MY TRUE LOVER

 "D-a-v-e" I said remembering the good old days 

 FLASHBACK 

 While in highschool , during lunch hour an handsome guy came to my table where I normally have my lunch carrying his tray of food.

 "Can I have a seat " , his voice sounded sweet and calm and I didn't hesitate to give him a reply.

 "Yes " I replied scrolling through my phone . 

 "I'm Dave" 

 "You can call me Daniella" 

 " What a beautiful name , Daniella why don't you love being around people , most time I see you , you are always alone "

 "I don't just like having friends , and I love being in a quiet place " I didn't know how Dave seemed to care but I loved it.

 "But we could be friends anyways " he said smiling . 

 Not long enough , the bell was rang and the students left for their classes but Dave took me to the rooftop .

 "But we re not allowed to come here" I said 

 "No one can tell me not to go around my mother's school " 

I was surprised knowing that Dave's mom owns the school , he looks calm and gentle , and I really loved his smile , we didn't talk for long cause school closed early . I was so happy that even my mom noticed something happened , she had to call me to ask when we were preparing dinner .

 "Daniella , you seem excited , did anything happen sweetie" my mom asked curiously 

 " I made new friends ". My mom was really happy hearing that cause she knew her daughter was an introvert .

 Few minutes later , Jason came home from work and I welcomed him and served him dinner when it was ready . That night I went to sleep with a smile on my face . 

 Dave and I kept talking in school and we went out on Saturdays , on one Saturday afternoon , Dave and I went on a date where he asked me to be his girlfriend . 

 "Daniella , there is something I want you to know " he said at the beach 

 "I'm all ears "

 " I'm in love with you " the sweetness of his voice flew through me as he looked into my eyes. "Would you be my girlfriend" he said bringing out flowers from his car , I really fell for Dave and I was madly in love with him . Immediately I said yes , Dave held my tiny waist and dragged me closer to him as he kissed my small pink lips , I couldn't believe my eyes , my first kiss was with someone I'm In love with .

 Few months after the incident , Dave took me to his house and that was were trouble began for me . He opened the door for me and held my hands as we entered into big mansion , I was served juice as I sat down to wait for Mrs Williams .

 " Good morning ma'am" I said when I saw her come down the stairs.

 "Morning , my sweetheart " she said as I began to love her , I thought she was someone that would understand me . After the chatting , she called me aside .

 "Are you in love with my son" she asked and the question was really strange . I was really in love with Dave and everyone could see it cause I showed it.

 "Yes" I replied her .

 "I need you to leave my son alone , as you can see , he has businesses to run and he is the only heir I have" she said it with pity in her voice. I actually wanted to cry , after finding a companion, then I'm asked to leave him . I didn't Know how to tell Dave .

 I left the mansion without saying a word to Dave , I boarded a taxi home . At home , I was on my bed throughout the night , worrying and crying , then I decided to send Dave a text message .

 Daniella 💕: Dave I know how much you love me , but I want you to know that it's over , no bother looking for me , I'm leaving for New York . 

 The next morning , we packed out of our house and left for new York ... . . . . . . . . . . . .... ....

 This was how I knew Dave and the whole thing ran through my head seeing him again . 

" D-a-v-e " I said as I hugged him tightly , I saw he was happy to see me again , he was astonished. And I left him , I didn't allow him to say a word , I ran to meet jasmine.

Jasmine and I left for the office and purchased the form , which I filled it and was asked to resume next week , my joy knew no bounds , I was really happy and we left for shopping .

 At the shopping mall , I picked a lot of things as we left for the boutique where I tried new dress and shoes , Jasmine bought a lot for me .

 "Daniella , all these are for you , you are resuming school next week and I really want you to look good , I bought make - ups , make-up brushes and the likes "Jasmine said as she handed the bags over to me .

 I threw myself at her as I hugged her warmly , tears began to roll down my cheeks .
