Naruto: Starting by giving Hinata the Tenseigan!

Chapter 81: 081: Outrageous! Bullying! Hiding All Day!

"You have half an hour to prepare." Kurenai's voice echoed through the training ground.

"Natsuki, should we hide first? Lady Kurenai is very strong," Hinata asked, her small fists clenched, hope filling her eyes.

Natsuki was about to refuse, but seeing Hinata's expression, he understood she wanted to spend more time with him.

He nodded. It was just a training exercise orchestrated by his sister, so he might as well treat it as a game.

"Hehe, there's no need for us to hide."

"My Akamaru has already pinpointed Teacher Kurenai's location. We can take the initiative, ambush her, and snatch the bells!" Kiba declared confidently, Akamaru by his side.

"No, our Teacher knows you have Akamaru, yet she's deliberately revealing her position. This is obviously a trap.

"Besides, Teacher said this is a survival exercise. The bells are likely just bonus points. The bottom line is surviving. If we survive, we win.

"So, the best strategy is a game of hide-and-seek. This might be the first lesson Teacher wants to teach us!" Natsuki spouted nonsense with a serious face, all for the sake of playing hide-and-seek with Hinata.

"Whoosh... I see!" Kiba exclaimed, his eyes widening in understanding.

He bought it.

It made sense. A Jonin was purposely letting her bells jingle, making her location obvious even without Akamaru's help… such an obvious flaw could only be a trap set by their teacher.

"Natsuki, you're amazing! You figured out Teacher's intentions so quickly," Kiba praised sincerely. "So, should we hide together or separately?"

"Separately, of course. It'll be harder for her to find us that way. Even if one of us is caught, the rest would be able to survive," Natsuki continued, pausing at seeing how easily Kiba believed him.

"Oh, and if you're found while hiding, fight back with everything you've got. That'll earn you extra points. Even without the bells, you might still gain Teacher's approval," Natsuki kindly added a tip, seeing as Kiba trusted him so much.

"Okay, thanks Natsuki! I won't be captured without a fight!" Kiba said.

"Woof!" Akamaru barked in agreement.

"Well...time's almost up. Let's go hide!" Natsuki waved his hand and pulled Hinata into the forest.

"???" Didn't we agree to split up? Seems like I'm just splitting up from you two. Kiba thought, confused.

"Woof!!!" Akamaru wagged his tail.

"It's okay, I have my best partner, Akamaru, with me." Two versus two. I'm not losing!

Using the levitation of his Tenseigan, Natsuki and Hinata quietly nestled themselves high in the dense foliage.

Hinata's face was flushed, her voice barely a whisper. "Natsuki, are we really playing hide-and-seek with Lady Kurenai?"

"Well, isn't that what you wanted?" Natsuki wrapped his arms around Hinata, resting his chin on her head.

"Huh? Did I say that?"

I just said we should hide together… But thinking about it, it is hide-and-seek. But this position…

Natsuki's breath tickled her face, making Hinata feel a bit lightheaded.

"What? Don't you like it?" Natsuki's voice echoed beside her ear.

"I...I like it."

She thought for a moment. She did like it. It was exciting to hide like this while wondering if Lady Kurenai could find them.

Speaking of being found… Hinata was about to warn Natsuki when suddenly his hand moved, cupping her chest.

"Nice little buns. They're growing."

Hinata lifted her head, a blush creeping up her neck to her ears. "Natsuki..."

"Shh, don't talk. Lady Kurenai might hear us."

Wait, wasn't that my line? And I can't even move, let alone talk. This is bullying! Hinata thought, feeling his touch.

Her heart raced like a hundred stampeding deer.

A wisp of steam began to rise from her head. Just as she was about to faint, Natsuki released her, letting her breathe a sigh of relief.

That's it, slowly adjust. Her tolerance is getting higher and higher, Natsuki thought to himself. Hinata is so cute.

"By the way, it's been so long since we had breakfast, are you hungry?" he asked. "Want to go to the barbecue street for a bite?"

Natsuki changed the subject to ease Hinata's tension.

"Huh? Aren't we in a survival exercise?" Hinata blinked, confused.

"You know it's a survival exercise, but how can you survive if you're starving?" Natsuki stood up.

"That... seems to make sense." But something still feels wrong.

However, Hinata agreed with Natsuki. She was indeed feeling a bit hungry.

So, under the cover of the trees, they once again flew away silently, heading towards Konoha's barbecue street.

Meanwhile, Kiba and Akamaru were hiding in a dense thicket.

They had heard the sound of bells approaching, then gradually fading away. But Akamaru had caught another scent, following behind the source of the bell sound.

Excellent. The teacher carrying the bells is clearly a clone meant to lure us. It's a trap Teacher set for us, just like Natsuki said.

Sure enough, a moment later, another figure appeared in their field of vision, Kurenai herself.

Holding their breath, boy and dog watched her go.

"Whew, we're safe for now."

"Good job, Akamaru! Don't make a sound," Kiba whispered, giving his partner a thumbs-up.

"Woof!!!" hearing his master's praise, Akamaru excitedly stood up, barked, spun in a circle, and wagged his tail enthusiastically.

Kiba's face immediately froze.

Behind them, a small sapling suddenly sprouted, rapidly growing into a towering tree.

Just as Kiba sensed something was wrong and tried to escape with Akamaru, branches shot out from all directions, instantly binding them to the tree trunk.

"Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death!" A figure suddenly appeared before them

It was Kurenai, who had seemingly left moments ago.

"Woof woof!!!" Akamaru, struggling in the restraints, realized his mistake and barked anxiously.

"Your Akamaru is quite good, but he still needs more training," Kurenai chuckled lightly, placing her hand on Akamaru's head, instantly silencing him.

"Teacher, that was amazing! When did you find us?" Kiba asked with a wry smile.

She was so quick, using the moment we let our guard down due to our teamwork to cast the Genjutsu and capture us.

She clearly knew we were here all along.

"Insects. Didn't you notice the insects flying erratically out of the grass where you were hiding?"

"So that's it! I learned something." Then, seemingly casually, Kiba asked, "By the way, where are Natsuki and Hinata?"

Kurenai glanced around. "Oh? You haven't seen them?"

Kiba feigned ignorance. "Haha! Do you think I, Kiba, would betray my teammates?"

He subconsciously thought about Natsuki and Hinata's location, but he truly didn't know.

Maybe Akamaru knows… Kiba glanced at the now docile Akamaru, then quickly looked away, loudly proclaiming his loyalty.

"Oh? That might cause you some suffering."

"As a ninja, interrogation is also a necessary skill to master," Kurenai said, glancing at Akamaru before focusing on Kiba, pretending to be unaware of the dog's scent-tracking abilities.

"Don't try to scare me, Teacher. I won't betray my teammates no matter what you do," Kiba shook his head.

"Well, I have a certain Genjutsu...

"It can make people see the most terrifying things in their hearts.

"It's not too late to reconsider." Kurenai raised a finger, wagging it playfully.

"N-no way! I...I'm not afraid of anything," Kiba stammered, a chill running down his spine.

"Then...Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique!"

"Waaaaah..."

As the sun began to set, painting the sky in hues of orange and purple, Natsuki and Hinata had been hiding all day.

Or rather, eating all day.

"Ahh, I'm so full," Hinata patted her slightly distended belly, looking at the mountain of empty plates beside them.

Realizing her action was a bit unladylike, she quickly stopped.

Natsuki, with an equally impressive stack of plates next to him, picked his teeth contentedly.

With a wave of his hand, he called out, "Waiter! Pack some up!"

"We need to bring something back for Teacher and Kiba. Wouldn't want them to go hungry."
