Naruto: You Call This A Medical Ninja?

Chapter 468: Chapter 468: The Villages Are Relieved, Uchiha Has Taken Action!

As the Uchiha clan mobilized, news of their departure from Konoha spread quickly across the major ninja villages.

"Uchiha Madara has left Konoha, bringing with him all the combat-ready Uchiha clan members!?"

"What are they planning to do?!" Onoki exclaimed, a tinge of panic in his voice.

After all, Iwagakure had recently employed some underhanded tactics, though they hadn't caused any real harm to Konoha. Their aim had been to antagonize, but this retaliation from Madara wasn't something Onoki had anticipated.

Knowing Madara, this wasn't simply about annoyance. If someone dared to provoke him, he wouldn't let it slide. Madara was not the type to take a loss lightly.

"I'm not sure yet," responded Akatsuchi. "But, Tsuchikage-sama, we should be prepared. If the Uchiha clan's target is Iwagakure, we need countermeasures."

Akatsuchi's expression was grim. They'd gotten so used to provoking Konoha in the past that they'd forgotten this was a new era. Konoha wasn't what it used to be—especially not with Uchiha Madara back in action.

"Maybe this time, Madara just wants to blow off some steam…" Akatsuchi speculated. "After all, he's the kind of person who thrives on battle."

Meanwhile, the Third Raikage in the Hidden Cloud Village was just as uneasy.

Facing the full might of the Uchiha clan—led by Madara himself—was nothing short of a nightmare.

"Raikage-sama," Kirabi began cautiously. "This could be Konoha putting pressure on us. But I don't recommend direct confrontation right now."

Kirabi's words were unusually measured. Even he recognized that clashing with the Uchiha now could spell disaster for the Cloud.

"Raikage-sama, I agree with Kirabi," Ai chimed in. "We haven't suffered any real losses yet. Perhaps it's best to let this one go."

Ai's support for caution surprised Kirabi, but Ai, too, had witnessed Madara's immense power before. Fighting him head-on was simply foolish.

"Enough," the Third Raikage declared, his expression stern. "I've made my decision."

Both Kirabi and Ai stiffened. It seemed they would have to prepare for a confrontation with the Uchiha.

But then, the Third Raikage continued.

"Ai, Kirabi. Take the trainees we selected earlier and send them to the special training camp."

"What happened this time was our mistake," he admitted.

"Wait… what!?" Kirabi was stunned, his mind struggling to keep up.

At that moment, new information arrived.

"The intel from Konoha just came in," the Third Raikage said, unfurling a scroll. "The ones who kidnapped the special trainees were from the Hidden Rain Village.

"Hanzo, the leader of Amegakure, has already been killed. The one who dealt with him was Uchiha Madara.

"And the Uchiha clan isn't coming for us."

Ai and Kirabi's eyes widened as they read the details.

They had initially believed Konoha's actions were part of a larger scheme to gather talented ninjas from every village. But this latest revelation left them stunned at Konoha's capabilities.

In Iwagakure, Onoki received similar intel from Namikaze Minato.

Upon understanding Madara's true objective, Onoki's reaction mirrored the Third Raikage's. He felt a pang of regret for doubting Konoha.

"Akatsuchi, gather all the children in the village who meet the requirements for the special training camp. I'll handle rescuing the ones we've lost," Onoki said, his voice firm.

The sight of Onoki resolutely flying off left Han and Roshi smiling faintly.

"The old man finally learned to let go of his stubbornness," Roshi remarked.

Meanwhile, in the Land of Fire…

The Uchiha clan had set up camp in a mountain range.

"Madara-sama, here's the intel provided by Reiki, along with details about the enemy's abilities. I suggest you review it," Uchiha Fugaku said, handing over a scroll.

Madara remained seated, his eyes closed in apparent disinterest.

"It's fine. They won't escape this time," Madara said. "Get ready for battle. Someone is already here to greet us."

He rose from his seat, his voice calm but his aura radiating power.

Fugaku stepped outside with him, sensing the approaching auras.

"What… this many?" Fugaku muttered, his Sharingan activating instinctively.

The number of enemies was staggering—thousands of strong presences were closing in. How had such a force remained hidden within the Land of Fire without detection?

"Nagasawa, Kamehara, Natsume, Chu!" Fugaku barked. "Prepare to fight alongside Madara-sama. The rest, split into units and defend!"

Before Fugaku could finish his orders, Madara had already moved.

Madara's patience had worn thin. He needed this fight to release the tension that had been building inside him ever since seeing Hashirama's condition.

"Uchiha, now is the time to show our true strength!" Fugaku declared, drawing his short blade. His Mangekyō Sharingan activated as he rushed forward.

The other Uchiha clan members followed suit. Nagasawa, Kamehara, Natsume, and Chu—recently awakened Mangekyō Sharingan users—joined the elite jounin, all of whom had mastered the three-tomoe Sharingan.

Although their numbers were fewer than a hundred, the aura of the Uchiha warriors exuded a pressure far greater than that of the thousands of enemies before them.

At the forefront, Madara raised a single hand and cast his jutsu.

"Fire Release: Dragon Immortal Fire Technique!"

Dozens of massive fire dragons erupted from his hands, surging into the enemy ranks like living beasts, leaving destruction in their wake.
