Naruto: Chakra System

They continued to eat barbecue, then Kakashi announced, "Starting tomorrow, I will begin your training and missions..."

Naruto chimed in, "Missions? Really? Yay!"

Kakashi immediately cut in, "Calm down. They are just your labor missions, not real ones. They are just to give you discipline and basic ninja skills only."

Naruto groaned, as did Sakura, but they didn't feel much about it, as Kakashi also said their training would start from tomorrow. Especially Sasuke was more excited about training.

Later, after eating barbecue, Kakashi told them to come to the training ground at a strict 8 AM. And they went to there own ways, Kakashi on his own house, Sakura on her parents house, Sasuke in now silent Uchiha compound, and Naruto in villages provided compact apartment room.

At night, in his room, Kakashi lay on his bed. He softly touched his left eye, covered under his forehead protector, and a sudden thought came into his mind.

He mused, "What are the all abilities my left Kamui have? It has Long-Range Target Warping, but that's not all, right? Though I can only sense this ability from Kamui, why does it only have one, while the Right Kamui in Obito's eye has more..."

Kakashi then thought and recalled one scene from the Fourth Great Ninja War arc and thought, "Yeah, Madara Uchiha was able to use Self-Teleportation to teleport himself into Obito's Kamui dimension to retrieve his Rinnegan. But why can't I feel that ability?"

He thought a little and noted, "Madara at that time had Ten-Tail's Chakra, and moreover, he is an Uchiha, so he obviously would have more inherent control over Sharingan, even if it's his own or some other Uchiha's. But in my case..."

He thought of Nagato and stated, "My situation is similar to Nagato, who had Madara's Rinnegan and could use all natural abilities of Rinnegan, but couldn't use Madara's specific 'Limbo Clone Jutsu,' and he isn't an Uchiha nor the real owner of the Rinnegan. He considered, "Hmm, that means I definitely have to learn Sage Mode later, as I decided when Jiraiya comes I will ask him about it. I should make it a definite to-do task. Who knows, maybe I really gain access to Self-Teleportation, and maybe just maybe, even Intangibility, if Left Kamui also has it."

He thought that if the Right Kamui in Obito's eye had Self-Teleportation and Intangibility with Object Warping, then the Left Kamui might also have it. He then shrugged about it for now and went to sleep.

The next day, after waking early and getting ready, he decided to visit Hiruzen and ask him about the Four-Symbol Seal and a few other seals Kakashi had thought about last night. It was only 6 AM, two hours before meeting his team.

He first summoned his status screen, and a familiar screen with black text appeared, staring back at him.

After the bell test, Kakashi had made Shadow Clones and sent them for training, and once again, he gained another, though small, but personal gain in his chakra pool.

Next, his eyes landed on his Chakra Level, and he said, "Oh-ho, it's finally changed from Elite Jōnin, though Quasi-Kage, not Kage, so there's such a rank as well, huh."

He shrugged, closing his system panel, and went out to Hiruzen at the Hokage Building.

At the Hokage Office, Hiruzen listened to Kakashi's request.

"What's with the sudden interest in Fūinjutsu?" he asked. "But alright, if you want, you can have the scroll of the Four-Symbol Seal. But Kakashi, I feel something different in you."

Kakashi raised his brow. "What do you mean, Sandaime-sama?" he asked.

Hiruzen said, "How do I say it? I don't know why, but somehow I feel your chakra being closer to my reserves. Am I hallucinating from all this paperwork?"

Kakashi was surprised at Hiruzen's notice of his chakra reserves and half-truthfully said, "My chakra reserves did increase a little, like 2.5 times. I have been training for the last few months in applying nature transformation in Rasengan; maybe that's the effect."

Hiruzen glanced at Kakashi curiously and then said, "Nature transformation in Rasengan huh, last time you create Chidori when failed, what would be the result this time, especially if you succeed. Well, it's actually a good thing if you become stronger. Maybe if in the future Jiraiya still doesn't agree, you might have to take this position after me."

Kakashi looked at the huge bundle of documents and than at Hiruzen's small, wrinkled face and shook his head internally. He wasn't sure about Hokage's position anymore.

Just last week, he was thinking if he got an offer of Hokage's position, he might take it, but wouldn't if it proved to be a bothersome job. And now, personally seeing Hiruzen like this, his decision inclined to the latter opinion.
