Shiyu arranged through the patrol unit to assign himself a long-term mission to investigate the shifting dynamics across the ninja world. With approval from the Old Third, he quietly left the village.
Minato Namikaze still came all the way to see Shiyu off—true to his character. The two even agreed on having another sparring match once Shiyu returned. Yet after Minato mastered [Flying Thunder God Technique], Shiyu had practically never beaten him during their matches.
