"This proves those words absolutely match your image in his mind."

Orochimaru sighed, "Mirai-kun, compared to you, I still need more practice with words."

"I'm not good at lecturing," Mirai Uchiha snorted lightly. "You didn't really come here today just to eat snake soup, right?"

Orochimaru shook his head and pulled out a Sealing Scroll from his robe, forming hand seals with both hands.

Puff!

After a puff of smoke, Orochimaru now held a long katana in his hand.

"Mirai-kun, you're an important figure now too. How can you manage without a decent sword?"

"This Kusanagi shall be yours."

Looking at the Kusanagi sword identical to the one used by Sasuke Uchiha in the original story, Mirai Uchiha casually picked it up.

Clang!

After unsheathing the blade and carefully sensing its quality, Mirai Uchiha nodded in satisfaction.

This sword was far superior to the one given to him by Fugaku Uchiha.

Mirai Uchiha attached the Kusanagi to his waist and casually pushed open the door. "Orochimaru, pick up the White Snake on the ground."

After finishing his hot snake soup, Mirai Uchiha smiled faintly. "Orochimaru, given how frequently we've been interacting lately, I'd say you won't be able to stay in the village much longer."

After a moment of silence, Orochimaru continued, "Recently there's been considerable support within the village for electing me as the new Hokage, which completely goes against our teacher's intentions. Therefore, he certainly won't sit idly by."

"That fits perfectly with what you just said."

"Sometimes I really wonder, Mirai-kun," Orochimaru said with a curious glint in his eyes. "How do you know so many secrets?"

Mirai Uchiha glanced at Orochimaru and replied frostily, "Orochimaru, being too nosy can get you into trouble."

Hearing this, Orochimaru didn't press further; he simply sighed, "Mirai-kun, I really enjoyed the Snake Soup you made. But soon enough, I might not get to taste it anymore."

Mirai Uchiha shook his head. "Don't worry, Orochimaru."

"It won't be for long."

With that, Mirai Uchiha tapped on the table and added, "Hiruzen Sarutobi is such an honorable man."

At this topic, excitement flashed in Orochimaru's eyes as he said, "Mirai-kun, if sensei doesn't want to be honorable, I have plenty of ways to force honor upon him."

Mirai Uchiha smiled slightly and said, "Whether Hiruzen wants to stay honorable or not, I won't let him."

As he spoke, an idea suddenly struck Mirai Uchiha—the Chunin Exams from the original plot.

That would be the perfect stage to shatter Hiruzen's reputation across the entire ninja world!

Thinking thus, Mirai Uchiha smiled and said, "Orochimaru, I might truly need your help later on."
