Enel (antagonist), wreathed in dazzling electricity, actually laughed out of extreme anger.

Ever since obtaining the power of the Goro Goro no Mi, this was the first time he had been so utterly disregarded!

It wasn't that the Goro Goro no Mi's speed wasn't fast enough, but Enel's (antagonist's) nerve reaction speed simply couldn't keep up!

Unbearable, excruciating pain made Enel's (antagonist's) eyes bulge, his face contort, and he coughed up a large mouthful of blood.
