Orion and the Primordial System

Chapter 24: Chapter 24: The New Lyra

The sun was rising over Eryndor, bathing the vast golden pastures in soft light as the first workers and scholars began their day. The mood was peaceful, if slow, after the wedding celebrations of the Emperor and Empress. Many had indulged in the excesses of the previous night, still suffering from headaches and tired bodies. However, one person in particular was strangely different this morning, and that was Lyra, the Empress.

As she opened her eyes, Lyra noticed something unusual. Her once familiar eyes now glowed in shifting shades of green, gray, and purple. She glanced beside the bed and noticed that Orion, her husband, was not there. Feeling energized in a way she had never experienced before, she slowly rose to her feet, the silk sheets sliding over her body. With a confused expression, Lyra set off in search of Orion through the vast halls of the Palace.

The Palace was glorious, its halls bathed in gold, glowing with the sunlight. As Lyra walked, something strange began to happen. Every servant she passed seemed to freeze momentarily, their gazes filling with awe and reverence. Some, unable to bear her presence, fainted where they stood, collapsing in the middle of their workday. The sensation was disconcerting, sending a shiver down Lyra's spine.

Confused and curious, she made her way to Orion's personal room, where he normally handled the empire's affairs. There, she found him sitting at his desk, surrounded by piles of documents. Hearing the sound of the door opening, Orion looked up and was briefly shocked by what he saw. However, he quickly cracked a smile and beckoned her over.

"Did you sleep well, love?" he asked tenderly, his tone soft.

Lyra yawned slightly, still feeling a little disoriented. "Yes... actually, it was the best sleep I've ever had," she replied, not fully understanding what was happening.

She paused, tilting her head to the side, a gesture that Orion had always found adorable. "But, Orion... the servants were acting strangely when they saw me. What's going on?"

With an amused smile, Orion calmly replied, "I don't think you've seen yourself yet, my dear. Look at this mirror."

With a simple movement of his hand, Orion conjured a crystal mirror that filled the room, reflecting Lyra's entire body.

Upon seeing herself, Lyra was instantly stunned. "What the hell?... Who is this woman?" she muttered, staring at her reflection in disbelief.

In the mirror, Lyra saw a completely new version of herself. She now stood an impressive seven feet tall, her presence radiating power and majesty. Her body, sculptural and imposing, exuded an almost celestial strength. Her curves were perfectly proportioned, harmonizing femininity with robustness. Her breasts, gigantic and lush, stood out in a mesmerizing way, moving with elegance and firmness as she breathed. Lyra's skin had an ethereal appearance, glowing with a soft light as if starlight were flowing beneath its pale, flawless surface. Her hair, now even longer and more voluminous, reached her ankles, waving with a light movement, as if the wind of the void itself were blowing it. The intense purple tone of her hair had become more vibrant, with grayish highlights appearing under certain lights.

Her eyes, however, were what caught the eye the most. Once a familiar green, they now glowed with a deep intensity, as if they contained the mysteries of the cosmos. They sparkled with gold and black sparks, revealing the vastness of the void and the eternity within them. Looking directly into Lyra's eyes was like staring into the Primordial Void itself.

She emanated a powerful aura, a mix of gold and black energy that enveloped her body in a soft glow, as if dawn and dusk had merged. The air around her seemed to disintegrate, reflecting the absolute control she had over the void.

Her new dress, made of ethereal fabrics extracted from the void itself and sexier, molded perfectly to her body. Fitted at the top, it further highlighted her generous breasts and flowed below her waist, expanding into a long train, like a divine cloak that rippled around her.

Lyra's face, once serene and mature, now held a dangerous and arrogant beauty. She seemed distant and unattainable, like a goddess who had transcended any mortal bonds.

Orion smiled as he watched Lyra's reaction. "You have changed, my dear. You are not just the Empress of Eryndor now... you are something much greater."

Still dazed, Lyra touched her face and body, trying to process the monumental transformation that had occurred overnight. The power that now pulsed through her veins was overwhelming. She did not notice her own changes, except that it became heavier to carry her twin mounds when she woke up.

"What have I... become?" she whispered, her voice thick with intrigue.

Orion merely smiled, his eyes shining with pride and admiration. "You have become who you were destined to be... my goddess."

"Ohhhhh my God, Orion, is this the gift you said you would give me?...FUCK" amazed by its beauty, Lyra doesn't even know what to think anymore.

"There's more, why don't you say 'Status', my love?" amused by her reaction, Orion comments

"Huh... there's more?... but what is status?"

"Just say it, dear"

"Okay... Mmm...STATUS!"

a translucent screen appears before her, Lyra still amazed by the events that had happened since the wedding until now, finds herself now looking at a screen that magically appeared.

Lyra stood frozen as she stared at the screen that floated before her. Her breathing was heavy, and she could hardly believe the numbers and abilities she read. With each line, it seemed like the universe around her grew more distant, as if she were much more than the woman who had married Orion the day before. The power was immeasurable. There was nothing she could not do. She looked at Orion, her eyes wide with astonishment.

"Orion... what is all this? I... I am no longer human... not even mortal... I have become a Goddess?" Her voice was shaky, but there was a hint of reverence in her tone, almost a surrender to what she saw.

Orion smiled, rising from his work desk and walking over to her. He hugged her gently, his firm hands wrapping around her waist, bringing comfort to her confusion.

"Yes, Lyra. I knew that in order for us to be together, as husband and wife for all eternity, I would need to give you something that transcended mortality. It would not be fair to watch you grow old and die while I remained the same. So I granted you the power of the Void, the gift of immortality. Now, the two of us can walk this path together, for all eternity."

Lyra was still in shock, her body radiating an energy that she barely knew how to control. "But... this power is too much, Orion. How will I learn to live like this? With so much... power? What am I now?"

Orion smiled again, with that calm that always seemed to envelop him. "You are Lyra, my wife, Eternal Empress and Primordial Goddess. And don't worry, the power I gave you is part of you now. In time, it will be as natural as breathing."

Lyra blinked slowly, still trying to process all of this. She then looked back into the crystal mirror Orion had created, observing her new form. There was no doubt, insecurity, or fragility anymore. Her new presence oozed confidence and power.

"So... this is what you meant when you said 'married forever', is it?" She looked at Orion, his eyes now full of understanding, a gleam of excitement emerging in the background.

Orion nodded. "Exactly. We are now united forever, beyond any concept of time or space. Nothing will separate us. The universe is ours to explore, to shape, or simply to observe."

Lyra smiled, a confident and bold smile. "So, my dear, where do we begin? After all, we have an eternity to enjoy."

Orion gently pulled her closer. "Well, first, perhaps it would be good for you to get used to your new power. Let's start here, in the empire. There is much to build, create, and protect. And then... who knows? We can create new worlds together."

Lyra nodded, the initial shock beginning to dissipate as the power within her slowly settled. She was a Goddess now, a creature of unimaginable power, and she was ready to live this new life by Orion's side.

With one last glance into the mirror, she turned to her husband and smiled. "Then, let us begin building our eternal empire."
