NOKART: The land of wonders and terrors.

Chapter 4: Waiting for the full moon

Hitch had woken up suddenly from a dream where he had fallen to his death on a cliff. He then stirred on his bed and felt Noah's chest. He was breathing deeply and snoring. Hitch then smelled the faint scent of vanilla on his mouth. Hitch then decided to do something dangerous, something he had long wanted to do to Noah. He closed the space between their lips, and Hitch sniffed, taking in the sweet yet slightly sour scent of vanilla and strawberry. He wondered how somebody could smell that nice. Hitch even got a little envious about it.

Hitch then laid his hands on Noah's huge pecs and felt how soft and hard they were. He then slid his hand onto Noah's stomach and felt that he didn't have any abs, but it still felt soft and hard. Noah then shifted into another position. Hitch decided to leap from the bed, and he stood on the floor, admiring Noah's grand and sexy physique. Hitch then walked to the bathroom and turned on the light. The light pierced his eyes sharply, and he sealed them before he slowly opened them after his eyes had adapted to the light's intensity. Hitch then took a small shower, and he exited the bathroom dressed like a waiter. When he came out, Noah was stretching his legs.

"Up early again, fancy pants?" He said in a greeting tone.

"Yeah, unlike someone, I have a job and am an independent adult," said Hitch proudly.

"No need to talk about me like that!" Cried Noah.

"Well, then maybe you shouldn't have brought a beer in here," Hitch said coldly.

"Why do you hate beer so much?" Noah asked curiously.

Hitch said nothing except that he sighed and sealed his eyes. He doesn't seem to know what to talk about, so Noah decided to leave the matter.

"I'm going to work, and what are you going to do today?"

"Well, I'll probably spend my time in this house and probably go to the local gym if I want, and... "

"You're still staying here?"

"I told you, little guy, I'm staying here five more days," said Noah.

"I'm going down," Hitch then walked out of the room and exited through the front door.

Noah then thought about how cute Hitch looked when he dressed like a fancy pants. Noah then lay on the bed and hugged a non-existent Hitch and missed his warmth, which felt really close.

The two sisters were placing plates and silverware on the table. Noah was sitting in a chair and drinking a bottle of beer.

"If I were you, I wouldn't have done that," said Erika warningly.

"Why?" Noah asked innocently as he threw the bottle right in the bin.

"Hitch despised anything alcohol-related," said Mitch.

"And why is that?"

"Because of a trauma. There was this one time he was left with his uncle, and this uncle was an alcoholic and physically abusive. After that, Hitch never recovered and hated anything with alcohol, like even he hates even a small amount of rum in a cake," said Mitch.

"So, that's why," said Noah as he looked at the bottle of beer in the bin.

"You're lucky that Hitch didn't drag your ears when he caught you with a beer," said Erika.

"But he just gave me a first warning and I didn't take it seriously, but after I know why, I won't bring in any more things with alcohol," said Noah.

"And in noticed something," said Erika. "Hitch let you get the little guy pass to you!"

"And why is that important?"

"Because Hitch loathed when people treat him like a kid or a little person, even we can't treat him like that. But for some reason, he let you...."

"Maybe because he got used to it?" Suggested Noah.

"No... but we do have a different.... theory..." said Mitch slowly.

They both giggled simultaneously and held up their hands to their mouth and looked at each other knowingly. Noah looked confused.

"Maybe... Hitch has a soft spot for you, Noah," chuckled Erika and Mitch.

"What? You're not telling me that the guy who looked straight has a soft spot for me! And there were times when he was cold to me!"

"Who told you he was straight, Noah? Don't judge people by mere appearance alone," Mitch giggled. "He's gay, Noah."

"He's gay?!" Repeated Noah.

"Yes, Noah, Hitch is a hundred percent gay," confirmed Erika.

"I didn't know that," said Noah.

"Which should explain why he has a soft spot for you, letting you call him 'little guy, '" said Mitch. "To be fair, you have the physique of a Greek god, so I can understand Hitch if he liked you."

"But how do you explain time he was cold with me?" Noah asked nervously.

"He's probably conflicted inside and wanted to show you that he's strong. There's probably also that he doesn't want you to think he secretly liked you, which you know now, and there might also be the fact that he wants you to think he kinda hates you, while it's quite the opposite," said Mitch.

"So you think he loves me?"

"Yes, probably," said Erika. "And how do you feel about this?"

"I don't know, I don't mind a person I kind of like as a person liking me romantically, because who doesn't? With a physique like this!" Noah then kissed his arms.

"No wonder I broke up with you, what a narcissist!" Cried Mitch.

"Hey! You can't blame me if I'm born like this!"

"Yeah! But I can blame you for being a little bit narcissistic," said Erika.

"And I have a question... why are you three vegetarians. Because you folks are missing out on something, you know?"

The two of them then stared deeply into Noah's soul.

"Because, maybe we don't want to contribute to the animals' death? Maybe because we don't want to feel the guilt that we took an animal's life away, making it miss beautiful moments of life it could have experienced? Or maybe we just don't want people to asked that fucking question everytime!" They both yelled angrily.

"Okay, okay, no need to get angry! I was just curious, that's all!"

"Well, I do hate the type of people who don't even acknowledge the fact that a life is a sacrifice for them, ripping away its existence, taking away its chance of experiencing a beautiful moment in its life," said Erika.

"Talking about happiness, Hitch doesn't seem at all happy," said Noah. "He looked like someone who went through things and is lost and unable to find happiness. I could feel it, you know?"

"You're right, and I think we've already discussed it yesterday," said Mitch.

"Had he been in a relationship?" Noah asked curiously.

"Never, because the guy would have been gloating about it if he were ever to have a relationship," said Erika.

"All right, enough chinwag, let's eat," said Mitch as she settled herself on a chair and grabbed the silverware.

Hitch was walking in the local gym. The temperature inside was colder than the outside due to the air conditioner installed within. He was looking at the men exercising. Then he noticed Noah entering the place with a group of people. That must have been his friends, thought Hitch. Then Noah noticed Hitch and approached him.

"So, what are you doing, little guy?"

"Just walking," said Hitch, avoiding eye contact.

"Admiring sexy men here, are you?" teased Noah.

"How did you-"

"Your sister told me that you are gay, Hitch," admitted Noah.

"So, do you have a problem with that?" Hitch asked coldly.

"No, no, no problem at all, it's just that it cleared up things a little bit," said Noah truthfully.

"What things?"

"That maybe you have a soft spot for me," said Noah.

"I do not!" Hitch cried, his face turned red.

"You're lying, Hitch, you're literally blushing," teased Noah.

"I-I-do-no-not-"

"I don't mind, actually, because I kind of understand you, like if I were gay, I would have a soft spot for a guy with a physique equivalent to that of a Greek god," said Noah warmly.

"You don't mind?" Hitch asked.

"Yeah, because it's not like as if you're going to attack me at night without my consent, I know you're not that kind of person," joked Noah.

"What kind of concern is that?" Hitch asked, feeling slightly disgusted.

"Well, I just kind of long for a relationship, you know? I just don't know if we can be together or not," said Noah, blushing.

"What are you saying?"

"Hitch, even though I just met you for a few days, I felt something close to you. Every time we go to sleep together, I feel the warmth close to when I hug my parents, but much closer. I feel safe around you. I found you very cute and I adore you. You made me feel closer than when I did with your sister. I just want to know if you and I can work together," said Noah honestly.

Hitch's breath hitched for a moment, and his heart and thoughts raced. He then closed the gap between their faces (with both of their eyes closed), and they met in a slow and sensational kiss. It tasted like vanilla and strawberry. It sent a warmth down his spine. There was an electric sensation rubbing in both of their brains. They let go of that kiss. They both said nothing and avoided eye contact. They blushed deeply. Hitch then took Noah's hands and looked at Noah's eyes, his own eyes full of wonder. It was almost like looking at the Milky Way at night. Hitch then thought that maybe this was what happiness felt like. He wasn't sure if his heart beating loud and hard was love or happiness. He hadn't felt both in such a long time that he couldn't have told even one small difference. But what he had now with Noah was something he would cherish. But at the same time, even though he felt glad that he had found love with a person he liked, there was a part of him that felt empty. He decided to ignore the part that felt empty for now. He then looked at Noah's chest and laid his hands on Noah's chest. He could feel his heart beating loud and clear. Noah then took Hitch's hand, and Noah's hands were soft and delicate, as though shaped by gods themselves.

"Hitch, that was something, wasn't it?"

"Yeah, Noah, that was something."

"Hey, are you guys finished lollygagging?" One of Noah's friends called.

"I don't think they've noticed our kiss," said Hitch. He was breathing fast at the same rate as his heart. He never felt anything like that. As though a beast was roaring in his heart. The warmth filled his entire body. He could only hear his heartbeat and chest pounding. He wondered if this is how love felt like mixed with happiness. But he still felt empty somewhere inside of him.

Noah then introduced Hitch as just a friend to his other friends. They then exited the gym and walked to the football field. The football field was large, and there were twelve of them, and they decided to split up. The day was partly cloudy with the sun between dozens of clouds, and the temperature was perfect, neither cold nor hot.

"Are you good at football?" Asked Noah.

"Kind of good," said Hitch.

"Don't worry, after a few rounds, you'll be like a pro!" Encouraged Noah.

They spent hours on the football field, and the team with Noah won dozens of times. They were all sweating as though they were each a ball of wet towel. They stopped every thirty minutes to take a break.

"You are very good at this," said Noah.

"Yeah, said the one who kept winning," said Hitch.

"Don't worry, Hitch, you're going very well for someone who just started playing football."

They stopped playing football, and everybody returned home. Noah and Hitch sat on the bench at the football field. They held each other's hands. They felt closer after all the matches. Noah then looked at Hitch. Noah smelled strongly of vanilla as though someone lit up dozens of vanilla-scented candles.

"Is this really your first relationship?" Noah asked curiously.

"Yes," confirmed Hitch. "I never had a relationship before. But in case you didn't know, I was afraid of having a relationship. I'm scared of rejection and getting heartbroken. I hate pain, as it makes me suffer. But I still acknowledge pain as the one who gave me meaning in this life. But with you, I felt safe and close. I've never felt like that with anybody before. The closest was with my parents, but this feels closer."

"I have a question; shouldn't you suppose to be at work?"

"Yeah, but today's Wednesday, so I work just half my time," said Hitch.

"I have a question, Hitch. How long had you known that you were gay?"

"Well, it began in middle school as I felt something for a certain boy that I've never felt for girls. Then I thought for a moment and realized that I was attracted to him. We've never really talked about it, and I doubt that he wanted to be with me. And I've then felt this attraction to boys only, never for girls. That's when I realized that I was completely gay."

"You got lucky," said Noah. "Because I felt kind of ashamed that when I figured out that I was into guys, too. Because I want to make my parents proud by being able to build a family."

"Well, adoption's an option, you know?"

"Yeah, but my parents would want biological grandkids."

"Well, what's the matter whether their biological relative or not, I'd still treat them like a real relative. Because if you didn't know, Erika was adopted by our parents eighteen years ago. And now she's living a happy life with us, like how a true family would. Except for me..."

"Why would you say that, Hitch?" Noah asked, looking worried for Hitch, whose face had just turned ill-looking.

"Noah, I'm scared of admitting this, because I'm afraid to lose you," Hitch said truthfully.

"Don't worry, Hitch, no matter what you tell me, I swear I won't leave you." Noah looked extremely honest, and Hitch decided to tell him what had been bothering him.

"It's just that, after my parents' death, I've never once again felt happiness. The closest to happiness I've felt was when I kissed you, but I still feel an empty void inside of me, yearning for something more than that. You understand now why I was afraid of admitting? Because I don't want you to think that our relationship didn't mean much to me, it does actually, you've made me feel the closest to happiness and love that I've ever felt in years. It's just that I hate myself, that I still felt kind of empty even after everything that had happened."

"I know, Hitch, thank you for telling me this, you were very brave," said Noah, and then he kissed Hitch's forehead, which was full of sweat.

"But I might have found a solution!" said Hitch excitedly. "I have found a way to become happy again, permanently. I have the keys to open up a portal to another world that would lead us to the Butterfly, and the Butterfly would lead us to the Flower that would fill up the empty side of me with happiness."

"Hitch, stop being delusional, there's no such thing as a flower that would grant us infinite happiness."

"Yes, there is, and I've just told you my plan so that Julika Burton would appear any moment now."

"You're not telling me that you gobbled that Bitch's nonsense?"

"That's kind of rude calling someone a bitch without knowing them properly," said Julika from behind them.

Noah turned around and looked flustered, and he apologized. Julika accepted his apology.

"So, Hitch, this is the person you wish to bring with you on your journey to Nokart?"

"Yes, Julika, I do indeed wish to bring him with me to Nokart."

"Where's Nokart?" Noah asked innocently.

"Nokart is a magical place on the other side of the world. I'll invite you over to my office tomorrow," Julika then vanished from thin air.

"Dude! Did she just disappear?!"

"I'm telling you that she's magical, she just used her magic to disappear," said Hitch as he stood up from the bench.

"I can't believe it! Does that mean that magic exists? And that we can master them and use them?"

"No, I'm sorry to break it to you, but humans are the only creatures that can't master magic," Hitch said sadly.

"But isn't Julika a human?"

"No, Noah, she's a spirit that took the form of a human being."

"Really? Do you that what that means? It changed everything we know about the world! Maybe there's a secret organization that controls the human world and the magical world! Or there's maybe a bigger conspiracy! Like maybe the lizard men were true! Or maybe UFOs exist! And much more like werewolves and chupacabra!"

"I doubt that," said Hitch honestly. "Because Julika told me that both worlds don't have any connection whatsoever. The only connection is a portal that extends into both worlds."

"Yeah, but if she's lying? And maybe this is just a small part of the whole thing!"

"I'm too tired to think about anything," said Hitch.

"Yeah, let's continue the discussion at home!"

"No, don't do that in front of my sisters, because otherwise Julika is going to take everything she gave me, and I won't find a chance to be happy once again."

"Let's continue it in our bedroom then!"

"Yeah, good idea," said Hitch.

They arrived home half an hour later, and Hitch ran up the stairs and went to his bathroom. Noah just sat on the table and wiped his face with a handkerchief. Erika then complained how both stank of sweat. She then said that for some reason, Noah smelled like vanilla. The two sisters were confused for a moment as they had thought that someone must have lit dozens of vanilla-scented candles. They then tried to convince Noah to go and take a shower because it reeked of vanilla. Noah then decided to go take a shower with Hitch, as his sisters said that it would save on the water bill.

"So you're coming to shower with me?"

"Yeah, you're sisters convinced me that it would save on the water bill, and that I kind of agreed that I reeked of vanilla, but who doesn't enjoy when someone smells so good?"

"Let's take a quick shower," said Hitch. He then adjusted the shower's water temperature to lukewarm. Hitch then cleaned up himself and Noah with soap. Noah willingly let Hitch rub his skin. They were soft, warm, and muscular. Then Hitch took the shampoo and put it on Noah's hair and used a comb to comb and clean his hair. His hair was soft, as though it were just foam turned into fibers. They spent a total of half an hour in the shower.

"I thought you said we were going to take a quick shower," said Noah.

"Yeah, but your body needs more than twenty minutes of care and a shower that would cost us a fortune, just expect Erika to show up at any moment in the bathroom."

They then heard a knock on the door. Hitch got out of the shower and answered it.

"Do you realize how long you were in the shower?!" Shrieked Erika.

"Yeah, but Noah needed extra care for his hair and body."

Erika then looked at Hitch. She then smiled. She left them alone and didn't say anything.

"What are they doing in the shower for over half an hour?"

"Hitch's cleaning up Noah's body and hair," said Erika.

"What? Are you telling me that Noah let Hitch touch his hair? Because he never let me do that when I was dating him. And why would the guy shower again? Didn't he already take one shower yesterday, because when we were dating, he only took three showers for an entire month?"

"Maybe Noah also has a soft spot for Hitch," said Erika.

"Not just a little soft spot, a big soft spot! Because he said that he doesn't even let his parents touch his hair. Do you think they're together?

"I don't know, it's just that every night when I checked on them, they hugged each other closely. And the funniest thing was that Hitch doesn't move at all when he sleeps with Noah. Because that guy would normally pull out dozens of kicks in his sleep every five seconds."

"Yeah, do you think there's romance happening between them?"

"No, I don't think so, or else Hitch would have come gloating at us. And you're sure that your ex's not bisexual?"

"No, according to my current knowledge, I doubt that. But he could be bi or pan, you know. It's just that we didn't really get to know each other for over a month's worth of dating."

"Yeah, but for now we've just been running in circles, and you know that I hate running in circles on a subject, so let's jump right to the best conclusion: they're probably not together as a couple."

"Yeah. That's probably the best conclusion, Erika."

Hitch was blowing Noah's hair with a hair dryer and was brushing his head simultaneously. Noah was seated on a chair and reading a small book. Hitch then stopped blowing his hair and unplugged the hair dryer before putting it away in the closet. Noah then stood up from the chair and settled himself comfortably on the bed. Hitch then noticed something about Noah's feet. He had a small amount of hair on his feet. They were blond and looked kind of beautiful. Hitch then nestled his head on Noah's shoulder.

"You comfortable there, little guy?"

"Yes, big guy, I'm comfortable being next to the one I love the most," Hitch then kissed Noah's chest. Noah giggled and then rubbed his hand before he rubbed Hitch's head sweetly. Hitch then kissed Noah's cheek and made him blush deeply. Noah then decided to tickle Hitch. Hitch giggled and laughed as Noah's big hands reached for his flat stomach. Hitch rolled around on the bed with his eyes full of tears of joy. Noah then stopped and looked over him. Noah then closed the gap by kissing Hitch deeply. The flavour of vanilla and strawberry was stronger than before. His lips were soft and juicy. Hitch then gasped and moaned now and then. Noah then grabbed his shoulder and kissed Hitch even deeper. They were both hungry for more, especially Hitch. He wanted to fill that empty void inside him with the love he had for Noah. Hitch growled through the deep kiss and got hungrier for it. He then wrapped his arms around Noah's neck. Hitch then pulled Noah closer, and he felt his deep desire for more. This moment was sweet, but rather wild and true. They were both like two hungry beasts that wanted to devour each other. But he still felt somewhat empty, as though the more he wanted to fill that emptiness, the more it grew. Hitch stopped kissing and leapt from the bed. He was breathing heavily. Noah looked worried for Hitch. He then approached his boyfriend and laid a hand on his small shoulder.

"Are you okay?" He asked, full of concern.

"I'm fine, it's just that..."

"If you don't want to talk about then don't, Hitch. I can see that you're not fine. Let's just stay calm and go to sleep, okay?"

"Yeah, let's do that," said Hitch softly as he lay on the bed with Noah hugging him tightly and protectively. Hitch then wondered was this how it was like to be loved and wanted.

"You see how they are sleeping?" Asked Erika.

"Yes, I do see. They're sleeping peacefully. Hitch doesn't move at all. Noah's hugging him tightly," described Mitch.

"Yeah, and Hitch looked so relaxed, probably nothing though," said Erika.

"And did you hear that series of weird moans and grunts from earlier? That's probably them making out."

"Most likely scenario," said Erika as though they were in an important case of investigation.

Erika then closed the door carefully, slowly, and silently.

Hitch woke up suddenly from a dream in which he had fallen off a cliff. He had that same dream for over a week now. He wondered if it was just a coincidence or if there was something more to this dream. He saw Noah lying on the other side of the bed, sleeping peacefully. Hitch then noticed his round, thick buttocks. Hitch then laid his hands on them and felt how soft they were. He slightly squeezed them and watched it return to its shape. Hitch then giggled as Noah seemed to be waking up from his deep sleep. He looked at Hitch and smiled warmly. Noah then got up from the bed and stretched his arms and yawned deeply. Hitch saw his buttocks and took advantage of the moment. He then smacked Noah's right buttocks, and it echoed in the room. Noah froze for a moment before turning to Hitch.

"Did you just...?"

"Yes, and so what, I gotta admire my boyfriend's body, because I know that you like receiving attention," said Hitch proudly with not a single hint of shame in his voice.

Noah then turned to Hitch and lifted him in his arms, rocking him like a baby.

"If you do that again, I'm going to treat you like a princess, Hitchy," teased Noah.

"Yeah, yeah, you know that I don't mind that, I would do it again once you turned around!"

Noah then dropped Hitch on the bed.

"Let me show you something," said Noah as he turned around. "I can do something that basically no one can do." He then looked concentrated with his eyes closed. Then Hitch noticed that his left buttcheek bounced and the right one bounced and it continued like that for a quarter of a minuit. The way they bounced made him blush deeply, and he liked the way they jiggled with each bounce. He watched them move like how men would make their pecs bounce. He found it extremely sexy when Noah did that.

"Dude, you can make your ass bounce? I've never seen anybody do that!"

"Like I told you," said Noah proudly of his talent.

"Can you do it again, please! Because when you do that, it kind of snapped something deep inside me, please!"

"All right, if you say so, little guy," Noah then concentrated and made his ass bounced for twenty seconds. Then there was a knock on the door. Noah answered it, and there was Erika on the other side.

"We're having dinner now, if you would like to join us," said Erika.

"All right, we're coming," said Noah as he looked at Hitch.

Hitch then leapt from the bed and walked down the stairs. He saw Mitch seated at the table. She was eating her tomato soup and grilled bread peacefully. Hitch then seated himself on a chair and took a bowl before taking a few slices of grilled bread. He then ate his food silently. Noah was seated next to him and ate like a pig. Hitch doesn't mind that anymore; in fact, he quite enjoyed Noah being himself. Erika then looked at Noah, slightly disgusted by his poor manners. Mitch then continued her dinner without saying anything for over half an hour. Hitch had finished eating and called Noah to come and sleep with him. Noah then wiped his mouth and left the table, and followed Hitch up the stairs. They landed on the bed, and Hitch then made himself comfortable. Noah then grabbed Hitch's hand and put his hand on his chest. Hitch could feel the heartbeat travel from Noah's heart to Hitch's own heart. They felt closer together, as though they were one. Their hearts were beating in sync in a perfect melody that warmed both of their body from the tip of their head to their toes. Hitch then kissed Noah softly on the lips, and when he did that, a warmth warmer than before shot down his spine. He shivered and trembled slightly. But inside of him, he felt somewhat empty. He tried to ignore it, to savor this perfect, sweet moment. Though he wasn't trying to sniff or even slightly kiss Noah. This moment tasted like vanilla. The best vanilla dessert he ever had in his life. This moment was so powerful that Hitch nearly fainted, but he kept himself awake to savor this moment. Then they both kissed each other once more. The lips met in slow and deliberate movement. The kiss tasted like the perfect and powerful blend of strawberry and vanilla. Then they let go of the kiss, and both were breathing heavily. Then Hitch looked into Noah's eyes, and they were full of love and adoration for him.

"Hitch, you've never made me feel like this with anybody before," said Noah honestly.

"You, too, Noah, you've never made me feel like that with anybody before, Noah, I love you with all my heart."

"I, too, love you with all my heart, Hitch. The love I have for you right now is more than all of the love I've had for everybody else," said Noah truthfully.

They then smiled warmly at each other. Hitch then turned around, and Noah cuddled up with him. Noah then hugged Hitch tightly and protectively. Hitch felt warm and safe with Noah's thick arms around him. Hitch then breathed softly and turned his head to look at Noah. Noah was already fast asleep. Noah was snoring cutely, like the one you'd expect hearing a kid. Hitch then got out of Noah's tight hug and walked to the bathroom to go to the bathroom. He then urinated in the toilet. After he finished urinating, he went to wash his hands in the sink with soap. Then he wiped his wet hands with a towel and made it his hands dry once again. He got out of the bathroom and saw Noah looking for him. Their eyes met, then Hitch jumped on the bed and kissed softly on his cheek. Noah then kissed him back. Hitch then cuddled Noah. They both then fell into a sleep. They both felt safe with each other.

Hitch woke up from the bed and yawned. He then stretched his arms. He had the same dream again, which is now getting suite annoying. He looked around and saw Noah sleeping peacefully. But then he noticed something: they were sleeping on a grand bed. The bed was full of scarlet pillows. Hitch then got out of the grand bed and looked around to see where he was. He noticed that there was a red door. He trotted to the door and tried to open it. The door was locked. Hitch then looked at Noah. He then jumped on the grand red bed. He shook Noah multiple times. Noah didn't even give a single sign of life. Hitch then smacked his large buttocks. He squinted and moved. His eyes slowly opened. He smiled warmly as he saw Hitch. Then Noah noticed that Hitch looked worried about something. He got out of bed and noticed the new environment.

"Where the hell are we?" He cried.

"I don't know," said Hitch honestly.

"Don't you worry, you two cute lovebirds," said a familiar voice from the other side of the bed. They turned their heads in the direction from which the voice came. "I just transported you into one of my bedrooms, because I wanted to meet you guys," said Julika calmly.

"You got us here with your magic?" Noah asked curiously.

"Yes, Noah. I did indeed use my magic power to get you here, because the journey from your home to my gastronomic restaurant is very long. So I spared you the time."

"Thank you, Julika," said Hitch.

"No need to thank me, because we have business to discuss and I have an urgent meeting with somebody in half an hour, so let's make this quick. Hitch, you don't need to worry about how you're going to work today, I told your boss that you're going to spend some time with me at my restaurant as an apprentice to learn how to cook!"

Julika then walked to the door and pulled it open, and then gestured for Hitch and Noah to follow her. They all walked into the next room. Hitch had already come to this room. It was the same room where he made a pact with Julika. Noah was intimidated by the size of the room and walked closely behind Hitch. Julika then settled herself on a chair and pulled out a mask that Hitch recognized. Noah looked curiously at the mask and took it. He examined it and put it on. Nothing happened. Hitch knew why, because you have to think about what kind of creature you want to turn into in order for it to work. Noah then put down the mask on the table.

"This mask allows you to turn into the creature you desire to be," said Julika.

"Really? Then why did nothing happen when I put it on?"

"Because you have to think about which creature you want to be first, Noah. Like if you want to be an ogre, think of becoming one, and then the magic plays itself."

Noah then took the mask and wore it. The next second. He became taller and more muscular. He then grew a pair of long teeth that protruded from his mouth like a warthog. His skin then became lime. He looked at his thick lime hands and was surprised. Julika then handed him a mirror, and he examined himself in the mirror.

"Dude! I looked even sexier! Can I turn into anything that I want?"

"Yes, you could, but there's a catch. You can only wear it three times a day. And every time, the metamorphosis only lasts about four hours. So, choose carefully when and where to wear."

Noah then removed his mask and returned to his original form. He then put the mask in the pocket on his behind.

"I have a question, Julika," said Hitch.

"Ask away, my boy!"

"Before you came to the restaurant, my boss said that you made a bet with her about me. Why did you make that bet?"

"Because, my boy, I wanted to make something funny. I just wanted to shit on you if you came early and I though that was hilarious."

"That's not nice!" said Noah.

"No need to get overprotective, Mr. Big. I just wanted to toy with him. Because you know why I go to such trouble and pain to make Hitch able to find happiness, it is because my life is boring. Nothing happens much. I do feel somewhat empty, Hitch. But instead of hating that emptiness, I began to enjoy it. I filled it up with the one true thing that's able to fill: distraction. Everything that I do distracts me from my boring life and gives it a taste. I enjoy and love that emptiness. It gives me reasons to do things. I owned a gastronomic restaurant because I love cooking, and so did my father. However, I did not want to continue his legacy. I wanted to make a business that is strong enough to distract me from this life. And you, Hitch, to me, are nothing but a mere distraction. After you go to Nokart, I'm going to use a crystal ball to watch you, just like how I normally watch a film to distract myself. To me, everything in this world is a distraction that people use to distract themselves from the inevitable death that will one day come. But in my case, since I've obtained immortality, I have no reason to be scared of death, yet I still distract myself from my boring and meaningless life. Because death and pain were what gave meaning to life. That if something suffers means that it's really living, Hitch. I'm suffering from my deathless life, yet I'm not fully living my life. I feel empty and bored every day, so that's why I own so many businesses to distract me. But today, I just got a new distraction: You! I'm going to watch your journey to obtain happiness. But after you've obtained happiness, there's no reason to help you since there's nothing fun in that."

They both said nothing.

"I have a meeting now, so I'm going to leave you in the custody of my butlers and maids."

Julika then snapped her finger, and she suddenly vanished into thin air. Then they found themselves in the same bedroom. Then they were maids and butlers who entered the bedroom.

"If you would come this way, Mr. Hiker and Mr. Hido," one of the maids said in a welcoming tone. "Julika had invited both of you to dine at her restaurant just downstairs."

"Thank you very much, but we're not going to be able to afford it," said Hitch.

"Don't worry, Hitch. I got us covered," said Noah as he pulled out a credit card from his pocket."

"Oh no, you're going to pay a single penny because Julika Burton gave you the premium pass to both of you, which means that you can both dine free for an entire decade in this restaurant," said one of the butlers.

"Oh? Then let's go," said Hitch as he followed the butlers and the maids. They then climbed down a flight of long red stairs. Then the butlers opened the door for the two of them. The scene in front of them was enormous. Full of people dressed in fancy suits, and they were seated at a fancy table. They were all holding a glass in their hands. They were all chatting like people of this level were expected to do. They then turned their eyes to where Hitch and Noah stood. Their eyes were full of judgment and resentment toward the two. Hitch realized that neither of them was dressed properly for a gastronomic restaurant. The butlers led Hitch and Noah to their seats at a fancy table that looked even fancier than some of the tables Hitch had laid his eyes on. Two chairs were surrounding the table. They both looked extremely good to the point that they might belong in a historical museum. Hitch sensed that some eyes left them, but there were still some that were full of judgment. The butlers then cleaned the table. The table had a white cloth laid on it. Two plates were put on the table. Hitch then sat on a chair, and it felt extremely comfortable. He felt like a king upon sitting on it. Noah was then seated in the chair in front of him. They both looked into each other's eyes. The butlers then put down two menus. Hitch opened the menu and wished that he had multiple eyes as they were all written in tight spaces with purple ink. Hitch was able to read cursive handwriting, but he had some difficulty reading what was on the menu. Hitch the n glanced at Noah and noticed that Noah was having a brainstorm.

"I can't read a single thing on it!" He cried, which made some heads turn.

"I can read it for you, you know? Or you could just tell me what you want and I'll look if it's in the menu."

"All right, Hitchy, for starters, I'd like some gazpacho soup!"

Hitch then scanned the many rapidly and found different variations of gazpacho. Hitch then chose the tomato gazpacho for both of them.

"And what do you want for the main course, Noah?"

"I would like some steaks and fries," he said as he was flipping pointlessly through the pages.

"I would like a plate of vegetarian burger and fries, please."

The butlers took the order and then took the menu from them and walked away.

"I can't believe that there are people who are still looking at us as though we were filth!"

"I know, Hitch. And that's fine, I don't really mind being looked at. Because who can't keep their eyes on a body like mine!"

"Yeah, but they're not looking at us with admiration, Noah. They looked at us full of judgment. I can't believe that some restaurant would charge people for the experience. I always wanted to come here, you know? But I didn't expect us to be looked at. I know that you're used to being looked at, Noah. But in my case, it makes me extremely uncomfortable. I just hope that the food is going to be as great as they're in, like what the reviews said."

"My parents once brought me here, Hitchy. And I gotta tell you that the food here is absolutely delicious! I once had a tartare steak and it was incredible."

"I trust you then," said Hitch as he looked at Noah warmly.

"I have a question, Hitchy."

"What?"

"It's just that if we're going to this place, Nokart, how are we supposed to survive there?"

"Don't worry, Noah. Julika gave me fifty gold coins, and she said that they should last a month if we were to spend carefully. And don't you remember what she said? She said to us that these masks are going to be able to make us look like whatever we want. So we just have to choose a scary, intimidating appearance!"

"You really are a genius, Hitchy!"

"Thank you for your compliment, Noah."

Then the butlers arrived at the scene, and they both held a pot. They laid the pot in front of Hitch and Noah. They then put a golden spoon next to it. The gazpacho inside was red and had basil leaves floating. Hitch then took the spoon and scooped up a spoonful of the soup and gobbled it. The gazpacho was really sweet and had the perfect level of sour juice from the tomato. They were a hint of salt that was powerful. The soup had the perfect blend of basil leaves and tomato as though they were two different dishes combined into one. Noah then gobbled like a pig.

"Noah, eat properly!" Hissed Hitch, "we're in a high-class restaurant, Noah! Please behave yourself!" Hitch begged.

Noah then stopped eating like a pig. He took a handkerchief and wiped off the tomato soup from his mouth.

"Sorry, Hitchy. It's just that I got so used to eating like that."

"It's not like I hate the way you eat! It's just that I hate when they are eyes on me."

They then enjoyed the tomato gazpacho, and they both finished it.

"That was delicious!"

"Yes, it was, Noah."

The butlers then arrived and took away the pots. Five minutes later, they arrived with what both had ordered for the main course. The steak and fries at Noah's came in huge quantities. Hitch's burger was twice as big as most normal burgers. Hitch first took one fry and put it in his mouth. Usually, he'd swallowed the fry right away. But this fry was crunchy on the inside and soft on the outside. He had never eaten a fry like that before. It was odd, but delicious. It was perfectly seasoned with salt and paprika. He could just tell that it was great quality food. Hitch then noticed Noah cutting a chunk of his steak before he placed it inside his mouth. Hitch then took a small bite out of the burger. The buns were so soft that Hitch felt as though he was eating soft feathers. The vegetarian steak was full of the flavour of soya, beans, and lentils. It was a blend so perfect that Hitch had to close his eyes to savor it. Then the cheese was creamy as though he was eating a fresh burrata. The tomato slices and lettuce were crunchy to the point that there was a crunch when he bit into them.

Half an hour later, they finished their meal. They were both full.

"Would you like some dessert?" One of the butlers asked them.

"No thanks, we would just like to know where the bathroom is?"

The butler then led them both to the bathroom. The bathroom here was definitely the fanciest bathroom Hitch had ever seen. The sink and urinals were spotless. They then entered a toilet stall. Which had a golden toilet. They locked the door and looked at each other. They both knew what dessert they would have. They then kissed each other deeply. The flavour of vanilla and strawberry was stronger than before. Hitch could feel it entering his mouth and filling all of his taste buds. Hitch then growled hungrily. He then put his arms behind Noah's neck and pulled him closer. They both looked at each other hungrily. Noah then growled like a hungry beast. He then spanked Hitch's flat butt. Hitch moaned when Noah's thick hand landed on his buttocks. Hitch then slid down one of his hands and squeezed Noah's thick, round buttocks. Noah moaned deeply and kissed Hitch deeper. Their tongues were tangled. Hitch could feel the taste buds rubbing each other. Hitch felt hungrier and wanted more. He felt somewhat empty inside of him; he wanted to fill that void with all of the love he had for Noah. Hitch felt weak, but he didn't mind that. He liked being weak because of kissing Noah too much. Noah then pulled back his head and was gasping heavily.

"You're tired already, big guy?"

"Yeah, it's just that I've never done a wild and deep kiss with anyone before. But I want to stop here for now, it's just too much for me to take in."

"Don't worry, we'll just do it another time," said Hitch warmly.

They then walked out of the toilet and went in search of the exit. But before they found one, they saw Julika walking to them.

"To my office, now!"

They then followed her up the stairs. They finally arrived in an enormous room. The room was bigger than the ones they'd been in. Julika then settled herself on a red armchair and looked at the couple.

"So, are you absolutely certain that you would go to Nokart in search of happiness?"

"Yes, we are certain," said Hitch confidently.

"I have a question, Julika. If we were to spend over an entire month in Nokart in search of the Butterfly. What are we supposed to do with our relatives when we disappear? Because otherwise they're going to be worried sick about us being missing for over a month!"

"You don't have to worry about that, Noah. Because time works differently in both worlds. One month in Nokart is just a day here. So you don't have to worry about that!"

"Yeah, but didn't you say that the portal can only be open when the moon's full? And what would happen if we missed the full month when we're going to return to our world?"

"Well, you just have to wait for another full moon, then."

"But then we're going to be missing for two days in our world then!"

"Don't worry, I have a plan if that were to happen. I'll just tell your relatives that you are going to spend two days in my hotel. I'll just create a replica of you guys."

Julika then pulled out her wand and gave it a swing, and then two replicas of Hitch and Noah appeared. They looked like really realistic wax statues. The statues had in their eyes a penetrating gaze so powerful that they might have pierced your souls.

"Here's the replicas, I'll just tell your relatives that you are going to stay in my hotel for two days, which should be the maximum time needed for you guys to stay in Nokart."

"Thank you for covering us, Julika," said Hitch, full of recognized gratitude.

"No need to thank me, Hitch. I only did all this for my sake. I'm going to send you guys home now, and don't forget, the portal can only be open when the moon is full." Julika then snapped her fingers.

Both of them found themselves on Hitch's bed. They then looked at each other and kissed each other softly. Hitch then leapt out of the bed and opened his closet, and went in search of something.

"What are you looking for, Hitchy?"

"Just the three stones Julika gave me to open the portal." Hitch then found his desired objects. He then pocketed the three stones.

"Oh, I forgot about something. Today I'm going to see Jules, we've planned this day before you arrived. You can come with me if you want."

"I'm not going to leave you, Hitchy. I'm coming."

"Now there's a good boy," teased Hitch, and then he received a soft slap on the head.

They then walked out of the house and arrived at the town square. Hitch then took Noah's hand and walked to where Jules lived. He lived in a flat that was squeezed between two buildings. The door was green, and Hitch knocked once on the door. The door opened, and the person who answered it was a tall and thin man with brown short hair. He was wearing a red dressing gown. He had purple eyes and a sharp face.

"Come in!" He hissed while looking in every direction. The two of them then entered the house, and it looked extremely messy with objects lying everywhere. There was only a single sofa capable of holding five people. Then Jules locked the door, and he looked really paranoid.

"Why does he look like someone who's paranoid that something's going to kill him?"

"It's because today is a sunny day, Noah. And Jules loathes sunny days. Because he thinks that when the day is sunny with no clouds in the sky, there's a chance that there's going to be a huge invasion made by extraterrestrials."

"So he's that type of guy."

"Come here, you guys!" Jules hissed.

Both of them then settled comfortably on the sofa and looked at Jules, who pulled out a box from the mountains of mess. It was a red box and it was huge. Jules then put the box on a table in front of the two. He then opened the box, and it revealed many pieces of what looked like a board game.

"So we're here to play a board game?"

"Not just any board game, Noah! It's a board game invented by Jules with all of the rules he created and the pieces he made!"

"All right, this had gotten more interesting than I thought!"

"The rules are simple!" Jules hissed. "You're going to be playing as the detective, Jason Hater. And he's here to investigate the murder of Agatha Gahill. There are thousands of possible situations. And you're going to have stats, and you have to roll the dice in order to play every time. Here's the paper you're both going to be playing as the same character, and you both have to agree on one action every time!"

Both of them had spent over two hours playing the game. It was quite fun. Hitch and Noah had argued sometimes when they couldn't agree on a single choice. They had to either play rock, paper, scissors, or roll the dice and see who got the most points. The game was quite complex, with many mysteries happening all at once. They were able to solve the easiest mystery in the game. They had solved a dozen of them, but dozens of them were still left unanswered. Noah had arrived at the ending where it revealed the true identity of the murderer, while Hitch had arrived at an ending where it revealed who truly was Agatha Gahill. They both laughed when they made a mistake that took away their points or funny moments in the game that can only be unlocked by choosing a specific route. Jules then declared that the game was over and that they had unlocked only two endings out of ten. Jules then marched to a corner and put the box on the ground before he covered it with dozens of things.

"That was a really fun game, Jules!" Said Noah. "You should publish your game to a game board company!"

"No, my game is too complex to play normally, and I don't really want to be that famous!" Hissed Jules.

"All right, thank you for inviting us over to come and play your wonderful game, Jules. But now we have to go somewhere."

"Where are we going, Hitchy?" Noah asked curiously.

"To the Goh bridge," he said confidently.

They walked past all of the mess, and Jules opened the door for them. They all exited the messy place. Noah was a bit hungry, so the two decided to stop at the local ice cream shop. Noah had chosen the cinnamon ice cream, and Hitch had chosen the vanilla-flavoured ice cream. They then settled themselves in a booth and began eating their ice cream slowly.

"I never knew that you liked cinnamon," said Hitch.

"Well, I chose this ice cream for the same reason as you, Hitch," said Noah as he took a bite out of the cone.

Hitch then blushed and took another bite out of his ice cream. He had never thought that he smelled or tasted like cinnamon. Noah then softly kissed Hitch's cheek. Hitch then sniffed his ice cream and figured out that the scent of vanilla wasn't as strong as the scent on Noah's body. Hitch then wondered how Noah smelled strongly of vanilla. Maybe it has something to do with enegetics. But no, the guy doesn't have anything that could make his body smell and his mouth taste strongly of vanilla. Hitch then finished his ice cream cone and waited for Noah to finish his. Noah then finished his and then they exited the ice cream shop. They walked for a quarter of an hour before they finally arrived at a stone bridge that was fifty feet long. The bridge looked ancient with all its stone which moss was growing in and there were clear traces of war happening on it as it looked half demolished. There were a few people walking across the bridge. Noah then walked on the bridge, and then he looked at Hitch.

"So, this is the place?"

"Yes, this is indeed the place Julika told me to come when the moon's full, but that's tomorrow night. But I'll just come and check if there are holes in the bridge for me to put these stones in."

Hitch then crouched and examined the bridge closely with his eyes. He scanned every foot square of it and touched the bridge to see if there were any holes. Hitch then found one; he took the stone of happiness and put it inside the hole. It fit perfectly as though the hole's purpose was to have one of these stones put in it. He then took a small stick from the ground and tried to make the stone fall out of the hole. He succeeded and took the stone and pocketed it. He then approached Noah and told him to come with Hitch as they'd finally made sure that there were these holes in the bridge. Noah then followed Hitch, and they walked to the town square. Today was hotter than usual with the boiling sun. Hitch felt tired just after he succeeded in walking half the journey. Noah then lifted Hitch in his arms and walked him home. Hitch descended from Noah's arm and opened the door to his house. Nobody was inside. Hitch then told Noah to come with him upstairs. They climbed the flight of stairs and arrived in Hitch's room. Hitch opened the door and was met with Mitch and Erika sitting on both sides of the bed. They then turned their heads and looked at Hitch. They looked as if something about Hitch had been bothering them.

"Hitch, we've got a question," said Erika seriously.

"You can answer them if you want to, but if you don't want to, we'd understand you," said Mitch.

"We just want to know something, Hitch. Are you in a relationship with Noah? It's just that we've felt distant from you, you know? It's almost as if you don't want to spend time with us."

Hitch didn't say anything. He sighed heavily and then looked at both of his sisters. He then looked at Noah, his look was saying 'go tell them'. Hitch then sighed heavily again.

"Yes, Erika, Mitch, I'm in a relationship with Noah. He had been my boyfriend since yesterday," he said confidently.

"Well, that explained everything," said Erika. "To be fair, we kind of suspected you two of being together since yesterday. Thank you for telling us this, Hitch, you're very brave."

The two sisters then stood up and walked to their brother before hugging him tightly.

"Hey!" said Mitch, "and if that guy ever made you unhappy or sad, I'll go get his ass and I'm never going to forgive him!"

"Don't need to be that overprotective, Mitch," said Noah. "I promised you that I'm going to cherish the time I'll spend with him and promised him a happy ending and a bright future!"

"Yeah, no need to do all that, big guy, just being with you made me happy enough. But I'm sure that if we go somewhere, tomorrow, we'll be even happier...." Hitch then winked at Noah, and Noah got the message.

"Where are you guys going tomorrow?" Erika asked curiously.

"We're just going on our first date at Julika's gastronomic restaurant," said Noah as he just remembered the cover-up story they had prepared with Julika.

"That's so cute," said Mitch. "But how are you going to be able to pay for the bill?"

"Don't worry," said Noah. "I have us covered," he said as he pulled out his credit card.

"But you guys have to wear fancy clothes there! Noah doesn't have any, and how are we supposed to let you guys go?" Cried Erika.

"Erika, Mitch, you gals don't have to worry. Noah got us already covered, and don't worry about me, I feel safe around Noah, and nobody's going to mess with us."

"Alright, let's go have dinner, then," said Erika as she descended the flight of stairs.

They then prepare the table. Erika then brought a pot full of spinach soup. She then took a huge spoon and filled up four empty bowls. She then placed the four bowls full of spînach soup onto the plates. She then took the pot away and put it in the kitchen. Erika then decided to fry some young bamboo for tonight. She then took a pan and put a small amount of olive oil in it. She then laid her pan on the stove. She then took the bamboo out of the fridge and rinsed it with some water in the sink. She then took the bamboo and fried it in the pan with some soy sauce and onions. She then finished frying four bamboos and placed them on a plate. She then took the plate and placed it in the middle of the table.

"The fried bamboo, one for each of us," said Erika.

Hitch then drank the lukewarm spinach soup and found it incredibly delicious. Noah was eating like a pig as always, and Erika had to move a little bit to Mitch to avoid getting spinach splattered on her face. They then each took one bamboo.

"Are you sure this is edible?" Noah asked as he looked at the yellow bamboo.

"Yes, and they're very tasty!" said Hitch.

"Alright, I'll trust you then," said Noah as he bit a chunk out of the bamboo. His eyes then lit up with surprise, and then he gobbled the whole bamboo in one go.

"That was delicious!" He cried as he finished the bamboo in his mouth.

"You see, I told you Erika can cook," said Mitch.

"I want more!" Cried Noah as he took the plate and went to look for more in the kitchen.

"I'm terribly sorry, Noah, but we don't have any more bamboo left! The ones you just ate were collected last season, and we have to more for a few more weeks for its season!"

Noah then looked sad, and Hitch couldn't handle seeing him like this.

"Here, you can take mine!" said Hitch as he gave Noah his bamboo.

"Thank you, Hitchy! You're the best boyfriend ever!" Noah then kissed Hitch's cheek. Hitch blushed and then went to sit on his chair to continue drinking his spinach soup. Noah then ate once more like a pig with the bamboo. Hitch enjoyed seeing Noah being himself. But then he felt a vast emptiness inside of him that had struck him by surprise. Hitch nearly fall on the ground but he maintained himself in a position of him sitting position. Hitch then felt uneasy.

"I need to go up," he said as he stood up and held his head.

"What's wrong?" Asked the three of them.

"It's nothing, just a mild headache," he said as he slowly struggled to climb the staircase. Noah then left his place and walked to Hitch and helped him come up the stairs. Then they entered his room, which was colder than the outside and the kitchen. Noah then put Hitch softly on the bed.

"Are you okay, Hitchy?" Noah asked, looking worried for Hitch.

"It's just a headache," said Hitch, but then he grunted in pain as he felt that void as though it was eating him from the inside.

"You're not okay, Hitch. I know what you're going through isn't just some ordinary headache," said Noah.

"Just come here with me," said Hitch as he made a space for Noah to be in his bed. Noah settled himself on the bed and hugged Hitch tightly. Hitch felt safe and protected. He then casually fell asleep. Noah then followed him.

Hitch woke up from his deep slumber and looked around, but didn't notice Noah anywhere. Hitch then walked blindly to the bathroom and noticed that the light was on. Hitch then opened the door and noticed Noah casually washing his face. Hitch then looked at Noah's thick round buttock and smacked the right butt cheek. The sound of the smack was loud enough for both of them to hear, and it jiggled slightly when he did that.

"You can't just keep your hands off me, can't you?" Noah then turned around and looked deviously at Hitch.

"Well, my boyfriend got that extra pack by genetics, and it's impossible not to admire it," said Hitch.

"You're very bold to be doing something like that in the afternoon," said Noah as he then wiped his mouth with a towel.

"What!?" Cried Hitch, "We're now in the afternoon?!"

"Yes and you don't have to worry about your boss or your job, because she just came here to drag your ass and you had a very high fever in your sleep. So she let you sleep, and now you're here."

"Alright, what did I miss today?"

"Nothing, your sisters are still downstairs playing a card game, if you'd like to join them."

"Come here, big guy," said Hitch as he pulled Noah's hands.

They then arrived downstairs and saw Erika and Mitch playing a round of the game of twenty-one. They then joined the game and received each five cards. They then played for over three hours of this game, and the sun had already disappeared from the sky. Hitch then looked at Noah, and they knew what to do.

"We're going to Julika's Hotel for at least two days," said Hitch.

"Really? And how do you intend to do there?"

"Julika had booked us a taxi," improvised Noah.

They then left the house. The sisters decided to cook dinner and did not ask any more questions about why Hitch and Noah were going to Julika's hotel. The two of them then arrived at the Goh Bridge. Hitch then placed the three stones in their holes. He waited for a moment, and nothing happened. The cold wind blew their face like ice smeared on their face. The moon was full and illuminating the whole town. Hitch then looked at Noah, confused about why it didn't work.

"Maybe you put it in the wrong order or way, Hitchy!"

Hitch then thought about the order: happiness, love, and then pleasure. But then he thought of something. He put them in the wrong way, because when you entered the town by the bridge, at the beginning and Hitch had messed up the way. He then took the two that were messed up and switched their places. Then, there was a clicking sound, and something then appeared. A door. It was red, and it had an eerie feeling about it. It looked so lonely that Hitch wanted to hug it. Then Hitch approached the door, and before he pulled it open, he took a step back. His heart was racing.

"Hey, Hitchy, if you're scared of going into a new world, I understand you, you know that? I know that it's scary to enter a whole new world where you know nothing about it is scary. You never know what kind of people or danger you can meet in there. Trust me, Hitchy, I feel the same about this. But I promised that we're going into that world to make you happy. We're going to find happiness to fill that void of yours! Believe me, Hitch! Believe that if you go into that world, you'll be happy!"

Hitch then exhaled heavily before he turned his head to kiss Noah. Then he slowly pushed open the door.
