"Even if he's not in beast form... he still has the powers of a Mythical Zoan? No, he might even have more transformations than we realise," Kaido said grimly.

His eyes flickered as he calculated silently. The battle had only just begun, and both sides were still gauging each other's strength, abilities, and fighting styles.

In other words, those earlier exchanges were merely warm-ups and tests. Taking a deep breath, Kaido's gaze turned razor-sharp.

A moment later, his massive figure moved like the wind, instantly appearing before Arashi. With his club raised high, he slammed it downward.

"Three Worlds: Ragnarok!" The space around them turned black and red, and a massive bolt of lightning roared down alongside the strike.

Arashi looked up, clenched his fist, and met it head-on. "Boom!"

The ground exploded upward as Arashi was driven deep into it. The sheer weight and pressure poured down through him and into the earth.

Kaido unleashed his full power at that moment. "Aaaaaah!!" Kaido roared as black and red energy flared, painting half the sky in ominous hues.

Arashi felt the crushing pressure—there was no denying Kaido's strength. But then, he grinned.

Excitement, madness, and bloodlust flashed in Arashi's eyes. His expression twisted with a wild grin.

"Come on, Kaido! Give it everything you've got! This isn't some playground brawl!"

With a snarl, he flung his right fist forward—then suddenly opened his hand, grabbing the spiked club mid-swing.

Kaido's eyes widened as Arashi's massive hand clamped down on the iron weapon.

Then came a tremendous pull. Incredibly, Kaido was lifted off the ground by his own club. "Don't space out in a fight, Kaido!" Arashi growled.

"Do I need to teach you everything?" With a fierce heave, Arashi slammed Kaido into the ground with a thunderous crash.

Though Kaido's body was barely hurt, the psychological shock was immense.

"No way! That's impossible!" he shouted.

How could someone catch his club mid-attack? His weapon was coated in immense Haki, its edge and power easily rivalling any legendary blade.

Just then—"Ikoku Sovereignty!" A deafening roar came from Big Mom. Arashi spun around, bracing his arms before him.

A massive wave of sword energy smashed into him, sending him hurtling across the battlefield until he crashed into a distant mountain.

"Now's not the time to zone out, Kaido!" Big Mom sneered.

"Are you seriously scared stiff?" Kaido jolted, then stood, expression darkening. "Of course not!" he barked. "I was just thinking!"

Big Mom snorted, charging forward again. "Don't slow me down. I don't care if we've known each other for years—if you get in my way, I won't hold back!"

Kaido gritted his teeth, hoisted his club, and followed. "Don't underestimate me, Linlin!" Together, they once again stormed toward Arashi.

Arashi, having just shaken off the last attack, flexed his aching arms and narrowed his eyes. "This fight just keeps getting better!"

He suddenly leapt high into the air. "Crack!" Blue lightning sparked around him as a hundred-meter-long lightning spear twisted into form in his hand.

"Who's first?" he muttered, feigning indecision.

Then he laughed. "Only kids make choices!" In his other hand, a second spear appeared, this time crackling with black and red lightning—Conqueror's Haki-infused.

With a sharp throw, Arashi hurled the first spear with his right hand, then the second with his left. "Lance of Longinus!"

The spears shot downward at lightning speed. One reached Kaido in an instant—he dodged just in time, using Observation Haki.

But Big Mom wasn't so lucky. While she barely avoided a fatal hit, one of the spears pierced her shoulder, drawing a scream of pain.

"Linlin!" Kaido shouted in shock. "You don't have time to worry about someone else right now."

Arashi's voice growled near his ear. Kaido looked up and saw Arashi's outstretched hand aimed directly at his face. "2.5 Billion Volts!"

"Gae Bolg!" The calm words echoed like thunder from the heavens. A colossal lightning pillar crashed down, engulfing Kaido with no room to escape.

The blinding lightning tore through the island, surging into the far horizon. "Captain Kaido!!" the Beasts Pirates cried out.

The sight was overwhelming, but even more terrifying was that the bolt had struck Kaido directly. Could it be… this battle was already decided?

At that same moment, in Kuri, Wano—at the hidden port—an eerie black magic circle flared to life. With a brilliant glow came an oppressive, choking presence.

"What is that? Get back!" the Marines guarding the port shouted in panic.

From the centre of the runes, a towering figure slowly emerged. The instant they saw him, the Marines' expressions changed drastically.

"The Marines are becoming more and more disappointing." The deep voice echoed as the man stood silently, like an immovable mountain.

Some Marine officers, once stationed at headquarters, instantly recognised him. Cold sweat trickled down their foreheads as they trembled.

"The… the Five Elders!" Black suit, curly white hair, a bushy white beard, and a noble-style hat—he leaned on a cane, his presence cold and commanding.

His eyes swept across the gathered Marines, carrying a gaze that was both disdainful and divine.

"Jaygarcia Saturn!" someone whispered, horrified.

They now realised the truth—the man before them was one of the Five Elders, among the most powerful figures in the world.

"Don't look at him directly! Anyone below rear admiral, avert your eyes from Saturn-sama!" a frightened voice warned. But it was too late.

Saturn's eyes suddenly gleamed with an eerie light that swept over every Marine present. "Bang!"

Dozens of sounds rang out simultaneously. Blood sprayed through the harbor as the Marines fell silent, lifeless. A freezing, dreadful wind passed through the air.

"Human life is no different from ants," Saturn said coldly.

"Just like crops in a field—after one harvest, new ones grow. If this batch starts to rebel, we wipe them out and raise another."

His face showed no emotion as he looked upon the many beheaded bodies. Then, his expression shifted slightly.

He turned to look at the opposite shore, where a massive red dragon-headed ship was slowly approaching. Standing at the bow, a lone figure stared at him with focused eyes.

"This little island has become quite lively," Saturn said almost wistfully. The last remaining Marine rear admiral, filled with fear and fury, shouted out.

"Saturn-sama. What are you doing? Are you not afraid of sparking a war between the Marines and the World Government?"

Saturn looked down at him with utter indifference.

"War?" he repeated flatly.

"The Marines are just loyal dogs we raised. What right do they have to speak of war?" Then his voice turned cold.

"And now, you disobedient mutts dare bare your fangs at your masters?" The rear admiral froze. "I… I can't move!!" he gasped.

Then, under Saturn's unblinking gaze, his head suddenly burst into blood and mist.

The sight was horrifying. Even Shanks and his crew, watching from the approaching ship, grew grim.

"He's even killing his own men? So this is the justice you uphold?" Shanks said coldly.

The Red Force came to a halt. Shanks drew his sabre from his waist. Behind him, Beckman and the others did the same, eyes burning with battle intent.

None of them had expected that, upon setting foot in Wano, they'd encounter one of the Five Elders—the highest authority in the world.

The sudden confrontation left them briefly stunned. "Shanks…" Saturn murmured, his eyes fixed on the Red Force.

A strange smile touched his lips. "It seems our definition of 'ally' differs," he said. "But you... I believe you're still one of us, aren't you?"

The question shocked Beckman and the others. Confusion flickered across their faces.

A shadow crossed Shanks's face. His voice turned cold. "You and I were never on the same side."

"Is that so? What a pity." Saturn's voice remained calm.

"However, I think there's someone eager to speak with you." "Who?" Shanks asked.

Saturn didn't answer. Instead, his eyes turned toward the rising lift platform below the harbour.

With a series of grinding creaks, a group of people slowly came into view. At the forefront stood an elderly man who made Shanks's pupils narrow sharply.

"It's been a long time. You've become a formidable man. Shanks!" The old man's neatly parted hair and beard formed a crescent shape on his face.

At his waist hung a sabre. There was no mistaking it—he was Figarland Garling.

"Knights of God!" Beckman and the others looked visibly shaken. But unlike them, there was a flicker of complexity in Shanks' eyes.

"The World Government dispatched a member of the Five Elders… along with you. It seems they're after something significant."

Figarland Garling glanced at Saint Saturn and, seeing that the other didn't mind, gave a faint smile.

"You and I, it seems, share the same goal."

Shanks raised an eyebrow. "Oh? To eliminate the Marines on this island," Garling said casually, but the weight of those words made everyone's expressions change drastically.

"So, the conflict between you and the Marines has reached the point of no return," Shanks said.

Saint Saturn then spoke up as well. "Under normal circumstances, there would be no opportunity or reason for us to communicate. But this time, Red-Haired, I'll give you a chance."

The deliberate use of "Red-Haired" rather than his name showed a degree of recognition, if not respect.

"Let's join forces to purge the Marines from this island!" His words stunned the pirates aboard the Red Force, some of the newer ones even breaking into a cold sweat.

To ally with the Five Elders? And to destroy the Marines? That was a declaration that, if made public, would shake the world to its core.

At the same time, they were disturbed by the Five Elders' indifference toward life and cruelty toward their allies, values opposite for theirs.

"So that was your goal in coming here? Truly unsettling," Shanks said solemnly, taking a deep breath.

His expression was grave, and his mind raced. Speaking to these men was like bargaining with devils, yet he had to admit—he came here because of the Marines.

It was Arashi's recklessness that truly drew him here. If left unchecked, the balance of the seas would collapse, throwing the entire world into unprecedented chaos.

"So, Red-Haired," Saturn continued, "for both you and me, Arashi is the true threat."

"Only by eliminating him can order be restored." He paused, voice turning dismissive.

"As for the Marines… we can always raise a new batch. To ensure stability, we are even willing to support your ascent to Pirate King."

"As long as you don't go too far, we can make a mutually beneficial agreement."

Even Figarland Garling was surprised by this. He turned to Shanks, curious to see what choice the young man would make.

Compared to the unrelenting pursuit of Roger, the Five Elders were more lenient toward Shanks.

"A tempting offer, truly," Shanks suddenly chuckled. Saint Saturn remained still, showing no reaction.

"But I refuse!" Shanks' smile faded, his voice icy cold. "To collaborate with you under the name of piracy is an insult to me and my crew!"

"As for the title of Pirate King, if I desire it, I will claim it myself—not through a pact that could be broken at any moment!"

Saint Saturn shook his head slowly. "What a pity. We shared a common goal."

"Even so," Shanks replied coldly, "I'll defeat Arashi by my means, not with schemes or dirty tricks. Victory is victory. Defeat is defeat."

"If I fall, it only proves I wasn't strong enough." His words drew hearty laughter from Beckman, Mihawk, and the others behind him.

Garling's face darkened. He stared at Shanks as if he no longer recognised him. "You were supposed to be one of us, Shanks!"

Shanks lifted his sabre and pointed it straight at him. "But I'm not anymore, am I?"

"Now, I'm one of the Four Emperors. Captain of the Red-Haired Pirates—renowned as an unbreakable force on the sea!"

Garling's eyes turned cold. "So, this is how you choose your fate?"

"Wasn't my path already chosen 37 years ago on God Valley?" Shanks smiled faintly.

Garling seemed ready to speak again, but Saturn cut him off. "Enough! If Red-Haired refuses, then let's ask the others now making a name for themselves in these seas!"

Garling blinked at that. Shanks and the others turned to look behind them, where an unfamiliar fleet was quickly approaching.

As the ships came into view, Shanks' expression suddenly shifted. "Blackbeard!" The fleet was led by none other than Marshall D. Teach himself.

"Zehahaha!" With white bandages on his head and burn marks all over his body, Teach surveyed the group and burst into laughter.

"What a lively gathering! And we haven't even reached the battlefield yet!"

Next to him, another figure's face twisted in shock upon seeing Saint Saturn's group. "What's wrong, Sakazuki? You seem to recognise them?" Teach asked.

"What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be ruling from Mary Geoise?" Sakazuki growled. "Even gods descend to the mortal world sometimes?"

Saturn's gaze locked onto him. "If we have old acquaintances, then this conversation will be much easier."

Teach's expression darkened. From the dialogue, he quickly guessed the other's identity.

"Zehahaha… What a surprise! So, even someone like you came in person. Are you here for Arashi, too?"

Saturn's eyes turned cold, staring down Teach. Though he had yet to transform or reveal his true strength, the aura alone was terrifying. "Teach, let's skip the pleasantries."

"I represent the will of the world. We will eliminate the Marines on Onigashima. And to that end, the World Government is willing to cooperate with pirates as infamous as you."

"We're even willing to offer minor benefits in exchange."

His deep voice stirred the air, but for Teach and his crew, it was more than shocking—it was terrifying. The World Government… was turning against the Marines?

"Rumble!"

Just then, a massive bolt of black and red lightning tore across the sky, shaking the entire Wano Country.

"A battle that will shake the world has already begun," Teach murmured, eyes flashing before he broke into booming laughter.

"How interesting! Truly fascinating! Enemies uniting for one man? That's just the nature of this ever-changing world!" He stood at the prow of the ship and raised his hand.

"Fine. We'll cooperate to take down Arashi! But afterward, you'd better give me my due reward."

Saturn slammed his cane to the deck, letting out a cold laugh. "The World Government never underpays what's owed."

He turned away. If all went smoothly, that was one thing. But if not, then this island would soon be reduced to ashes—wiped off the map. In that case, any alliances or promises would be meaningless scraps of paper.

Shanks and his crew stood silently to the side, watching the deal unfold with grim expressions.

All three parties withdrew, but their target remained the same—Onigashima, where the fiercest battle raged.

Not long after, another fleet arrived. Seeing the bloodstained port and the headless Marine corpses scattered across the docks, the freckled-faced man at the front scowled.

"The battle started long ago. Someone's infiltrated the port and slaughtered these Marines. What's worse is that none of them resisted, as if they were all taken out instantly," Marco said gravely.

"Teach is likely already here and other forces, too," Ace added solemnly.

"Right now, Onigashima is a chaotic mess." A strong, towering figure flashed in his mind. For some reason, he felt an uneasy tension settle in his chest.

Could that man survive in a situation like this? "Boom!" A massive black-red lightning bolt split the sky.

Onigashima cracked with fissures. As the blinding light faded, a colossal figure cloaked in lightning reappeared—Arashi.

"Arashi!" Kaido roared like thunder, bursting out of the lightning and leaping high into the air.

He gripped his kanabo with both hands and swung it down toward Arashi's head. "Gundari: Ryuseigun!"

Arashi looked up, grinning as he prepared to throw a punch. But at that moment, another massive figure charged in. "Maser Ho!" Big Mom bellowed.

In that instant, the two Emperors unleashed their most devastating attacks—fierce, overwhelming, and perfectly synchronised.
