Chapter 151: Researching the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path!
Naruto nodded after hearing Sasuke's words, then turned his serious gaze toward Uchiha Madara.
"Rasengan!"
Without hesitation, Naruto grabbed a Rasengan and charged straight at Madara.
"Idiot! Don't use such straightforward attacks!"
Sasuke was momentarily stunned but quickly followed. He couldn't help but think that Naruto was being far too reckless—how could he just charge in so carelessly?
To their surprise, Madara extended his hand as if intending to block the Rasengan barehanded.
"This guy is unbelievably arrogant! Does he really think he can block a Rasengan with his hand?"
Naruto was puzzled but wasn't about to let such an opportunity slip away. He ruthlessly slammed the Rasengan forward.
However, in the next moment, the Rasengan simply disappeared—or more accurately, it was absorbed by Madara!
Naruto looked on in disbelief, while Madara stood there with a faint smirk, staring at him.
"You seem rather weak," Madara said mockingly before raising his leg and delivering a powerful kick toward Naruto.
Luckily, Naruto reacted swiftly, crossing his arms to block the attack. Even so, the force of the kick sent him flying.
Meanwhile, Sasuke had already charged in, his right hand crackling with Chidori as he lunged toward Madara.
"None of your ninjutsu has any effect on me! One of the Rinnegan's abilities is the absorption of ninjutsu!"
Madara confidently explained his power, leaving Naruto and Sasuke stunned.
In their moment of hesitation, Sasuke's jutsu was absorbed, and Madara grabbed him by the throat.
"Sasuke!"
Seeing this, Naruto's eyes turned bloodshot as he rushed toward Madara.
But Madara didn't even spare Naruto a glance. Initially, he had expected these two to put up a decent fight against him. However, it turned out they couldn't even keep up with his speed. A casual kick was enough to send one of them flying.
Even Sasuke, whom he had the highest expectations for as a fellow Uchiha, was disappointing.
"Is this guy really an Eternal Mangekyō user? Why does he feel so weak? Back when I had the Eternal Mangekyō, I could annihilate everyone around me."
Boom!
Halfway through Naruto's charge, he was suddenly knocked back without knowing what hit him.
Stunned, he looked around but saw nothing.
At that moment, Kurama's voice echoed in his mind.
"Naruto, focus and sense your surroundings carefully."
Naruto nodded and concentrated. Instantly, he sensed it—there were four invisible entities around him!
"What is this?"
"So you've noticed," Madara said. "This is an exclusive ability of the Rinnegan, a power unique to me: Limbo: Border Jail!
"Ha! I can create four shadow entities to assist me in either attacking or defending."
Madara revealed his technique without hesitation. After all, even if Naruto realized it, he wouldn't be able to counter Limbo: Border Jail.
Sure enough, with just two of the shadow entities, Madara subdued Naruto.
He then tossed Sasuke to the ground and began walking toward Naruto.
At this point, Naruto, due to his resilience, hadn't lost consciousness. However, he had been forced out of his Nine-Tails mode, barely holding on after consecutive blows.
"Kurama, come out!"
Madara shouted and forcibly extracted Kurama from Naruto's body!
Meanwhile, elsewhere—
"So that's how it is. I think I understand now. The Ten-Tails' outer shell is indeed just a shell. But within it lies a unique energy that prevents the Tailed Beasts' energy from dissipating.
"If I can unravel this energy, perhaps I could achieve immortality?"
Ishihara thought excitedly. The more he considered it, the more plausible it seemed. Without hesitation, he began researching by combining Yin Release, Yang Release, Nature Energy, and the Six Paths Power.
As for the battlefield, Ishihara paid it no mind.
After all, Naruto and Sasuke were notoriously hard to kill. Moreover, he had already healed Orochimaru, whose strength as a super-Kage-level ninja was formidable. The safety of the members of his Immortal Organization was not something he needed to worry about.
As for whether Naruto would die after having Kurama extracted?
Of course not!
Naruto was the child of destiny, the protagonist of this world. If he could die so easily, what kind of protagonist would he be?
At this moment, Madara noticed Ishihara.
"Hmph, so you're here. And judging by your expression, you seem quite interested in my Ten-Tails," Madara remarked before forming hand seals to control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
"In that case, let me show you its power! Rise!"
With a thunderous roar, the Demonic Statue began to move. It slowly stood up and devoured Kurama in one gulp. Its form then began to undergo massive changes!
