Before dawn, Team 7 had already gathered at the training grounds, as ordered by Kakashi.

But by the time seven o'clock rolled around, their sensei was still nowhere to be seen.

The three Genin were already growing impatient.

"I'm done waiting!"

Suddenly, Naruto stood up.

"I'm going to that Golden Egg Shop!"

Yesterday, he had missed his chance because of Kakashi's lateness.

And today, the same thing was happening again!

"But…" Sakura hesitated, stealing a glance at Sasuke.

"If Kakashi-sensei arrives and we're not here, it'll be bad…"

But Naruto didn't care.

"We were about to visit a magical shop!"

"You were late yesterday, so by the time we got there, the shop was already closed!"

"If we waited for you any longer, we'd miss out again!"

Naruto stated it openly, feeling no guilt at all.

Kakashi sighed dramatically.

"Wow, your attitude is terrible."

"My impression of you is getting worse and worse."

"Hahahaha!" Naruto burst into laughter.

"You, the King of Lateness, dare criticize us?! Really?!"

"Hey, Kakashi-sensei, why don't you come with us?"

Naruto boldly invited him.

Sakura's eyes widened.

"You idiot! You actually asked him to come along?!"

Even Sasuke's expression tensed slightly.

To their shock, Kakashi actually seemed to consider it.

"You're hoping to get items from that shop to increase your chances in today's Survival Test, aren't you?" Kakashi asked flatly.

"Hehe, you saw through me!" Naruto grinned.

"Fine," Kakashi said, hands in his pockets.

"I'll allow it."

"But just so you know… even if you get powerful items, you won't pass my test that easily."

Kakashi's visible eye sharpened.

"Because my test is of hell-level difficulty."

"Hell-level?!" Naruto gulped.

Sasuke just smirked coldly.

No test will stop me from killing that man…

"Let's go," Kakashi said.

As they walked toward the Golden Egg Shop, Haruto was just waking up.

Before he could fully get out of bed, he saw several figures approaching from the distance.

"Oh? Customers already?" he muttered with a grin.

Business is coming!
