Time passed, and evening arrived. Uzumaki Hiroshi awoke.

Five seconds later, a sharp pain shot through his heart. He hadn't expected this. The pain was unbearable.

"No way! The system is still giving me a boost! This is a bonus! As long as I endure the pain, my physical strength keeps increasing!" Hiroshi muttered through gritted teeth.

He curled up on the bed, writhing in pain for ten minutes before it finally subsided.

"Damn, that hurt like hell! If I ever get another Devil Fruit, I'm not eating it! I swear I'll never endure that pain again!" he said, wiping the sweat from his face.
