Naruto : Cruel Rebirth

"Rinnegan..."

Before joining Akatsuki, Orochimaru had once had an encounter with Pain's Deva Path.

At that time, when he saw Pain's eyes, he immediately recognized them as the legendary eyes of the Sage of Six Paths!

Driven by his thirst for truth, he couldn't resist and made one of the rarest and most unwise decisions in his life: instead of feinting, he charged directly at Pain, aiming for his eyes.

The result was that he was sent flying over a hundred meters, rolling before climbing up from the wreckage of shattered trees, covered in dust. The distance between them perfectly demonstrated the difference in power!

It was the first time in his life he had been overwhelmed by sheer power. He became deeply intrigued by the Akatsuki organization, and with the intention of testing the waters, he joined them.

Unfortunately... Pain's strength was too strong, and there was nothing he could do about it. 

It was at this point that Orochimaru truly understood the reality of the situation. 

"That Pain... You really defeated him. And you got the eye before Tobi did. Heh heh, I think I understand now why you dared to release me, but weren't afraid of me turning on you..." 

Naruto asked, "So, are you willing to submit to me?" 

Orochimaru replied, "It seems like you just got that eye. How much power can you unlock with it?" 

Naruto smiled and said, "Even if it's just one percent, I think it'll be enough to deal with you." 

Orochimaru chuckled, "Heh heh, then I guess I'll have to see for myself!" 

Boom!!! The ground shook, and the Orochi snake charged forward with great force. Without something as massive as Susano'o to counter it, Naruto had no way of fighting back! The best choice was to retreat, but Naruto didn't step back! His plan was simple: he would use force to completely overpower Orochimaru! 

As the Orochi snake advanced, its massive body slammed down, with each snake possessing the strength of tens of thousands of others! 

Naruto's left eye narrowed slightly. He raised his palm and summoned an invisible shield to block the Yamata no Orochi's ruthless attacks! 

This shield was one of the powers of the Rinnegan, and it belonged to the "Deva Path" of the Six Paths. 

When Nagato was a child, before mastering the Rinnegan, he had accidentally used it during a crisis to protect Yahiko and Konan from an explosion. Later, the Deva Path used it to easily block Naruto's attacks with six tails and Tailed Beast Balls. The only flaw of this shield was that it had to be activated by extending the palm first. 

"Not bad, but how about this..." 

Seeing that brute force couldn't break the shield, except for the snake head where Orochimaru was, the other seven heads all spit out enlarged Kusanagi swords. After charging up, seven heads and seven swords combined for a powerful attack aimed at where Naruto was standing... 

Naruto raised his hand. 

Clang! Clang! Clang! Clang! The seven enormous Kusanagi swords came to a halt mid-air! Orochimaru's vertical pupils narrowed, "Hmm? The range of this isn't from the shield..." 

Naruto's left eye gleamed with light, and he spoke firmly, "Shinra Tensei!"

The powerful repulsive force exploded from Naruto's position, causing the ground around him to rapidly collapse into a pit! 

"Ooh… This is the technique Pain used on me!" 

The massive body of the Orochi snake retreated under the overwhelming repulsion! 

Konan, carrying the unconscious Anko, spread her white paper wings and watched from the sky, "Just like watching Nagato fight... Naruto's already mastered this move..."

Yamata no Orochi was sent crashing into the mountain wall at the edge of the horizon!

He caught the kunai with his left hand, his cloak fluttering as he executed a graceful turn in the air. With his right hand, he pointed at the distant mountain, and his left eye suddenly shone!

The mountain collapsed, and massive rocks fell toward the Yamata no Orichi

The kunai landed, and Naruto landed smoothly, picking up the kunai from the ground. He looked at the Yamata no Orichi snake, now buried under the rubble, and said playfully, "I can't use the Chibaku Tensei for now, but this should be a decent substitute, right?"

After a massive explosion, eight snake heads broke through the rubble! 

Naruto shrugged and smiled, "Looks like... it didn't quite work." 

"NARUTO! You've truly stirred my fighting spirit!"

With that, Orochimaru's body shrank back, and the heads of the Eight-Headed Serpent gathered together, releasing chakra that formed into a massive purple orb! 

Naruto, surprised, said,

Konan warned, 

"Be careful, that chakra is unusual!!" 

Naruto said in a deep voice, 

"Ah, it's almost as powerful as the Tailed Beast Balls used by the Kurama and the others!"

The Nine-Tails, who had been silent inside Naruto, twitched its large ears upon hearing the words "Kurama."

The highly concentrated chakra ball of the Eight-Headed Serpent shot towards Naruto!! 

— Yamata no Orochi Serpent Ball! 

"This must be your most powerful attack under the Yamata no Orochi Serpent Jutsu!" 

Naruto stood firm, and as the Eight-Headed Serpent Ball neared, he suddenly raised his hand, and his left eye flashed with light.

After the Eight-Headed Serpent Ball was fully absorbed, the playful look in Naruto's eyes had completely vanished.

Naruto charged again, and Orochimaru's body shrank back once more...

In midair, Naruto's hand shot forward.

A powerful force pulled Orochimaru, who was about to retract into the snake's head, stopping him in his tracks. His body was forced forward. 

Orochimaru resisted with all his might: 

"He wants to separate my body from the Yamata no Orochi. I can't let him succeed!"

Naruto's pulling force suddenly grew stronger... Orochimaru was finally pulled out! 

Naruto slammed his hand down! 

Boom!!! 

The force sent Orochimaru crashing hard into the ground... 

Orochimaru's body, heavily modified and extremely flexible, was still able to move even after such a heavy blow. 

"It's over!" 

Naruto leaped into the air, swinging his sleeve to release several black rods, precisely striking Orochimaru's chakra points! 

"Ugh...!!" 

With the powerful chakra from Naruto and the Six Paths' rods entering him, Orochimaru's chakra was completely suppressed! 

After struggling in vain, Orochimaru sighed, 

"I can't move..."

Behind him, the Yamata no Orochi, now uncontrolled, vanished into the smoke.

Naruto emerged from the Flying Thunder God Kunai, looked down at the people at his feet and said,
