One Piece: One for All

Chapter 17: Chapter 17

As Jiro continued contemplating, Rob Lucci slowly walked toward him, each step echoing with a thud.

"I told you," Rob Lucci said, staring at Jiro as he advanced, "you will never be able to defeat me."

Jiro slowly stood up, his posture straight and unwavering. He looked at Rob Lucci with a serious expression and declared, "No, I will win for sure." His eyes conveyed firm belief.

"That's impossible. In this form, unless you know Haki, you will never be able to defeat me," Rob Lucci replied coldly. "Anyway, you've wasted enough of my time stalling for Strawhat. Congratulations." He crouched low, his body tensing as he continued, "Since I need to intercept Strawhat, let me end this, once and for all."

Hearing Rob Lucci's words, Jiro smirked. "Really? Then what do you think of this move?" He straightened his stance, his elbows slightly bent and fists clenched. "I don't know if this will work, but I promise you, you'll be defeated in no time."

With determination, Jiro tried to guide One for All throughout his body. As he did so, light-like veins began spreading across his body, starting from his chest.

Bzzt Bzzt Bzzt

Purple lightning flickered around Jiro, crackling as he felt a surge of power invigorate him. Although he could only utilize 10% of One for All's power, the strength he now felt made him believe he could destroy an island.

"Hmm?" Rob Lucci's eyes widened in astonishment as he watched Jiro's sudden transformation.

"Have you eaten the Lightning Fruit?" Rob Lucci asked, his voice laced with curiosity as he observed the purple lightning dancing around Jiro.

"No, you're wrong," Jiro replied calmly. "I haven't eaten any Devil Fruit yet."

"Then how are you doing this?" Rob Lucci demanded, confusion evident in his tone.

"You mean this?" Jiro raised his hand, lightning flickering across his palm and body. "This is my bloodline."

"Your bloodline? Are you part of Germa?" Rob Lucci's expression darkened, suspecting Jiro to be affiliated with Germa 66.

Jiro looked at him, puzzled. "What's Germa? I don't know what you're talking about."

"You... You really don't know?" Rob Lucci asked again, trying to confirm Jiro's ignorance.

"I said I don't!" Jiro snapped, irritation creeping into his voice. "Now... are we going to fight or not?!"

Realizing Jiro wasn't from Germa, Rob Lucci relaxed slightly. "If you're not from Germa, then I don't have to worry about offending them." He crouched into a combat stance and added, "Get ready. I'm going to attack."

In an instant, Rob Lucci disappeared, using Soru once again.

However, with One for All circulating through his body, Jiro could clearly see Rob Lucci's movements. He intercepted him, appearing directly in front of him.

"What?!" Rob Lucci's eyes widened in shock as Jiro's fist neared his face.

"Geppo!" Rob Lucci stepped into the air, ascending higher to avoid Jiro's punch.

Jiro's fist brushed through the afterimage of Rob Lucci's movement.

"You dodged?" Jiro muttered in surprise, watching as Rob Lucci landed back on the ground, keeping his distance.

"That was too close," Rob Lucci admitted, sweat beading on his forehead. He had barely avoided being finished by that punch.

"This time, I'll make sure you can't dodge," Jiro declared, his eyes locked onto Rob Lucci. He thought of a move he had seen in an animeβ€”a technique used by a bald character with overwhelming strength. Lacking any techniques of his own, he decided to try it.
