"I'm Bloody Hand, a great pirate in the East Blue! The captain of the Bloody Hand Pirates with a bounty of 5 million..."

Before he could finish his words, Smoker slammed his head into the ground.

Bloody Hand felt a tremendous force pressing on his head and fell into a semi-coma...

The Bloody Hand crew immediately shouted when they saw this.

"Kill him!"

A knife slashed across Smoker's back, but his body had already turned into smoke.

These pirates had never seen such a strange scene. They turned pale with fear. Smoker turned and gave them a disdainful look. His hand was still on Bloody Hand's head, but his wrist and forearm were strangely separated. Smoker coldly said to the group of pirates:

"This is a pirate with a bounty of 5 million... That's too weak... You'd better not stand out and wait for arrest."
