After Makino left, Reno focused once again on steering the pirate ship.

During the voyage, besides flirting with Nami and Makino, Reno repeatedly tested the teleportation ability he had just acquired.

Whenever they passed some deserted islands, Reno would temporarily let Nami take over the helm.

He would then use his teleportation.

The moment the thought formed, he would appear on the island he had sensed.

It was completely incomparable to techniques like Soru.

Only a few of the nearest households opened their doors to greet Usopp with a stream of colorful curses.

After nearly ten minutes of shouting at each other, both sides finally quieted down.

Outside, Usopp laughed triumphantly.

But a moment later, Usopp's smile faded. He looked out at the distant sea, a touch of melancholy welling up inside him.

If only pirates really came.
