At the main table, Dorothy suddenly furrowed her brow, and her eyes became sharp. However, she did not make any significant physical movement. Instead, she used the master's authority to control the hat senior sister above her, extending an invisible tentacle, with an eye growing at the tip. Then, it looked in the direction from which the sensing had come.

As the Witch of the Forest herself, Dorothy naturally had absolute interpretation and immunity rights over magic she created. After all, only the most foolish of Spell Masters would fall under their own spells. Nowadays, who doesn't understand the wisdom of keeping an ace up one's sleeve?

Of course, the homebody witch wouldn't be so low as to hide any shameful secret doors in her spells. The means she left were merely for her protection. For example, if someone were casting spells near her or using witchcraft with her as a target, she would immediately sense it and, if necessary, she could even counter-invade, directly taking over the control of the magic from the other party.

So, out of caution, the eye tentacle blinked, flashing with the spiritual light of magic within the seemingly adorable big-eye cutie, and then the entire eyeball turned pure white.

Well, this was actually something Dorothy came up with as a counterfeit spell, inspired by novels and anime from her past life, since she didn't have a Magic Eye. It was basically an artificial Magic Eye technique.

Like those pupil skills such as White Eye, Reincarnation Eye, Sharingan, Eyes of Training Perception, Deadly Eyes of Direct Death, Copy Eye, and so on, she recreated them all one by one. Of course, due to a different worldview, she could only replicate the abilities of those Magic Eyes as much as possible, but couldn't create those world-override level abilities, ending up as somewhat high-quality replicas.

Of course, if these pupil skills were randomly thrown into the human world of the netherworld, their performance wouldn't be inferior to those of the genuine Magic Eyes depicted in the original works, since the upper limit of strength in the human world is what it is.

It's redundant, isn't it?

Thus, the witch's pupil skill series doesn't really have a good reputation on the Magic Network. Many think this series tarnishes the witch's golden brand. Yet, this doesn't prevent Dorothy from ultimately making a fortune from it.

Because although the pupil skill series is not well-evaluated, its sales are not bad.

Although pupil magic is not strong, it's stylish and cool. Everyone knows the innate Magic Eye is powerful and handy, but the problem is most witches don't have it; it is originally the exclusive gift of lucky geniuses.

Not everyone is that concerned about practicality. There are many ordinary witches who envy, are jealous of, and resent other's Magic Eyes, just like Dorothy. If conditions permit, most ordinary witches don't mind spending a little money to cosplay a Magic Eye owner.

Where there is demand, there is a market. This witch's pupil skill series surprisingly satisfied the niche demand for those Magic Eye-obsessed witches. They weren't looking for practicality; they just wanted a cool, beautiful eye lens.

Moreover, although some pupil skills, like the Reincarnation Eye, incorporate a lot of flashy abilities, making them bloated and not very practical, others, like the White Eye, which are essentially enhancements to the basic ability of the eyes, are indeed quite useful.
