Water 7's waterways are complex.

Besides surface transportation, Water 7's center has waterways extending from high ground.

Since CP0 departed from Marineford,

they were faster than Ryuya's group.

Kalifa, traveling alone,

was the first to reach Water 7.

Stepping off the ship, Kalifa looked at the island.

Stretching, she revealed her attractive figure.

Water 7 was comfortable.

The cool breeze felt refreshing.

Kalifa called Ryuya!

The Den Den Mushi simulated Admiral White Dove's expression.

Without hesitation, Kalifa said seductively, "Ryuya, do you miss me?~"

Her voice was sultry, "Ryuya, what about settling in Water 7 together?"

Ryuya sensed her anticipation.

He said, "Kalifa, I want to spend my life with you here, but something terrible happened!"

"What?!" Kalifa frowned; this wasn't simple.

"I just left Sengoku's office. There's a weather report about Water 7.

The Aqua Laguna will hit the island early! Don't tell me you're there!"

The Aqua Laguna hit Water 7 annually.

It was terrifying, but caused little damage.

Kalifa wasn't worried.

Ignoring her mission, she said, "Yes, CP9 received orders to monitor Mayor Iceburg and find Pluton's blueprints."

"I see. Be careful, Kalifa!"

Ryuya's voice was serious.

But Kalifa felt his concern!

"Don't worry, Ryuya. I'm strong!"

Kalifa clenched her fist, confidently speaking through the Den Den Mushi.

After discussing the mission, Ryuya hung up.

Looking out the window, Ryuya, as White Dove, learned of this.

Ryuya smirked.

A historically significant event would soon occur.

He called Shirahoshi.

"Shirahoshi, what are you doing?"

Shirahoshi's face flushed!

She looked at her room,

covered in Ryuya's posters.

Her soft voice came through the Den Den Mushi.

"Thinking of you." Ryuya was surprised, then reacted.

"I miss you too. I'll visit soon. Can you send the Sea King? To Water 7. It can find its way."

"Okay, I'll tell the Sea King."

Shirahoshi, as the Neptune, could communicate with Sea Kings.

Following Ryuya's instructions, Shirahoshi helped.

Meanwhile, Ryuya's Noah Ark approached Water 7, slowly descending.

Ryuya hadn't planned to be so conspicuous.

But with this rare gathering and the approaching tsunami, he decided to make a grand entrance!

Sure enough, as Ryuya descended, fishing boats spotted the Noah Ark.

They reported it to the Navy.

Soon, Dawn Bird's presence near Water 7 spread!

Sengoku learned the news.

The situation was unfavorable.

Jack was imprisoned in Marineford.

Kaido could attack at any time.

If Kaido succeeded, Marineford would lose face!

The Navy would lose face!

The World Government would lose face!

Sengoku wouldn't allow this.

Then, White Dove Ryuya entered.

"Fleet Admiral, Dawn Bird is near Water 7."

"Yes, confirmed. Dawn Bird is near Water 7."

"I want to go to Water 7. My last duel with Zero was inconclusive…"

"No, White Dove! You're our top fighter! You must stay in Marineford. I'll send others."

"But!!!"

"No buts! This is an order! White Dove!!!"

Sengoku slammed his fist on the table.

"Understood, Fleet Admiral."

Ryuya left. No one noticed his smirk.

This was all part of his plan.

Watching White Dove leave, Sengoku contacted Lucci.

"Lucci, where are you?"

"Reporting, Fleet Admiral. We're approaching Water 7."

"Mission change. Cancel the previous mission. Observe Dawn Bird's intentions!"
