In the arena on the Fifth Floor, Nana was sparring with Hamsuke.

Just as Nana was about to win, Hamsuke's tail suddenly appeared out of nowhere and struck Nana directly on the head.

Nana took a heavy hit and collapsed to the ground.

"That was close! I almost lost!" Hamsuke exclaimed.

"Lord Nana, are you alright?" Hamsuke asked, concerned about Nana's condition.

Nana didn't respond, appearing to have passed out.

A lizardman skilled in healing magic immediately stepped forward and cast a healing spell on Nana.

"Lord Hamsuke, it's just some superficial wounds—nothing serious," the lizardman reassured him.

"That's good! That's good!" Hamsuke said, relieved.

Nana had lost consciousness due to Hamsuke's powerful blow. While unconscious, a faint, desperate woman's voice echoed in her mind, pleading for help. The voice spoke of being trapped in a mountain cave with no way out, conveying a sense of utter despair.

Suddenly, Nana remembered something.

Thousand Leagues Astrologer was still trapped in that cave. Nana had completely forgotten about her. After completing her spy mission, Peroroncino had praised her a few times, which made her so excited that she completely pushed Thousand Leagues's situation out of her mind.

Upon waking, Nana immediately bid farewell to Hamsuke and set off to find Peroroncino to inform him of this matter.

Arriving at Peroroncino's bedroom door on the Third Floor, Nana noticed several Vampire Brides peeking through the door.

"Um, is Lord Peroroncino inside?" Nana asked.

"Shh!" one of the Vampire Brides whispered, gesturing for silence.

"Lord Peroroncino is busy with important matters. If you have something to discuss, wait until he's finished."

Curious, Nana ended up joining the group of onlookers.

"I'm just doing some early research!" Nana rationalized to herself.

Inside, Shalltear was sprawled on the floor like a puddle of melted wax.

A bottle of milk sat on the table, and traces of milk were visible on Shalltear's exposed skin.

Peroroncino, in his bird-like body, seemed to have gone all out in his efforts to satisfy Shalltear.

Given Shalltear's petite frame, the sheer size of Peroroncino's avian form made everything... particularly overwhelming for her.

Peroroncino had fully embraced the philosophy of pushing Shalltear to her limits, ensuring she was utterly satisfied every time.

From within the room came the sound of a mournful, holy hymn.

After Peroroncino finished, Nana informed him about Thousand Leagues.

Shalltear opened a portal and, following Nana's directions, arrived near the capital of the Slen Church Country. She found the cave as instructed.

Upon entering the cave, they discovered that Thousand Leagues was already dead.

Thousand Leagues's eyes slowly opened.

Upon seeing Nana, Thousand Leagues said with a relieved smile.

After being without food or water, Thousand Leagues had spent her final moments hoping that Nana would remember her.

But the greater the hope, the greater the disappointment. No matter how much she prayed or pleaded, no one came to save her.

She could only slowly await her death in the cold cave.

That feeling of utter despair hastened Thousand Leagues's demise.

After taking in her surroundings, she realized that someone had used a resurrection spell on her.

Just as she was about to speak, Nana lifted her up.

Shalltear opened a portal, and they were all teleported directly back to Nazarick.

Thousand Leagues also noticed Shalltear.

She remembered the time when the Slen Church's Dark Holy Codex team had encountered Shalltear.

Back then, she had been closely following the battle between Shalltear and the Black Scripture. In her mind, Shalltear was ranked second in strength.

The first, of course, was the Sorcerer King. The battle on the Katze Plains was still vivid in her memory.

Peroroncino glanced at Thousand Leagues a few times but quickly realized she wasn't his type.

After arriving here and staying for a while, it wasn't too bad. I wasn't restricted in my movements, as long as I stayed within the country.

Then Divine Chant shared her entire experience with Thousand Leagues.

When comparing their stories, Thousand Leagues felt her own situation wasn't as bad as Divine Chant's.

Standing in front of her, Nana and Shalltear, Thousand Leagues had no desire to face Shalltear.

Afterward, Divine Chant treated Thousand Leagues to a meal in Nazarick's staff dining hall, and Thousand Leagues was completely swayed.

"I'm part of the Sorcerer Kingdom now!"
