Chapter 24 Final Thoughts
The end of "Spreading Flowers", with a total of twenty-three chapters and fifty thousand words, is the end of the first volume.
It was the first time for a newcomer to write a book. Within half a month, he experienced not knowing how to submit a manuscript, being rejected, being sent without a signature, and all kinds of stupid operations. A total of 40,000 words were finally saved. I would like to thank the editor.
I would also like to thank the book friends who commented on the book on the first day it was released, so that I am not like many newcomers in the post forum who said that I was autistic due to the single-player attack——
I won’t post too many personal reflections, but let’s go back to the first volume, which contains only a few chapters. Regarding this volume, I actually want to write more, but there is really nothing to say about the era of Ouranos. In the records of Greek mythology, the first two god-kings are actually mentioned briefly, so I have to use about twenty chapters to describe them.
The Heavenly Father has been hung up in the sky, and there will be no more scenes for him for at least two epochs. Whether he will appear in the future depends on the situation. If so, it will definitely be a long time later, and probably in a way that no one expected. Then he will continue to love and kill his children.
Then comes Volume 2, The Age of Cronus.
I will write more about Cronus. After all, although he is not as famous as Zeus, he did do a lot of things, and his final fate is easier to unfold. He will probably definitely be able to compete in the resurrection match, but that will be at least a hundred chapters later.
This volume is probably about the birth of the first human beings, the birth of the second generation of Titans, the conflicts between the gods, etc. There is quite a lot to write about. At least it's not like the first era, where there isn't much of a story, and the main character is pretty incompetent and can only be a spectator and promoter.
Let’s talk about the volume name again. The name of the first volume is "Genesis". Not only because Khaos has just been opened up, but also because Ryan wants to create the spiritual world, and even more because I have used some content from the "Bible Genesis". Of course, as my first contract, it is also very memorable.
As for the second volume, I named it "Reincarnation". I know some people will definitely say that this is the protagonist trying to establish reincarnation or something. After all, this operation is terrible. But actually, this is really not the reason why I chose this name, at least not the main reason.
And in terms of specific content, considering that the content of mythology is only that much, and the further back, the more "human" it becomes. So I tried my best to make some arrangements in the front, so that there would be something to write about later, instead of just a bunch of dispensable passers-by except for the protagonist and Zeus.
What's more, if nothing unexpected happens, by the time Zeus becomes the King of Gods, the original mythological trajectory will be almost overtaken by the protagonist. How much of it is still the original, I can't say, it will be determined by the situation at that time.
Okay, that’s all for the reflections, the next chapter will be posted in half an hour. To be honest, for a newbie writing a book, it really takes more time to revise the text than to write it. Once the manuscript is finished, it is saved and dare not be published without revising it twice.
that's all.
