One piece: Starting as a Mythical Beast

Turning to look back at Kronos, Hina's opponent.

She didn't dare get too close to him.

Hina kicked Kronos in the head with a high kick.

"Shh!"

"Boom!!"

A loud bang rang out.

Hina's kick seemed to hit something.

It was blocked just ten centimeters from Kronos' head.

'Again?!'

'It's the same as when the feathers were on the threshold.'

'Is this a wall of air?'

Hina's pupils contracted slightly, and a horrified expression appeared on her face.

Immediately afterward, she saw that Kronos quickly withdrew the fist he had clenched.

Without hesitation, she backed away, creating a safe distance between herself and Kronos.

Kronos, however, didn't chase after her. He simply stood there and quietly observed Hina's movements.

In fact, Hina's previous kick was meant to distract Kronos. She intended to use that opportunity to withdraw the fist he was holding.

What Hina didn't expect was that Kronos hadn't even tried to stop her. He didn't hold on to her at all and didn't attempt to prevent her from retreating.

If Hina had drawn her hands back from the start, Kronos would have let her go just the same.

At this moment, even though Hina was now at a safe distance from Kronos, she still watched him warily.

'Is this guy really just a rookie pirate with a bounty of 237 million Berries?!'

'Although bounty doesn't always reflect a person's strength...'

'But isn't the difference too great?!'

'Hmm, Kronos!!'

Noticing Hina's wary eyes, Kronos gave a harmless smile.

"Don't be so cautious of me. I won't kill you."

"At least not this time."

"Otherwise, I wouldn't be standing here in front of you."

Kronos spoke calmly, as though he could take Hina's life at any moment if he wished.

Hina couldn't help but frown upon hearing his wild words.

Although she understood that with the strength and numbers of the Kamui Pirates, they could easily kill her, Hina still stubbornly retorted.

"You guys are too confident!"

Kronos simply smiled and said nothing.

He knew that Hina was just being stubborn.

Slightly tilting his head and glancing behind Hina, Kronos smiled again and said,

"Ignore her, Beast Path Payne."

"We should go."

Hina froze when she heard Kronos' sudden words and sharply turned her head.

Immediately, she saw the roof behind her.

A woman wearing a long black trench coat with purple eyes, like those of Tiandao Payne, was staring at her indifferently.

Upon seeing this, Hina suddenly felt a chill run down her spine.

'Is that a lie?!'

'When did she even show up there?'

'I didn't notice her at all?!'

Hina was horrified, and cold sweat began to soak her back.

If she had launched a sneak attack on her...

Under such circumstances, there was probably no way she would have escaped, right?

There were wolves in front and tigers behind—this was a mortal situation!

In response to Kronos' orders, Beast Path Payne didn't say much.

Instead, she gently jumped down and walked unhurriedly toward Kronos.

At the same time, members of the Kamui Pirates slowly appeared behind Kronos.

Gojo Satoru, Konan, Jiguo Yuanyi, Tiandao Payne, and the four handymen.

They all stood behind Kronos, watching Hina with calm expressions.

For a moment, Hina felt the pressure on her body increase exponentially!

'The strength of these guys... is not weak!'

Hina could clearly feel it.

Standing next to Kronos, Gojo Satoru, Konan, and Jiguo Yuanyi weren't weak.

This could be vaguely inferred from Tiandao Payne's position.

As for Beast Path Payne, who had approached Kronos and now stood beside Tiandao Payne, her strength was clearly formidable!

"Let's go."

Hina wasn't going to give up easily.

After watching Beast Path Payne join the others, Kronos softly reminded his crew.

Then, he turned and began to leave.

Hina saw that Kronos and the others were truly leaving.

And he didn't even take her seriously.

This left her a bit confused.

Not knowing why, Hina suddenly shouted at Kronos.

"Why?!"

"Hina is confused!!"

Upon hearing the name "Hina," Kronos couldn't help but feel a little emotional.

Wasn't it time to leave Erika's Tavern?

He wondered if the business and life of Erika's Tavern would improve after the bandits were gone.

It should be better, right?

With that thought in mind, Kronos didn't stop walking.

He glanced sideways at Hina and smiled.

"I have a younger sister who's also named Hina."

As soon as this answer came out, Hina froze.

"Ti... Hina?"

Hina muttered to herself, somewhat lost.

She wasn't sure if she was calling her own name or referring to Kronos' less-than-pleasant sister.

However, Hina quickly regained her focus.

She remembered her own identity.

"I'm Marine!!!"

The opponent is a pirate!!

How could a Marine, dedicated to justice, just let these pirates leave right before her eyes?!

Thinking this, Hina shouted at Kronos and the others.

"Stop kidding!"

"Do you think that just because you say that, I'll let you go?!"

"I'm Marine, and you... are pirates!"

Just as Hina's voice fell, there was a sudden rush of rapid footsteps in the distance.

"Da da da!!"

Soon, a large group of Marines, armed with long knives and guns, appeared in front of Kronos and the others.

The crowd surged forward, and the soldiers were rapidly approaching.

At a glance, there had to be hundreds of them!

Among them were generals wearing white Marine capes.

Seeing this, Kronos couldn't help but stop.

'Is this the Marine Base stationed here?'

'Why are there so many Marines?'

Kronos felt some confusion.

And at that moment, the Marines, who were rushing toward them, noticed Hina and Kronos' group.

"Look!! It's Colonel Hina!"

"Are those guys pirates?!"

"Can't be wrong! The previous commotion must have been caused by Colonel Hina fighting with them!"

"Quick!! Surround them!"

"Don't let them escape!!"

The Marines were communicating quickly as they closed in.

And Hina, seeing that Marine reinforcements had arrived, breathed a sigh of relief.

Looking at Kronos, she said coldly,

"My men have arrived!"

"You can't run now!"

Hearing this, Kronos immediately laughed.

Turning slightly to the side, Kronos looked at Hina and asked, amused,

"Even you can't stop us."

"You think...?"

"Can they stop us alone?"
