be exams in the future, and he certainly couldn't rely on Chen Jianguo to pull strings for him when the time came. So looking at the books now to familiarize himself with the structure of the materials was a good idea.

However, just as he had barely flipped through a few pages and hadn't even finished scanning the contents, he suddenly felt the atmosphere in the classroom begin to grow peculiar.

There seemed to be a strong force coming from the entrance of the classroom, which was getting closer to him.

Xiao Yi found this quite odd and lifted his head.

As soon as he looked up, he was momentarily stunned. All the students' eyes seemed to have focused on him at some point, each face showing an eager look as though they were expecting a drama to unfold.

The only ones not looking at him with that anticipation were a few people who had just entered from the classroom door—a girl so beautiful it was almost blinding, accompanied by four handsomely dressed boys. The stunning girl was in the lead, her brows slightly knitted as she stared at him, seemingly expressing her dissatisfaction. Behind her, the four boys had various expressions of sneers, gloom, or rage fixed on him.

Caught off guard and still unclear of the situation, Xiao Yi watched as the five-member group with their overwhelming presence approached him. Before the lead girl could speak, one of the boys behind her, not particularly tall but incredibly muscular, pointed angrily at Xiao Yi and bellowed, "Hey, kid, what class are you from? You've got some nerve, sitting in Sister Hua's seat!"

"Sister Hua's seat?"

Xiao Yi looked at the group marching towards him with some confusion, noting the beautiful girl's fixed gaze on his seat, and he began to grasp the situation. Not bothering to address the boy's rudeness, he picked up his small cloth bag and shifted to the side, yielding the seat. Standing up, he made way and said, "Alright, go ahead and sit."

"Kid, you know what's good for you."

The muscular boy, seeing Xiao Yi willingly give up the seat, felt a flash of pride and cast an ingratiating look at the beauty and another tall, handsome youth. But turning back to see Xiao Yi standing next to the seat, his anger flared up again, "Kid, are you not going to get lost? You think you can sit with Sister Hua?"

The other three boys nearby were surprised by Xiao Yi's actions and then, one by one, their mouths twisted into sneers and jeers. The tall, handsome boy looked at Xiao Yi with a chill in his eyes.

The surrounding students gazed at Xiao Yi as if he were an odd penguin, exchanging glances with each other, a question evident in everyone's eyes: Which class's national treasure is this? How can he be so stupid?

Others had expressions of understanding and then positioned themselves to watch the show eagerly, focusing on Xiao Yi.
