Yusuke nodded and smiled, "Yes. If she wishes, I'll take her as my fourth disciple and teach her to control her power!"

Among Yusuke's three disciples, Kabuto's talent lay in jutsu development, senjutsu, and life force; Izumi excelled in swordsmanship and Mangekyō Sharingan-enhanced movement.

Itachi possessed the strongest spiritual power among the three, mastering genjutsu and surpassing other Uchiha in chakra control. Even Itachi's spiritual power was within the normal human range, far from the threshold for spiritual cultivation.

This meant Yusuke's greatest strength lacked a successor, a great pity.

Yakumo tried to remove it, but Yusuke stopped her.

"You need it to train. Your body can't support training without it."

Yakumo didn't refuse, grateful to Yusuke and determined not to disappoint him.

Sasuke suddenly rushed forward, "Clan Head, I'm also talented! Can I be your disciple?"

Yusuke patted Sasuke's head, "Train with your brother. He'll make you a fine ninja."

Yusuke sensed a pure, powerful Yin Release chakra in Sasuke—Indra's reincarnation.

This chakra wasn't currently useful; Yusuke didn't know its purpose.

In the original story, this chakra was activated when Sasuke was killed by Madara, granting him a Rinnegan.

Sasuke's self-taught strength couldn't even handle Killer B.

Yusuke didn't see anything particularly noteworthy about Sasuke's talent.

Sasuke's face fell. Disappointed, he resolved to win first place in the Chūnin Exams and then ask to become Yusuke's disciple.

I need to get more training from my brother, Sasuke thought.

After accepting Yakumo, Yusuke arranged for her to move to the Uchiha compound. This facilitated her training. Yakumo agreed and looked forward to her new life.

As Konoha prepared for the Chūnin Exams, Akatsuki was also active.

Besides the Four-Tails, they captured the Five-Tails jinchuriki, Han, and the Six-Tails jinchuriki, Utakata.

Yusuke received this information from Pakura and secretly informed Iwagakure, Kirigakure, and Takigakure.

Iwagakure ignored the news.

Kirigakure treated its jinchuriki harshly, like prisoners. Utakata, yearning for freedom, escaped and was captured by Akatsuki.

Only Takigakure's leader, Fū's adoptive father, Shibuki, received Yusuke's information. Though unsure of its authenticity, he protected Fū, preventing her from leaving the village.

Takigakure, though not one of the Five Great Ninja Villages, possessed the Seven-Tails, indicating significant strength.

Takigakure was known for its low profile, making other villages wary. They suspected Takigakure possessed military strength rivaling or exceeding the Five Great Ninja Villages.

This is why Pain, tasked with capturing the Seven-Tails, waited for an opportunity instead of attacking Takigakure.

Shibuki was worried about Fū, who looked unconcerned.

"Fū, you're being reckless! Why did you send your Chūnin Exam application to Konoha?" Shibuki scolded seriously.

Shibuki was young, appearing under twenty, with long hair and a long robe, looking gentle.

Fū was unafraid. She knew Shibuki was strict but cared for her; their arguments always ended in her victory.

"Whatever! You wouldn't let me officially apply!"

(Don't ask why she could apply herself; in the original story, Fū applied to the Konoha-Sunagakure joint Chūnin Exams herself.)

Fū was younger than in the original story, looking like a young girl. She had short, layered mint green hair and darker skin. "Whatever" was her catchphrase.

Shibuki tried to reason with her, explaining the risks.

Fū ignored him, threatening, "You won't let me leave the village! If you stop me from the exams, I'll ignore you! I'll leave Takigakure!"

Shibuki conceded, assigning two young jōnin as Fū's teammates and an elite jōnin as her instructor.

After Fū left happily, Shibuki remembered the mysterious information and grew uneasy.

He wrote a letter and sent a jōnin to Konoha.
