From a distance, Yagura had been quietly observing the battle between Fuguki and A when his expression shifted subtly. His body moved slightly to the left.

"Swish!"

In the dim night, a gleaming kunai shot past him, narrowly missing its target.

As if in slow motion, Yagura calmly sidestepped just as the kunai whizzed by.

"Rasengan!"

Suddenly, a low shout rang out next to him.

In an instant, Minato appeared at Yagura's side, a glowing blue sphere of spinning chakra in his hand aimed directly at him.

Yagura's previously composed expression shifted into one of shock and disbelief. His pale lavender eyes reflected the rapidly approaching blue orb, its swirling chakra resembling a mesmerizing yet terrifying piece of art.

"Boom!"

'It hit!' Minato thought triumphantly.

But in the next moment, his expression changed.

Yagura's body dissolved into a pool of water that splattered onto the ground.

"Water Release. Water Clone Technique!"

A calm voice echoed from behind Minato.

"Did you really think I wouldn't account for your dangerous teleportation technique while staying hidden?"

Minato turned quickly, surprised, as the sound of rapid hand signs reached his ears.

"Coral Palm!"

Yagura, holding his hooked staff in one hand, thrust his other hand—now coated in blue chakra—toward Minato's back.

Feeling the attack rushing toward him, Minato vanished before Yagura could land the blow.

Yagura's strike missed, and his expression turned serious.

He spun to face Minato, who had reappeared nearby, and muttered to himself.

"A space-time jutsu that allows him to transfer his body using a kunai… What a troublesome ability."

The exchange between the two had occurred in mere moments. Each understood that a single mistake could lead to their downfall.

Minato stood at a distance, his face calm but his furrowed brow betraying his cautious thoughts.

Yagura slung his hooked staff over his shoulder and quickly formed hand signs.

"Water Release. Water Mirror Technique!"

A human-sized water mirror materialized on the battlefield, reflecting Minato's image perfectly.

Moments later, the mirror shimmered, and a figure identical to Minato stepped out of it.

As the water mirror faded, Yagura said in a calm voice.

"Now, let's see how you handle fighting both of us."

With that, both Yagura and the mirrored Minato charged toward him.

Meanwhile, in another part of the battlefield, a booming roar erupted.

"Heavy Stream Storm!"

"Clang!"

The clash rang out as A's attack was once again blocked by Samehada. A stood with his arm raised, locking weapons with the towering Fuguki.

A's elbow, radiating intense lightning, pressed against Samehada's spiked black surface. The two seemed locked in a battle of endurance, neither yielding an inch.

"Haha, kid! Haven't you realized yet?" Fuguki sneered, his voice dripping with mockery.

"No matter how many times you attack, it's useless against Samehada!"

Fuguki's sinister grin widened as he taunted A.

The situation indeed looked grim. A's once-blazing Lightning Release Armor had thinned to a faint layer around him, and its intensity was steadily diminishing.

Samehada absorbed chakra relentlessly, sapping A's strength with every strike.

However, A suddenly smirked coldly and growled.

"Looks like you haven't figured it out yet!"

As he spoke, an enormous surge of chakra erupted from him. His body blazed with fiery blue lightning, crackling with renewed intensity.

"Zzzzap!"

The air filled with the sound of roaring electricity as A's figure charged forward, forcing Samehada backward.

Charging toward Fuguki, A bellowed.

"I've been testing how much chakra this thing can absorb. Let's see if you can handle this!"

"Lightning Release. Lightning Oppression Horizontal Bolt!"

With a shout, A transformed his hand into a blade of pure lightning, its white-hot glow concentrated into a deadly edge. He lunged forward, aiming directly for Fuguki's massive body.

"Screech!"

The sound of lightning echoed across the battlefield as A's chakra erupted in a blinding flash, engulfing the area.

When the energy dissipated, the surrounding ninjas stared in shock at the scene before them.

"Cough, cough!"

A deep trench now marred the ground where A stood, his face grim as he maintained his stance, one arm outstretched like a blade.

Not far away, Fuguki lay sprawled on the ground, coughing up blood. His wild red hair was mostly burned away, and his chest bore a gaping, charred wound. Blood oozed from the injury, staining the ground beneath him.

Despite his injuries, Fuguki clutched Samehada's hilt tightly. Chakra flowed from the sword into his body, accelerating his recovery.

A's gaze remained cold and disdainful as he looked down at Fuguki. He let out a dismissive snort, his contempt evident.

The surrounding ninjas were equally stunned.

The Stone and Sand Ninjas, in particular, felt an oppressive weight of dread.

The Mist Ninjas treated them as enemies. The Konoha and Cloud Ninjas had no hesitation in targeting them either.

Yet among their ranks, the Stone and Sand Ninjas lacked any powerful fighters capable of shifting the tide of battle.

The Konoha side had formidable allies like Inuzuka Ao, Namikaze Minato, and Aburame Shibi.

The Cloud Village had A, Bee, and Darui, whose terrifying strength had been proven against Fuguki.

The Mist Ninjas brought their own elite. Yagura and Fuguki, both powerful warriors.

But the Stone and Sand Ninjas? They had no one of comparable strength present.

As despair loomed, a faint hope arose when an aged but commanding voice echoed from above.

"Earth Release. Earthquake Core!"
