Chapter 4: Chapter 4 Sasuke School Drama
Sasuke's entrance into the classroom instantly sparked a commotion.
From his seat below, Shikamaru yawned lazily, rubbing his temples as the familiar noise reached his ears. He picked at his ear with a finger, sighing in exasperation.
"Ugh, here we go again... Sasuke shows up, and the whole class turns into a battlefield. So troublesome."
Next to him, Chōji munched on a bag of chips, nodding in agreement. "Yeah, but I still don't get it. Why do Ino and all the other girls like Sasuke so much?"
Shikamaru shrugged. "Who knows? Women are complicated. Trying to understand them is way more exhausting than just taking a nap."
Meanwhile, Sasuke observed the class with his usual cool demeanor, his sharp gaze landing on the eager faces of the girls waving at him.
'Yamanaka Ino, huh?' he mused. 'Not only is she the heir of the Yamanaka clan, but she's also going to grow into quite the beauty.'
His eyes flickered toward Sakura briefly before he dismissed the thought. Her fiery personality and average appearance weren't really his type.
With a slight smirk, Sasuke strode toward the open seat between Ino and Sakura.
"Is this seat taken?" he asked, keeping his tone cool and composed.
Both girls immediately perked up, their faces lighting with excitement.
"Of course not, Sasuke-kun!" they answered in unison, practically vibrating with enthusiasm.
As he took his seat, he noticed the way Ino blushed slightly, and the envious glances from the other girls in the room. Sasuke smirked internally.
'Keeping a little distance keeps them interested. If you act too eager, you lose your appeal.'
Across the room, Kiba grumbled under his breath. "Tch. What's so great about Sasuke anyway? I'm just as good-looking!"
Shino, standing next to him, adjusted his sunglasses. "No, Kiba, it's the smell. The overwhelming scent of dog is likely driving the girls away."
Kiba turned to him with a glare. "You didn't have to say it so bluntly!"
Just then, the classroom door burst open with a loud crash.
Naruto stood in the doorway, striking a dramatic pose. "Behold! The great Uzumaki Naruto has arrived!"
The class, however, remained unimpressed. The girls continued to fawn over Sasuke, completely ignoring Naruto's grand entrance.
Naruto twitched at the silence. "Oi! You guys are just gonna ignore me?! I'm the future Hokage, believe it!"
His frustration only grew when he saw Sasuke being surrounded by admiring girls. With a huff, he marched straight over and climbed onto the desk in front of Sasuke, pointing an accusing finger at him.
"Damn you, Sasuke! Stop stealing my spotlight!"
Sasuke, however, immediately sensed danger.
'Oh no, not this scene again...'
Before he could react, Naruto lost his balance and toppled forward—straight toward Sasuke's face.
*SMACK!*
Sasuke's fist connected with Naruto's face just in time, stopping the disaster before it could unfold.
Naruto stumbled back, clutching his nose. "Ow! What the hell, Sasuke?! You wanna fight or something?!"
A deadly chill filled the air.
"Naruto... what were you trying to do to Sasuke?!" Sakura's voice was dangerously low as she clenched her fists.
"No way, does Naruto want Sasuke's first kiss too?!"
"That's so gross! Sasuke's first kiss should be mine!"
"Dammit, Naruto, let's beat him up!"
A group of girls instantly turned on Naruto, their fists flying.
"W-Wait! Sakura-chan, everyone, let me explain—!" Naruto barely got the words out before he was buried under a flurry of punches.
Sasuke watched the chaos unfold, shaking his head in amusement. 'Poor guy. But honestly, Sakura's way too aggressive for my taste. She's all yours, Naruto.'
Not far away, a pair of pale lavender eyes watched the scene quietly.
Hinata clasped her hands together, concern etched on her face. "Naruto-kun... are you okay?"
Sasuke, of course, noticed immediately. His eyes narrowed thoughtfully.
'Hinata… she's got potential. The Hyuga clan's bloodline combined with Uchiha genes could create a truly formidable lineage. And she's gentle and beautiful...'
As he considered his options, the classroom door opened once more.
Iruka entered, his expression one of sheer exasperation. "Why is the class always so noisy? Naruto, are you causing trouble again?!"
Naruto, now sporting several fresh bruises, quickly scrambled to explain. "Iruka-sensei, it's not what it looks like!"
Sakura, pressing her hand over Naruto's mouth, smiled innocently. "Nothing happened, Iruka-sensei! Just a small misunderstanding!"
"Yeah, just a misunderstanding!" the other girls chimed in guiltily.
Iruka sighed, rubbing his temples. "Fine, whatever. Just settle down. Listen up, everyone—I'm here to tell you about the upcoming graduation exam in two days. Pay attention!"
The class immediately went silent as Iruka's words sank in.
Graduation was just around the corner.
And for Sasuke, it was just the beginning of his plans.
