Three days later, with the release of the latest news newspaper, a sensational piece of

information quickly spread throughout the East Blue.

The island known as "Glass Bead Island," hailed as the "East Blue's Trendsetting Hub,"

would host the annual Funky Dance Competition in half a month.

Unlike previous years, this time the prize for the champion, sponsored by a wealthy

benefactor, was a staggering 5 million Berries!

In no time, well-known dancers from all over the East Blue were ecstatic and flocking

to Glass Bead Island.

In the waters near Orange Island, the ship Blaque was sailing. Due to the need to find

suitable plunder targets, the crew was only half of its usual size.

On Deck.

"Hey, here you go."

"Burp~~~~"

The first mate Zangao handed 100 Berries to a news bird in exchange for the latest

newspaper.

Even as pirates, they needed to stay informed about the happenings at sea, and

newspapers were one of the best ways to gather information.

Zangao flipped through the newspaper and was immediately captivated when he saw

the announcement about the upcoming Funky Dance Competition on Glass Bead

Island.

As a dance enthusiast, he knew that the Funky Dance Competition was the most

prestigious and authoritative dance event in the East Blue.

He had longed to participate.

He wanted to compete alongside the top dancers of the East Blue and showcase his

moves. However, as a pirate, he didn't have that much freedom.

But this time he happened to have some free time and could scout at the same time.

He had to go!

"Slide step~ Arm swing~ Crotch cover~~"

Zangao couldn't contain his urge to dance and began moving on deck. His smooth

moonwalk immediately caught the attention of his crewmates.

"The first mate is dancing again!"

The pirates were unfazed; their first mate was always like this. Even chatting with him

could be dazzling; he walked backward sometimes.

As they watched, the Cat Brothers came up behind Zangao.

"Roar~~ Want golden wind♪"

On deck, it seemed like an explosive dance track echoed through the air.

The atmosphere spread like wildfire.

In no time, over thirty pirates put down their work and gathered behind Zangao,

dancing along with his movements and rhythm.

Swaying together♪

Inside the cabin, Kuro lay on a sofa quietly reading when he heard rhythmic tapping

sounds from above. Veins popped on his forehead immediately.

"A bunch of idiots!"

Why did such a clever person like him have to babysit this group of simple-minded

fools who only knew how to fight? Even his most trusted right-hand man was an idiot

obsessed with dancing. Every time he made plans, he had to put in extra effort just for

them to understand.

He had had enough.

Kuro felt weary of his current life; more than being a pirate, what he truly wanted was

stability.

However, stability was hard to come by.

He needed to "eliminate" himself at the right time and place while finding suitable

targets that could provide him with "stability." Finally, he had to remove any external

factors that could expose his identity.

This was not a plan that could be completed in a short time. Sirob Village, Manor.

The threat from the Black Cat Pirates delayed Mr. Sirob's family plans for several days

and altered their itinerary slightly.

Loya took this opportunity to relax a bit.

Miss Kaya sat by the window, quietly watching a man doing sit-ups shirtless while

hanging from a tree branch outside.

"Loya, do you have to train so hard every day?"

"This is just basic."

Loya held his neck with both hands and used his waist strength to lift his body up; his

muscles were as defined as stone.

Standing guard was too boring; he needed something to do.

Miss Kaya looked enviously at him but also felt lonely: "Loya, I wish I could sweat like

you do."

"That's not an easy thing."

Loya straightened his legs and dropped straight down from the tree. When he landed,

he pushed off with his hands and easily sprang back up.

He turned around to face Miss Kaya with a bright smile.

"Want to sweat?"

"Mm-hmm."

Miss Kaya nodded vigorously.

She wanted to run around and jump joyfully like normal people but her body wouldn't

allow it.

A hand reached out towards her.

"Then let me teach you how to dance!"

"Huh?"

Miss Kaya's eyes widened in surprise.

"Dance?"

"Loya, can you dance?"

"Of course! I'm a dance expert!"

Loya boasted without changing his expression. After practicing dance for several

months, while he couldn't compare with Fullbody's skills, teaching someone new was

no problem at all.

Miss Kaya hesitated and felt anxious.

"But I..."

"Come on."

Before Miss Kaya could back out, Loya grabbed her small hand and gently pulled her

out of the window.

He placed her lightly on the grass and held her hands from behind, guiding her

movements.

"Follow my lead."

"Ah, okay."

Miss Kaya's cheeks turned crimson; her heart raced as if she were secretly doing

something naughty behind her parents' backs.

So happy!

"Hey Loya, can you teach me how to dance again tomorrow?"

"No problem."

"Oh right! At breakfast this morning, my father said he would take me to see the dance

competition! I'm so excited; I heard it will be very lively."

"I'm looking forward to it too!"

With the Funky Dance Competition approaching, Mr. Sirob's family itinerary was finally

set.

First stop: Glass Bead Island!

To watch the dance competition and experience some of East Blue's trendiest

elements firsthand.

Three days later at Glass Bead Island's port...

"It's been a while since I've been here."

Fullbody wore a fitted light blue striped suit with meticulously styled hair and

oversized pink sunglasses. His polished shoes shone brightly.

Even on fashion-forward Glass Bead Island, this elegant outfit attracted quite a bit of

attention from girls.

"Alright! Let's go sign up!"

Fullbody's expression turned serious.

Glass Bead Island was outside of 153rd branch's jurisdiction; therefore, this time he

and Loya wouldn't receive support from their branch for this mission.

To continue their plans ahead, they had to capture their target first.

They needed to win the dance competition championship!

"The championship is mine!"

Fullbody clenched his fists; he wouldn't let anyone else take it from him. He had one

dream: to become a superstar in the world of dance!

On another side of the port...

Zangao stood on tiptoes, having swapped out his usual white tank top paired with a

black jacket for an eye-catching plaid shirt; even his sunglasses were now triangularshaped.

Disguised!

"I will win the championship and become a superstar in dance!"

Having arrived at fashion's forefront, Zangao immediately forgot about his scouting

mission; all that filled his mind now was one thought:

To participate in the dance competition!

He was born for dancing!

As both men entered the island, Mr. Sirob's ship slowly docked nearby.

"So lively!"

Miss Kaya stepped off the ship with her parents and looked around at the brightly lit

town filled with bustling crowds; her heart raced with excitement.

This was a sight she had never seen before—like stepping into another world where

everything felt so new and exciting.

Mr. Sirob instructed: "Loya, we have some business matters to attend to; please take

care of Miss Kaya."

"Rest assured Mr. Sirob! I will ensure Miss Kaya's safety!"

Loya adjusted his cowboy hat with a slight smile at the corner of his mouth.

That dancing enthusiast Zangao should be arriving soon!
