Chapter 274: Preparing to Establish a Nation

The powerful great nations remained silent, while the strongest small nations pushed back.

Kakashi leaned in to read alongside him.

When they saw that Chiyo of the Hidden Sand advocated for non-interference in other nations' affairs, Haneda couldn't help but laugh.

During the Third Shinobi World War, the Hidden Sand had certainly meddled, declaring war on Konoha and later fighting alongside Konoha against the Hidden Stone.

When Haneda read about the tragic fate of the Water Daimyo, he smiled faintly.

As expected, someone else had taken care of the Daimyo.

When he saw the smaller villages forming a multi-nation coalition, Haneda laughed even harder.

"I want to show the world that nations without Daimyo can make their people happier!"

"I want every citizen to have fresh milk and bread!"

With his hands behind his back, Haneda gazed at the Hokage Rock, his figure exuding greatness and determination.

"Shikaku, inform all the ninjas, the residents of Konoha, the Daimyo's court, and the entire nation."

"On the first of next month, we will hold the founding ceremony!"

But he understood one thing: this was a chance to get the Fourth Raikage back.
