The marines scrambled, their shouts and orders echoing through the chaos as the entrance of the Water 7 Marine Headquarters lay in ruins. Smoke billowed into the air, and rubble scattered across the ground, a clear testament to Kai's devastating arrival. Kai stood amidst the destruction, his Meteorite Staff in hand, an unyielding grin plastered across his face.

"Oh ? Another Quest? Well I call this a great opportunity to test my new sorceries!" he declared, his voice laced with excitement. "Rock Sling!"

Three large rocks rose from the shattered ground, propelled by an unseen force. They slammed into a group of marines, sending them sprawling in all directions. The soldiers groaned and struggled to rise, but their numbers were overwhelming. Wave after wave of marines poured into the fray, their ranks bolstered by the presence of CP05—a group renowned for their stealth and intelligence-gathering rather than raw combat strength. Yet, even they seemed more prepared this time.

Among the chaos, a commanding voice cut through. "KAI SILVER! Surrender or we end the life of your crew member!" Prolio, a high-ranking CP05 agent, emerged from the shadows, holding a short, stocky man by the neck. The man—Andrea Luca Toni

Kai's gaze flicked towards the scene, his grin unfaltering. Behind Prolio stood two other CP05 agents, Marly and Dori, their stances tense. "Oh? You guys again? Different people this time?" Kai's tone was mocking, his confidence unshaken. "I'm going to assume you're the leaders of CP05."

Prolio's face twisted in rage. "YOU THINK THIS IS A JOKE, DAMN YOU?! If you do not surrender, a Buster Call will be issued, and your friend here will really die!"

Kai let out a hearty laugh, waving his hand dismissively. "Which friend? I see no one."

Prolio's anger reached a boiling point. He raised his blade, aiming to drive it into Luca. But in the blink of an eye, Luca was gone from his grasp. Confused, Prolio whipped around, only to see Luca standing safely behind Kai, alongside a young woman—Miss Valentine, another wanted pirate and a member of Kai's crew.

Kai's grin widened as he addressed the stunned CP05 agent. "Oh, so you can use Soru, huh?" he said to Luca.

Luca smirked, brushing himself off. "I'm a medic, Captain. I need to know all the skills needed to save my own skin. Most people aim for me first, after all. Anyway, I'll head back to the ship, Captain."

Kai nodded. "Keep it ready. After I'm done with these clowns, we're leaving Water 7. What I'm about to do will most likely make us really, REALLY wanted."

Luca chuckled. "Sure thing, Captain. Don't have too much fun."

As Luca disappeared into the distance, Prolio's fury reached its peak. "Marly, Dori! It's time. We'll take him down together!"

The three agents moved into formation, their confidence bolstered by their combined strength. Prolio's Doriki measured at 1350, while Marly and Dori boasted 1100 and 950, respectively. Together, they believed they had the power to bring Kai Silver to his knees.

Kai cracked his knuckles, his grin never wavering. "Oh, so you're all teaming up? That's cute. Let's see if you can handle this!"

Upon saying that, even more marines poured in from many directions surrounding Kai, He stood confidently, surveying the swarm of Marines gathering in the wake of his destruction. Mikita, standing beside him, groaned as she rubbed her temples. "You really know how to make things messy, don't you, Captain?"

Kai smirked, leaning casually on his Meteorite Staff. "Messy? This is art. Besides, aren't you the one who said you were bored earlier? Perfect time to stretch those legs."

"Stretch my—" Mikita's eyes narrowed as she crossed her arms. "You're just shoving the hard part onto me again, aren't you?"

"Hey, you're great at handling groups," Kai said, giving her an exaggerated thumbs-up. "Just keep the Marines busy while I deal with these CP clowns. Consider it... cardio."

Mikita sighed, clearly exasperated. "Unbelievable. You're lucky I'm still buzzed from the party, or I'd have a lot more to say about this."

Kai chuckled. "Oh, I'm counting on that. Now go have fun."

Mikita clicked her tongue but stepped forward toward the advancing Marines, muttering complaints under her breath. "Drunk or not, this better be worth it, Captain."

As she dove into the fray, Kai turned his attention to the trio of CP05 agents standing before him. Prolio, their leader, glared at him, his face twisted in rage. "Your arrogance knows no bounds, pirate."

Kai grinned, spinning his staff in his hand. "Oh, you're just figuring that out? Let me give you the full experience."

Kai twirled the Meteorite Staff in his hand as the trio of CP05 agents, Prolio, Marly, and Dori, spread out around him in a triangular formation. The air was tense, heavy with the threat of an imminent clash. Kai tilted his head, his signature cocky grin plastered on his face.

"So, you three took time out of your busy lives of sneaking and whispering to fight me directly? I'm touched," Kai said, feigning sincerity. "But you should've brought better backup."

"You won't be laughing when we break every bone in your body!" Prolio snarled, his muscles tensing as he prepared to attack.

"Oh, I don't need all my bones to beat you," Kai quipped. "Hell, I could do it with one hand tied behind my back. Wanna try?"

Prolio's face contorted in rage, and he vanished with a blur—Soru. Kai's eyes flickered, easily tracking the agent as he reappeared to his left. A punch came hurtling toward him, but Kai casually sidestepped, letting it hit the empty air.

"Missed me," Kai teased, tapping Prolio's shoulder mockingly before unleashing Gravity Well. A swirling purple vortex erupted from his staff, yanking Prolio off his feet and slamming him into the ground with a satisfying crunch.

Marly and Dori lunged simultaneously. Marly aimed a deadly Rankyaku slash toward Kai, while Dori leaped in with a Shigan thrust aimed at his chest. Kai smirked, lifting his staff.

"Time for the real fireworks. Collapsing Stars!"

A gravitational pulse rippled through the area, dragging both agents off course. The Rankyaku's sharp air blade swerved harmlessly into the rubble, while Dori was pulled forward, her momentum betraying her. Kai met her with a swift knee to the gut, sending her sprawling.

"You all move fast, I'll give you that," Kai said, stepping back as Prolio staggered to his feet. "But let's face it, this is just embarrassing for you."

"You insufferable bastard!" Prolio roared, blood dripping from his nose. "We'll see if you're still cocky after this!"

The three regrouped, each launching their respective techniques in unison: Prolio's Soru darted around in unpredictable patterns, Marly unleashed a flurry of Rankyaku blades, and Dori used Geppo to take to the skies for an aerial assault.

Kai yawned dramatically. "Wow, you're all so... average. Let me show you how it's done."

He slammed his staff into the ground, summoning Meteorite. Massive rocks plummeted from the sky, forcing Marly to leap away, her attacks forgotten. One meteor crashed near Dori, knocking her from the air, while another clipped Prolio, sending him tumbling.

The dust settled, revealing the three agents battered and disoriented. Kai, completely unscathed, casually cracked his knuckles. "Still think you can win, or do you want to skip to the part where you beg for mercy?"

"I'll kill you!" Prolio spat, charging recklessly with Tekkai to harden his body. Kai didn't even flinch.

"Nice technique, but it won't help you." Kai swung his staff, connecting with Prolio's hardened ribs. The impact shattered the agent's defense, and he crumpled to the ground, wheezing.

Marly and Dori hesitated, exchanging nervous glances. Kai raised an eyebrow. "What's wrong? Don't tell me you're scared now."

With a growl, Marly launched another Rankyaku, but Kai deflected it with a lazy wave of his staff. "Predictable," he muttered, following up with Rock Sling. Three massive rocks shot forward, slamming into Marly and sending her crashing into a nearby wall.

Dori, now the last one standing, tried to retreat, using Geppo to gain distance. Kai chuckled. "Running away? Where's the fun in that?"

He pointed his staff upward, casting Gravitational Missile. A concentrated surge of gravity energy shot toward her, striking her mid-air. She screamed as the force yanked her down, slamming her into the ground at Kai's feet.

Kai stood over the defeated agents, dusting off his coat. "Well, that was underwhelming. I hope you're better at sneaking than you are at fighting."

The agents groaned, unable to muster a response. Kai turned away, twirling his staff. "Mikita! How's the Marine babysitting going? I'm done playing with these losers."
