Chapter 103: Chapter 25:Orochimaru VS Yuto!
Sora shot through the air, his massive white form cutting through the clouds like a streak of lightning. The chilling wind whipped against Team 7's faces as they held on tightly, their eyes scanning the surroundings. Behind them, two figures were rapidly closing the distance—one riding a colossal purple serpent and the other gliding on a strange white bird.
Yuto narrowed his eyes, his crimson eyes analyzing both pursuers. The so-called "Kusa genin" was perched atop a giant purple-scaled serpent, its golden eyes gleaming with a deadly intelligence.
Yuto then glanced at the "Stone genin," who was… crying? No, he wasn't just crying. He was shouting, his voice filled with an almost maddening enthusiasm.
"Un! What an explosion! What a perfect display of art! Let's have a competition, un! Let's see whose art is the best!"
'What the hell is wrong with this guy?' Yuto shook his head, pushing aside the bizarre image of a crying, art-obsessed Deidara. They had bigger problems to deal with.
"Naruko! Hitomi!" Yuto barked, his mind already forming a plan. "You two take care of the Stone Genin. I'll lend you my dragonfly summon for aerial combat."
Naruko and Hitomi blinked in surprise. "You sure?" Naruko asked.
Yuto nodded. "Yeah. That snake-riding freak is mine. I need to handle him personally."
The two girls shared a glance before smirking. "Alright!" Naruko grinned, cracking her knuckles. "I'll blow that guy up before he even knows what hit him! Let him taste what true art is like!"
Hitomi nodded as well. "We'll handle it. You focus on your fight, Yuto."
Without hesitation, Yuto made a series of hand seals. "Summoning Jutsu!"
A giant dragonfly materialized out of a cloud of smoke, its massive wings beating rapidly as it hovered in the air. Naruko and Hitomi wasted no time climbing onto its back. Yuto gave them a sharp nod. "Good luck."
"You too!" Naruko grinned as the dragonfly shot forward, straight toward the stunned Deidara.
Now, it was just Yuto and Sora versus the disguised Orochimaru.
Sora let out a deafening roar, his icy breath swirling in the air as he changed direction, heading straight for Manda. The enormous snake hissed, its body coiling and twisting as it lunged forward, attempting to bite into Sora's side. But the eastern dragon was faster, swerving mid-air to dodge while gathering energy in his maw.
A ball of crackling lightning formed within Sora's mouth.
Manda responded with unnatural speed, his body snapping like a whip as he tried to wrap around Sora. Orochimaru, still in disguise, stood atop the serpent's head, his golden eyes focused solely on Yuto.
Yuto pretended not to know his true identity. "I didn't know the Kusa Village had such a strong genin," he said, his voice casual but sharp.
Orochimaru chuckled darkly, his lips curling into an amused smirk. "Kukuku… there are many things you don't know, little boy."
'Creepy bastard,' Yuto thought.
With a terrifying hiss, Manda struck again, his enormous fangs glinting in the sunlight. But Sora was already moving, dodging mid-air with an elegant twist before launching the ball of lightning straight at the serpent.
The battlefield erupted into chaos.
As the two summons clashed, Yuto and Orochimaru leaped from their respective creatures, landing gracefully on the ground. Their eyes met.
Yuto drew his katana, the silver blade gleaming under the sun.
Orochimaru responded by pulling out a legendary weapon—the Kusanagi Sword. Its deadly edge reflected the eerie glow of his snake-like eyes.
Yuto's Kamigan swirled as he analyzed the blade. 'The Kusanagi… That sword would be perfect for crafting if I ever get my hands on it. Maybe I should steal it during the fight.'
Orochimaru licked his lips, his gaze locking onto Yuto's crimson Kamigan. "Fascinating… I must have those eyes."
Yuto shivered slightly at the unsettling tone. "Creepy bastard," he muttered under his breath before smirking. "I guess I should start calling you a Pedo."
A vein popped on Orochimaru's forehead. His eyes twitched. 'Brats these days… no respect for their elders.'
Without warning, the two lunged at each other.
Sparks flew.
Their swords clashed mid-air, sending shockwaves through the clearing. Yuto twisted his wrist, aiming a quick counter-slash, but Orochimaru's movements were inhumanly fluid. The snake-like Sannin avoided the strike with a contortion that shouldn't be possible for a human body.
Suddenly, Orochimaru's sleeves burst open.
Dozens of snakes shot out, their fangs dripping with venom as they lunged at Yuto's face.
"Shit!" Yuto cursed, jumping back just in time to dodge.
He narrowed his eyes as he started his oscar level acting that had fooled even the third hokage. "Only one person can summon Manda and use snake jutsu like that. You're not fooling anyone, Orochimaru."
Orochimaru chuckled, his voice a raspy whisper. His hand reached up to his face… and peeled the skin away, revealing his true form.
Golden slit pupils. Pale, almost deathly skin. A sinister grin.
"Kukuku~ You got me."
Yuto's face twisted in disgust. "Ugh. Keep your face on, Pedomaru."
Orochimaru only grinned wider. "I'm very interested in you, Yuto-kun~"
A chill ran down Yuto's spine. "Yeah, well, I'm not interested in you, snake bastard."
His fingers twitched.
Time to get serious.
Reaching into his inventory, Yuto pulled out fifty kunai, each one marked with his Chakra Anchor ability. He flung them in every direction, embedding them into the battlefield.
Orochimaru's eyes gleamed. 'This technique… He can switch places with objects.....a water down version of FTG. Kabuto wasn't exaggerating… This brat is dangerous.'
Before Orochimaru could act, Yuto vanished.
Shun!
He reappeared behind Orochimaru, a glowing ball of solar energy in his palm.
Orochimaru barely dodged as the blast exploded, sending flames and searing heat in every direction.
'Dammit. He's slippery,' Yuto thought.
Switching again, he appeared above Orochimaru, his Solar Lightsaber humming to life.
'Expand!'
The blazing blade stretched forward, aiming straight for Orochimaru's chest.
Shrrk!
The blade pierced through him.
Or so Yuto thought.
Orochimaru's mouth opened—unnaturally wide—as he shed his skin, slithering away without a single scratch.
"Ugh," Yuto groaned, "that's so nasty."
Orochimaru simply chuckled.
Then, his hands moved in a blur of seals.
"Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld!"
The ground beneath Yuto suddenly turned into thick, sticky mud, swallowing everything in its path.
'Crap!'
But before the swamp could engulf him, Yuto switched places with one of his kunai, reappearing safely.
His hands flashed through another set of seals.
"Radiation Style: Barrage of Lightning!"
Glowing purple lightning balls surrounded him before streaking toward Orochimaru, leaving behind trails of radiation-charged destruction.
Orochimaru's body bent and twisted at unnatural angles, dodging each strike.
'This guy… he moves like he has no bones!'
Yuto reappeared behind him, slashing down with his katana. But Orochimaru parried the attack effortlessly with his Kusanagi.
Orochimaru smirked. "I must admit, Yuto-kun, you're far stronger than I anticipated."
Yuto scoffed. "Yeah? Too bad I don't care what you think."
He switched with another kunai—this one rigged with explosive tags.
BOOM!
The explosion rocked the battlefield.
But Yuto wasn't fooled.
He turned sharply—just in time to see Orochimaru emerging from the ground.
'This fight isn't over yet.'
