When Youya rushed to the hospital, there were already people standing at the door of the ward.

"Be careful, be careful..." Senju Tobirama's nervous voice made Youya feel very strange.

Senju Tobirama frowned and asked, "How did you handle it?"

"I sent a doctor to treat Sarutobi Thirteen's legs. I publicly praised the supervisor but also criticized him for being too harsh. I rewarded him with two hundred thousand yen but ordered him to take a week off. If he does it again, he'll be fired," Youya explained.

Senju Tobirama was silent for a moment before patting Youya on the shoulder. "Good job."

He then led Youya through the crowd. "Come and meet your nephew."

Although Tsunade was technically supposed to call Youya "uncle," he wouldn't let her. That would make him feel too old. However, if it was the little one, Youya didn't mind.

Youya bent down and gently touched the baby's face, laughing and chatting with Senju Tobirama.

Tsunade's cheeks puffed up in frustration. Why is it always like this?! She barely had a moment to speak before it was over.
