As for how to construct them or what the blueprints were, not a word was mentioned, as obviously, these were topics meant for later, more advanced construction courses.

First, establish an Underworld system to house the souls of those who were about to die from the ravages of the Calamities.

Secondly, due to the law of conservation of energy, the destruction caused by the Calamity Beasts in the world and how much Life Force was lost, there would naturally be an equal amount of Calamity Qi created.

Although Calamity Qi is ominous for the living, acting like a deadly poison where a slight touch could result in death or severe injury, for the Undead, or using the Eastern term, Yin Sha Qi, it is highly beneficial.

Of course, if the Undead were exposed to unprocessed Calamity Qi, they might be transformed into malevolent spirits; hence it is necessary to first purify the Calamity Qi into a purer form of Yin Qi.

However, this isn't difficult, especially since there are those Calamity Beasts, aren't there?

From her research on a giant Calamity Beast bull she had previously slain, Dorothy discovered an interesting phenomenon—that these Calamity Beasts are the best filters for evolving Calamity Qi.

Calamity Beasts feed on Calamity Qi, but when they consume it, the more violent parts of the Calamity Force, or the Sha Qi, are extracted by them, and this power is transformed into various Calamities.

The Yin Sha Qi, rid of its Sha Qi, then only contains the purest Yin Qi, which the Calamity Beasts store inside their bodies.

Thus, to obtain pure Yin Qi, one simply needs to slay Calamity Beasts.

The Calamity Beasts, in order to produce more Calamity Qi for their growth, continuously generate Calamities to destroy the world, and the world's Life Force, in this process of annihilation, gets converted into an equivalent amount of Calamity Qi for the Calamity Beasts to consume.

On Dorothy's side, to acquire more pure Yin Qi, she must continuously hunt various Calamity Beasts, and then use this Yin Qi to expand and perfect her Underworld.

Once the Calamity Beasts successfully annihilated the world and drained it of the last of its Life Force, the witches' side would then slay that last Calamity Beast, capture the Yin Qi it had consumed, and complete the final construction of the Underworld.

In this way, an Underworld world built entirely with the world's complete Yin Qi would have been formed.

Lastly, that would lead to the inversion of Yin and Yang—extreme Yin gives rise to Yang, and extreme Yang turns to Yin. As long as Dorothy could successfully transfer the world's consciousness from the remnants of that dead old world into this newly born Underworld, the conditions for the inversion of Yin and Yang would be met.

By then, the remnants of the old world, completely drained by the Calamities, could be handed off to the Angels, and Dorothy and the others just needed to grab the newborn world and run away.

That was more or less the plan—in theory, it seems simple, but in reality, there were quite a few difficulties, such as the most direct challenge that they had to be able to defeat the Calamity Beasts.

After all, whether it was becoming a monster hunter or being hunted by monsters was really hard to say.

The current three administrators of the Underworld project were Joan, stepmother Lilith, and Star Burial.

Leviathan, one of the seven Demon Gods of Original Sin from the Abyss, embodies the sin of envy and is the strongest legendary sea monster.

The very fact that this final Calamity Beast could be dubbed Leviathan reveals its uniqueness.

It was a very special Calamity Beast, indeed the very one that would eventually trigger the cataclysmic flood.

The final apocalypse would be performed by Leviathan, and it would also be the final boss that the Witches had to confront in creating a new world.
