One Piece : Strongest Vice-Captain Mr. 3!

In the waters surrounding Amazon Lily, a Navy warship was docked directly opposite the port. 

Two young Marines who had chased off Mr. 3 were summoned to the ship's command center.

"Is this report written by both of you?" 

A scowling Navy Captain, clad in a justice cloak, had a scarred face that hinted at his barely contained rage. 

"Yes, Captain, we did write this report. Is there… is there a problem?" 

Feeling the scrutinizing gazes of the various officers in the command center, the young Marines appeared extremely nervous, their limbs stiff and cold. 

"What problem? How dare you ask what the problem is?!" 

The usually hot-tempered Captain's fury was ignited, and he slammed the report in his hand right into the faces of the new recruits. 

Smack! 

In an instant, the report papers flew everywhere like confetti. 

"Let me ask you this: why is Amazon Lily called 'Women's Island'? Even the pigs living there are female—where do you think these lecherous men trying to escape by boat came from?!" 

"They clearly came from the open sea, deliberately sailing in the opposite direction! Can't you see through such a simple trick? You've been played like fools and don't even realize it!" 

"And you have the nerve to say in your report how bravely you drove off the dangerous elements on the island! I swear, you two must have rocks in your heads!" 

The middle-aged Captain was seething with anger, feeling deep frustration over the incompetence of the recruits. 

"Huh?" 

Only then did the two new recruits realize what had happened. They recalled the smug expression of that bastard who had acted all scared, clenching their fists in rage. 

"Damn it! How dare he toy with us!" 

"If I had known, I would have shot that bastard on the spot!" 

As soon as they finished speaking, both of them felt a sharp pain in their stomachs. 

The enraged Captain kicked each of them, sending them crashing into the command center's wall. 

"Shoot him? Do you understand how serious the consequences would be if a reporter from the ship happened to capture that on camera?!" 

The more he thought about it, the angrier he became, stepping forward to give the two foolish recruits a little more punishment. 

"Let it go, sir. It's our patrol system that has loopholes, and the enemy was quite cunning. We can't blame them."

A steady and powerful voice echoed from the command center, stopping the Captain's reckless behavior.

Looking in the direction of the voice, one could see the speaker draped in the Navy's justice cloak, with pink hair tied back in a flower-patterned cloth and round glasses hanging on the bridge of his nose.

Although he was relatively young, an air of calm maturity radiated from him.

This person was the official commander of the operation to capture the Pirate Empress, a rear admiral from the Navy Headquarters—Koby!

"Ugh! I just can't stand these rookies being so lazy and careless!" 

The scar-faced Navy Captain sighed heavily.

It was his own negligence that once allowed a pirate to hide among civilians.

After the Navy left, that crazed pirate had slaughtered the entire town's innocent residents, leaving no survivors—even three-year-old children were not spared!

The grass outside the town was dyed red with blood!

Afterward, he had pierced his own cheek with a sharp knife to remind himself to stay vigilant and focused at all times.

Because of this, he was able to sense the severity of the situation the moment he saw the report!

"What's done is done; there's no use in dwelling on it. The most important thing now is to quickly determine the true identity of the man who sneaked in."

"Also, the filming task is nearly complete, so we can start sending those reporters back."

Koby's handsome face showed a hint of worry. "I hope that guy sneaking in doesn't cause too much trouble during this critical period of capturing the Kuja Pirates…"

"Understood!"

The scar-faced Captain didn't dare waste any time. He apprehended the two new recruits, who were frozen against the wall, to begin the investigation into the identity of the man who had infiltrated Amazon Lily.

On the other side, in the reception hall of Amazon Lily, within Nine Snake Castle.

All the members of the Kuja Pirates stood at attention, armed with longbows and blades, their expressions icy as they lined the sides of the hall.

At the end of the hall was a staircase leading upward, where two towering figures over four meters tall stood proudly.

One was a green-haired giant with his arms crossed, a snake-like tongue sliding out from the corner of his mouth and hanging in the air.

The other had orange hair and a stout build, leaning on a saber with sharp, beast-like eyes that radiated ferocity at all times.

Both had distinct appearances that made it easy for Mr. 3 to recognize them as soon as he stepped into the hall.

They were the core members of the Kuja Pirates, the two younger sisters of the Pirate Empress Hancock.

Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold were both users of the Snake-Snake Fruit!
