One Piece: Wanted for Having Too Much Fun

CRASH!

Morgan slammed straight into the fences.

"Shishishi~"

Luffy rushed up and kicked Morgan hard in the stomach.

"AHHHHAA!" Morgan screamed in pain, but his axe-hand still swung toward Luffy.

Sensing danger, Luffy leaned back just in time—the axe smashed into the fence, splitting it clean in two.

"Ahhh, the fence!!" Koby shouted, horrified at Morgan's raw power.

The Marine officers froze in fear.

Lucen, meanwhile, was staring at the scene with sparkles in his eyes."So cool."

"Stop admiring the enemy!" Zoro and Koby snapped, their faces morphing into sharp-mouthed scowls.

Morgan glared at Luffy and once again raised his axe arm for another strike.

Luffy moved to the side and punched him right in his iron jaw.

Morgan was knocked back again and hit the ground, panting heavily. Blood dripped from his mouth, and the bullets still lodged in him burned with pain.

"Stand right there!"

A sudden shout made everyone turn their heads.Helmeppo stood with a pistol aimed at Koby's head.

"I'll shoot him if anyone moves!"

Koby, tears in his eyes, cried out,"Luffy! I don't want to be in your way—BUT I'M NOT AFRAID TO DIE!"

"Okay, I know." Luffy gave him a warm smile.

Suddenly, Koby's eyes widened."LUFFY, BEHIND YOU!"

Morgan raised his axe high in the air, ready to bring it down.

Luffy, strangely, remained completely calm—he didn't even turn around.

Zoro had already moved, ready to slash Morgan down.

Helmeppo smirked, thinking he'd won."Yeah, just stay like that. One wrong move, and I'll—"

Then he felt something at the back of his head.

He turned, slowly.

Lucen stood there with a flintlock pistol pointed at him, smiling slightly.

"Now now... I don't think that line was meant for you. Your father seems way more eager to chop Luffy," Lucen said. Morgan hadn't even glanced Helmeppo's way.

"You don't—"

WHACK!Lucen smacked him with the butt of the flintlock, knocking Helmeppo out cold.

"YOU'RE DEAD, STRAW HAT! I AM GREAT MARINE CAPTA—"

WHOOSH!Zoro suddenly appeared in front of Morgan. His eyes widened as Zoro swung his two swords in an X, while the third sword—gripped in his mouth—sliced him clean across the chest.

"Nice job, both of you—Zoro! Lucen!" Luffy grinned widely.

"Leave it to me, Captain!" Zoro replied proudly.

"HAHAHAHA!"

Lucen's laughter stopped as more Marines came rushing in.

"What the—"

"Morgan is down!"

The Marines froze, exchanging stunned looks. One turned to Ripper, the highest-ranking officer left.

"Sir! This young hero took down Captain Morgan!"

Ripper's eyes widened. The implications sank in—and quickly.

Suddenly, the Marines dropped their weapons and began to cheer. Some even burst into tears.

"We're finally free!"

Koby sighed in relief. They didn't have to fight the Marines. He still wanted to join them, after all.

Zoro, now feeling the weight of exhaustion, finally let himself relax—and collapsed.

"Zoro!" Luffy and Lucen rushed to his side.

"What happened to him?" Luffy asked.

"He hasn't eaten in nine days. He's probably just hungry." Lucen answered.

"Right! I'm kinda hungry too…" Luffy rubbed his belly.

"After all that fighting, I'm starving." Lucen added, mimicking Luffy.

Koby shouted, frustrated,"Didn't you both just eat?! And Lucen—you didn't even fight!"

"Really? That's not important. What matters is—we're hungry!" Lucen replied, slapping Koby on the back, nearly knocking him over.

"Right! Shishishi~ Since we have a new member, let's throw a party!" Luffy cheered.

The Marines perked up instantly. In this world where entertainment was rare, a party was the best kind of joy. And after Morgan's rule ended—they needed it.

All eyes turned to Ripper.

He stood still, face serious. For a moment, it seemed like he'd say no.

But then… he smiled—and nodded.

The Marines erupted in excitement.

"Straw Hats, you don't mind us joining, right?"

"Shishishi~ Of course not! The more the mayor!" Luffy said.

"...You mean the merrier," Koby corrected.

Lucen grinned."I can't wait. Let's start as soon as possible!"

"Wait, first I have something to ask." Ripper stepped forward.

"Yeah? What?" Luffy tilted his head.

"Is it true you're pirates?"

The festive mood froze.

"Well, ye—"

BONK!

Lucen smacked Luffy on the head before he could finish.

"Hey! Lucen, why di—mmphhh!" Luffy was muffled as Lucen covered his mouth.

"Well... we don't have a Jolly Roger," Lucen said with a smile.

Ripper pulled his hat down slightly."I see."

He turned and addressed the Marines:

"Go tell everyone—we're free! And the money taken from them will be returned!"

"Yes, sir!" they all replied in unison.

Wounded were treated, and others ran through the streets celebrating.

"Wow! One day, I'll be like them," Koby said, admiring Ripper's commanding presence.

Lucen almost muttered a sarcastic comment—but Luffy started struggling under his hand.

"Mmmmmmph!"

Lucen let go.

"LUCEN! WHY DID YOU LIE AND SAY WE'RE NOT PIRATES?!" Luffy shouted, turning into his sharp-toothed form.

"When did I ever say we're not pirates?" Lucen smirked.

"Don't lie to—wait..." Luffy crossed his arms, thinking."...You really didn't say that."

"Ah, sorry. Shishishi~" Luffy laughed, scratching his head.

To Luffy, he became a pirate the moment he left his village. A proud pirate—on the path to become King of the Pirates.

"Alright! Forget that—let's party! You carry Zoro!"

"Right on it!"

"Ahhh... I'm full! I hadn't eaten in nine days—almost starved to death!" Zoro groaned, rubbing his belly after his fourth plate.

"And you were gonna survive like that for a whole month? Shishishi~" Luffy joked.

"Huh... Forget that. How are you two eating more than me?" Zoro stared in disbelief as Luffy and Lucen stacked up empty plates.

They were in the town plaza. Everyone was there—some dancing, others eating or chatting. A few women were just staring at Lucen, whose cheeks were puffed up like a squirrel with food ofcouse Luffy was no better but it's just what he got was shocked gazes.

"Luffy! Lucen! There you are!" Koby came running over.

"Hey Koby! Look at this meat!" Luffy held up a chunk the size of his head and ate it in one bite.

Then he tried to sneak some from Lucen's plate—only to get stabbed in the hand with a fork.

"Aha… ha…" Koby laughed nervously at their antics.

"Oh right! I just talked to Commander Ripper. He said I can join the Marines—as a chore boy!"

"Really? That's awesome! Shishishi~"

"I don't even know how to thank you both..." Koby said with tears in his eyes. He was finally closer to his dream.

"Haha! Don't thank us. Friends don't need thanks!"

"Right! Shishishi~"

Koby was so moved that he started crying again.

"Here's another serving!" Rika brought over two plates and set them in front of Luffy and Lucen.

"Thanks, Rika." Lucen smiled, patting her on the head.

"No problem, Big Bro Lucen! You guys saved our town!"

"YEAH! EAT AND DRINK AS MUCH AS YOU WANT!" one Marine shouted—and the rest echoed the same.

And like that, the celebration lasted long into the night—until everyone fell asleep naturally, full and smiling.

AUTHOR NOTE

So for some this celebration stuff might feel forced but I have already given enough reason for that. And you have to remember they were in Morgan rule for about 3 years.

Also now that it's over from now on there won't be much use of same plot like in anime..atleast I try my best to do so.

Next what I have to say is that One piece travel time is very blur but we have a general time known like Luffy crew took around just half year to reach sabaody which is very less when taken just how big one piece world is.

And it's more absurd that Whitebeard reached Marine HQ so soon for war my take is that it's related to Navigation because those who achive fastest speed in One Piece are all Great Pirates. Whereas their are some who travel just grand line but get lost.

Ofcouse their is no denying their ship has been motified. But what I have to say my time might be bit longer than in anime like seven months or so.

Also did you notice we need a Navigator.
