Naruto's Review : First Viewer is Senju Tobirama?

[After losing the two people she loved most, Tsunade also left Konoha, the place full of painful memories.]

[Even though Tsunade didn't inherit Hashirama's Kekkei Genkai, she did inherit his bad habit of gambling.]

[She wandered around with Shizune, drinking and gambling all day.]

[With her amazing gambling skills, of course she lost every single time. People even called her the legendary sucker. But whenever something big was about to happen, she'd win like crazy.]

[This slump lasted a long time—until the Konoha Crush happened.]

[The result of that battle: The Third Hokage died, and Orochimaru's arms were crippled.]

[Even someone like Kabuto, an elite-level medical ninja, couldn't do anything against the torment of the Reaper Death Seal.]

[But Orochimaru, one of the Legendary Sannin just like Tsunade, had full confidence in her medical skills.]

[Orochimaru: That woman's medical ninjutsu is the peak of the ninja world.]

[So Orochimaru and Kabuto went to find Tsunade.]

"I didn't expect you to think so highly of my medical ninjutsu, Orochimaru."

In the Third Hokage's timeline, Tsunade looked at Orochimaru with a mocking expression.

From the way he looked in the light screen, she could already guess what trick he was planning to use to make her heal him—even though he hadn't shown it yet.

"Your medical ninjutsu has always been the strongest in my mind."

Even when Tsunade mocked him, Orochimaru didn't get angry.

He turned to look at the now-younger Third Hokage and asked playfully, "Old man, how does the Reaper Death Seal feel?"

The Third Hokage chuckled and replied, "It's alright. The only scary part is when your soul is being pulled out. Once the Shinigami swallows you, you don't feel anything at all."

Orochimaru thought that his question would provoke the Third Hokage's anger. He was already prepared to watch the drama unfold. 

But instead, the other person had turned younger and seemed to have a better temper.

"Boring."

Orochimaru clicked his tongue and decided not to continue the conversation.

[Tsunade immediately noticed that Orochimaru's hands weren't injured by regular wounds.]

Orochimaru didn't deny it. He simply said, "Nothing. I just accidentally scratched myself while killing the Third Hokage."

Upon hearing this, Tsunade gave a faint smile, but only Orochimaru knew that when Tsunade made this expression, something big was about to happen. 

The last person to experience this was the idiot named Jiraiya. 

Now, well...

Across from him, Tsunade gently touched the wall, and the entire street collapsed.

Orochimaru recalled the terror of being controlled by monstrous strength, while Kabuto marveled, "So terrifying."

Despite this, Orochimaru wasn't scared off. He had come to Tsunade with a plan.

That's right. His bargaining chips were Nawaki and Kato Dan.

Orochimaru: "I can bring Nawaki and Dan back to life."

Upon hearing this, Tsunade froze. If anything could shake her, it was only her brother and her lover.

Seeing Tsunade's silence, Orochimaru didn't press her further. Instead, he gave her a week to think about it, then dripped a drop of blood.

Orochimaru: "This is a threat, you know. I know all your weaknesses."

"Heh, that's very much your style," Tsunade muttered.

In the space of the Third Hokage's era, the light screen fully reflected Orochimaru's behavior, matching Tsunade's understanding of the man.

Right now, Orochimaru's changed. Otherwise, she would've already made him taste her Iron Fist.

Threatening her with Nawaki and Dan? Is he tired of living?

"The version of me on the screen had no choice, right? To heal my arms, of course I'd use every method I had."

"Even if those methods are shady?"

"You and Jiraiya know me well. I've always done whatever it takes to get what I want."

"That's true."

Tsunade nodded. Orochimaru really used to be like that. Even as his teammate, she was a bit wary of him. 

Only that idiot Jiraiya trusted Orochimaru completely without holding anything back.

Thinking of that, Tsunade suddenly grew curious.

If Jiraiya had to choose between her and Orochimaru, who would he pick?

Hmm, that kind of thinking isn't good for unity, so she didn't ask it out loud. Instead, she asked something else.

"Jiraiya, the next part of the story should be you and Naruto finding me, asking me to return to the village as Hokage, right?"

"Based on the earlier videos, and my own experience… yeah, it should be around this time."

"Your own experience? What do you mean?"

"Don't ask. The more I say, the sadder it gets."

Jiraiya's eyes welled up.

After the Konoha Crush, he originally planned to go find Tsunade and bring her back to be Hokage.

But then the Second Hokage threatened him with being labeled a rogue ninja and forced him to take the role instead.

How could he bring himself to tell Tsunade something that embarrassing?

But even if he didn't say it, someone else would.

Sure enough, Orochimaru quietly snuck up behind Tsunade and whispered in her ear.

Not long after, the corner of Tsunade's mouth curled up slightly. She looked at Jiraiya with interest and said, "So that's how it is."

"."

"To be threatened by my granduncle with becoming a rogue ninja just to make you Hokage… seems like he had a lot of faith in you."

Hearing that, Jiraiya finally couldn't stay quiet. He muttered, "I don't think the Second Hokage believed in me—he probably just thought if you became Hokage, you'd sell Konoha off or something."

"Hmm? Jiraiya, are you looking to die?"

"You can't have forgotten how you got the nickname 'Big Fat Sheep of the Casino,' right?"

"Looks like you've grown some guts since becoming Hokage. Don't leave after the video ends — I want to get closer to you."

Seeing Tsunade smiling like that, Jiraiya suddenly remembered the fear he used to feel when Tsunade had him under her thumb.

"."

Seeing Jiraiya staying quiet, Orochimaru added fuel to the fire: "Jiraiya, don't wimp out. You're the Hokage now. What, you think she'd still dare to beat you into the hospital like before? Sasuke, do you believe that?"

Sasuke glanced at Orochimaru for some reason and played along: "I don't."

"Naruto, do you believe it?"

Naruto, the single-cell idiot, nodded and replied, "Nope, I don't."

"You see? The main character and the deuteragonist both don't believe it. Jiraiya, what are you even worried about? Go on, my Hokage. Be a man, don't back down."

"."

Jiraiya was stunned.

Whether they believed it or not had nothing to do with him — Tsunade's fists weren't hitting them.

They just had to run their mouths. He was the one who'd take the beating.

With Tsunade's personality, she wouldn't care if he was the Hokage. If she got pissed, she'd hit him anyway.

To avoid getting smashed, Jiraiya forced himself to stay calm and said, "Doesn't matter if you believe it or not — I believe it."

That line left Tsunade speechless.

Seeing Jiraiya chicken out, she couldn't really keep pressing over something so small.

Just this once, she'd give an old friend some face — and let him off the hook.
