One Piece: Rinnegan Is My Golden Finger.

Chapter 121: Chapter 121: Oiran.

Chiga quickly shut down Kalifa's catchphrase. Ain was still in the room—if Kalifa blurted that out now, would he have any image left?

Kalifa, ever protective of Chiga's reputation, immediately fell silent. She just stared at him wide-eyed.

He had only just sat down—so why had he leaned back like that? Ain was still here!

Ain also stared at Chiga with a strange look, convinced he'd done it on purpose. Of all places, he had to land right on Kalifa's lap.

She was clearly sitting there too…

Faced with this awkward situation, Chiga quickly adjusted himself. With a calm expression, he got down to business.

"I've received a new mission. I'm heading to Kaido's base—Onigashima."

The mention of the mission immediately snapped both women into work mode. Kalifa pushed up her glasses, concern in her voice.

"Boss, you're going alone? Isn't that too dangerous? The entire Beast Pirates crew is stationed there."

"It's fine. With my current strength, they're no longer a threat."

"But—"

"It's settled. I'm not going alone. You and Ain are coming with me. I heard the Flower Capital is beautiful—thought I'd take you two sightseeing."

"…"

Kalifa and Ain looked at Chiga, speechless.

This was the crew of a Yonko. Chiga treating it like a vacation was ridiculous enough, but bringing them along? Was this really just a sightseeing trip?

They both wanted to object. With their power levels, they'd only slow Chiga down. But before either could speak, Chiga cut them off firmly.

"It's decided. Relax. Just treat it like a little tour."

Hearing that, Kalifa said nothing more. She obeyed Chiga unconditionally—if he decided something, she wouldn't question it.

Ain was also obedient, but this time, she unexpectedly spoke up.

"I won't go. Let Kalifa accompany you. She's been exhausted lately. It'll be good for her to relax."

"…Hmm?"

Chiga looked at her in surprise. Since coming aboard his ship, Ain had rarely left his side. What was with the sudden change?

Though her expression remained neutral, Ain actually still wanted to go.

Chiga saying it was safe meant it was absolutely safe. She would've loved to travel with him to Wano Country.

But she had her pride. Seeing how overworked Kalifa had been recently, and realizing she hadn't done as much herself, she felt a bit guilty—so she gave the opportunity to Kalifa.

Chiga didn't push her. After all, this wasn't an infiltration mission. They wouldn't be in Wano long.

After thinking for a moment, Chiga handed Ain a box containing the Ox-King Fruit.

"Ain, take this to Teacher Zephyr when you get back. It's a Mythical Zoan—Ox-King form. Tell him it's his choice whether or not to eat it… but it's for justice."

Ain accepted the fruit and carefully stored it. She held deep respect for Zephyr and understood how important this gift was.

Her regret at not going with Chiga eased considerably. There would be other chances. Helping deliver this fruit to Zephyr was meaningful in its own right.

A small smile formed on Ain's face. Seeing her brighten up, Chiga quietly exhaled in relief.

He had figured she wanted to go, but something was holding her back. Fortunately, this little task seemed to lift her spirits.

Now that everything was settled, Chiga didn't linger. He led Kalifa up to the deck and used the Summoning Jutsu to call forth the clumsy bird, which soon hovered overhead.

Holding Kalifa close, he leapt onto the bird's back. Nodding down at Ain, he gave the bird a light pat.

The clumsy bird understood and flapped its wings hard, shooting into the sky at incredible speed, vanishing into the clouds.

Once they were out of sight, Ain pouted slightly and whispered,

"Don't cause any trouble… come back soon!"

Wano Country – Flower Capital

Chiga, dressed in a black cloak with a ping-pong paddle design on the back, strolled through the lively streets of the Flower Capital, holding Kalifa's hand.

Kalifa wasn't wearing her glasses today. She wore a purple kimono tied with a white obi, giving her a gentle and elegant aura.

Chiga glanced at her and found her even more captivating than usual.

It wasn't that Kalifa wasn't beautiful on a normal day, but this change in style made her shine in a completely different way.

A few samurai-looking men along the street cast glances in their direction, clearly captivated by Kalifa's appearance.

But Chiga's perception, enhanced by the Goro Goro no Mi and his activated Heavenly Net, picked up every movement like radar blips in his mind.

With a quiet snort, he released a wave of Conqueror's Haki. Men on the street suddenly collapsed, their eyes rolling back.

The commotion drew the attention of others. Kalifa covered her mouth to stifle a laugh—she knew this was Chiga's doing.

He gave her a sidelong glance. "What's so funny?"

"Nothing. Just thought Boss looked kinda cute."

"…I just don't like samurai."

"Alright, alright, I get it. They are pretty gross."

"And why do they keep staring over here? Asking for trouble."

"Yeah, yeah. But I see quite a few women checking us out too. Boss, want to scare them off too?"

"It's fine. Let them look. As long as looking doesn't cost them two pounds of flesh."

"Hehe."

Kalifa rolled her eyes at him. The truth was, way more women were staring—and it was obvious who they were staring at.

Since the moment Chiga stepped onto this street, those women hadn't taken their eyes off him.

What now? Doesn't he find them annoying? Where's that Haki now, huh? Double standards?

Chiga, unbothered by her teasing glare, remained composed.

What could he say? He was an Uchiha.

Members of the Uchiha clan were naturally blessed in the looks department—especially in the world of pirates, where most men looked like beasts. By comparison, the Uchiha had a whole different level of appeal.

Just then, a shout echoed through the street.

"The Oiran is parading!"

Instantly, the crowd cleared, people stepping aside in anticipation, eyes fixed on the intersection.

Chiga didn't even slow down. He kept walking, still holding Kalifa's hand.

Kalifa looked at him, confused.

"Boss, aren't you even curious? Oirans are supposed to be breathtakingly beautiful."

"It's just a show. See those people over there?"

Chiga motioned toward a group huddled in the shadows.

Unlike the excited crowd, these people wore ragged clothes. Their expressions were bitter, eyes full of resentment.

Kalifa followed his gaze and saw them too. Their energy felt off, but she still didn't quite get the point.

Chiga explained, "Those are former top patrons. They threw all their money at that Oiran… now they're starving in the gutter."

"Top patrons? What's that mean?"

"They're the biggest spenders—the ones who spent the most to support the Oiran."

"Oh… so what you're saying is, this Oiran got popular off their wallets, and she's probably not even that pretty?"

"Well, I wouldn't go that far. She's likely attractive. Otherwise, no one would have supported her."

"I see. But… Boss, how do you know all this? Did you used to be a patron?"

"Of course not!"
