My Skills Are a Bit Weird in another world

The whole scene become deathly quiet i was handed an id card like the rest by the saintess Reince i took it involuntarily not knowing how to exactly feel about this my status window was blank no skills passive or active and no job like Hana and the rest of them i only had one Title of being summoned from another world and that's was all even my stats was weaker compared to theirs .

Trollan said quite temperamental : what is going on with those worthless attributes Reince .

Reince : maybe something is wrong with the tablet .

I was able to tell he was angry even someone as clueless as Hana held my hand tighter than not to mention the pressure that it seemed to be only focused on me that word he said worthless was agitating my mental state i wasn't even asked to come to this damn world of his if not for that crappy ritual so to whom should i send my complaint .

Reince then proceed to apply some pressure on the wound still not healed like how it did with the others and brought a new tablet and again the same window status appeared with no notable changes .

Reince asked me politely and calmly to describe what i saw before i get summoned i told her about the flashing green lights on the others and the almost fading light on top of me just a moment before appearing here .

Reince nodded then bowed to the king and said in an apologetic tone : My king i believe that the life energy we gathered for the summoning ritual this time was only enough for 5 summoners and the 6 summoner wasn't able to get any other blessings because there wasn't enough life energy it should have been enough to support even more than 7 summoners but your majesty luck and strong destiny were able to let us summon some powerful heroes even the likes of those four which consumed even more than usual life energy leaving nothing to the last summoner i'm deeply sorry for my incompetence .

Trollan quite pleased with the answer for some reason told her to rise up and that it was the work of destiny so no need to dwell on it that much anyway .

And i snapped i removed my hand from Hana's and pointed at the enraged dude : well i didn't ask for your king permission either and matter of fact i never wanted to be summoned here in the first place so please mind my words your highness but what am i supposed to do now in a dangerous world like yours without being granted anything to fend my self with like the others .

The whole room went silent for a few seconds but the silence was broken by the man with blue hair as he suddenly appeared in front of me and i felt his bloodlust he was really going to kill me if not for another black haired guy interference he stooped the spear with a shield of air or something like that the spear was still trying to pierce it but i saw the black haired dude push forward and the blue haired guy was sent moving backwards but he was able to regain his balance quickly .

Easy there Yamada , he have a point he may have made a mistake but it doesn't mean that you could end his life for it .

I fell on the ground gasping for air his bloodlust just now made my stomach churn he was really going to kill me and no one from the king side said anything .

I felt normal again that was a magic spell an actual magic spell not some swifty moves and visual effects like what those street performers but what did i expect i got summoned from another world... wait did that guy just said our old world or i misheard .

Really that king doesn't have any remorse for what happened to me just now at all , i looked at the head taller man in front of me and first thanked him for saving my life and asked about why he said our old world .

Reince was continuing her explanation when Hana touched the crystal orb and she opened her mouth wide and she stuttery said : hero Hana had affinities to four of the 12 elements they are Wind, Water, Fire, Earth .

I paid him no mind but i congratulated Hana and looked at the orb in front of me with great expectations maybe just maybe this test will bring me some surprises but i wasn't able to put my mana to work i was just touching the orb having no clue about how to channel my mana into the orb i wasn't the only one as Kiba Sudo was finding difficulty in channeling his mana as well but the others i looked back to see the saintess about to announce their affinities .

Hero Akiho have affinities to three elements Earth and Wind and Fire .

Hero Kuroya have affinities to two elements Earth and Wind

Hero Sora have affinities to three elements Fire , Earth, Lightening .

Trollan : good good good Troland is going to enter a prosperous era under my wise leadership and with the help of our old and new heroes , after his words the whole room applauded i'm not sure if they applaud for his success or how thick skinned he was maybe a bit of both i need to focus on my current predicament how to channel my so-called mana into that crystal orb .

A few minutes passed both me and Sudo were stuck in our place trying to channel our mana luckily the saintess awoke from whatever state she was in and began to give us instructions about what is mana and how should we channel it efficiently .

She said Mana was believed to be the energy which enabled the people of world to interact with a higher plane of existence using mana people are granted the permission to have supernatural powers, great strength and even the ability to do many feats that was considered impossible .

Mana also do exist in every living beings humans, elves,dwarfs, beastfolks and even the demons under that Demon king they all have it but the way they are utilizing it differs greatly but what you need to know is how to channel your mana so we can know the affinity of each one of you two .

First focus intently on yourself and who you truly are and discard any other thoughts you need to focus on sensing the weak connection between you and the world around you as mana is your gate and your guide on this world can you feel it if you can don't answer but stay focused and began to lead it towards the orb gentle don't do it hastily or you might get hurt or in worst case scenario you might be handicapped for the rest of your life find your mana pool as it will be your gate and guide to a new world .

Quite reassuring to know that i'm trying to do something that might make me a handicapped i tried to sense my mana and it took a few times to be able to since it more clearly and i kinda guessed the problem there was a problem with my mana pool it was so tiny that looked more like a few blue drops of liquid gathered together than an actual pool it was so tiny and i guessed that was the reason why i wasn't able to sense it or even use it like the others an ominous feeling came from my right which led me to lose focus luckily i was still trying to sense and to get to know where and how my mana pool looked like and wasn't trying to guide it towards my hands or else i would have been saying goodbye to my limbs .

I opened my eyes and saw that even Sudo now is considered faster than me his crystal was filled with purple aura then changed into a typhoon like it did with Hana so i guessed he has affinity to Wind and something else but i didn't need to keep guessing as the saintess was already announcing it a loud .

Hero Sudo you have affinities to two elements Dark and Wind .

Are you doing well Hero Ryuu need anymore instructions ? .

No, i'm good i just lost my focus when that ominous aura appeared i will try .

As i was beginning to try regain my focus the king was began talking in the same time already believing that watching the incompetent me trying to find out my affinity is a waste of time .

I paid the king no mind and was more focused on the crystal orb in front of me when i touched the orb this time a cold feeling entered my body and left as fast as it appeared and i cautiously stopped channeling my mana and opened my eyes and saw a Flame , Stone , A few wisps of air , Current , Light , Sparks then all began to mix together then an explosion happened luckily it was just the Orb being getting shattered and no damage befell me .

I heard the guards shouting protect the king and some even pointed their spears at me with the king asking Reince for explanation not ordering the guards to take their weapons back .

Reince : Hero Ryuu what did you see in the orb before its shattering ?! .

I saw a Flame , Stone , A few wisps of air , Current , Light , Sparks and all of them was starting to mix together then the Orb exploded .

The only audible sound was the sound of drinking cups falling down on floor .

The king was looking at me then at the wasted orb with an incredulous expression .

I looked at the saintess and her face was devoid of colors as if her stunned face was locked in time .

But there was someone who just won't stop looking and searching to find anything that he can use against me Nodie Yamada pushed his spear to the ground and it made a ~ding~ sound that wake all the people from their trance and said in a threatening tone : You are even more despicable than i thought you be, you are welling to lie just so you could safe your image .

The crowd : yeah how can his attributes be so weak yet he has this much elemental affinity .

the crowd began to back him up as they begin to question if i did something to the crystal orb that led it to explode

I don't know how to prove it to you all , i said nonchalantly while shrugging my shoulders as if their opinion doesn't worth that much to me anyway but i guessed that i have more than 4 affinities from their reactions and was waiting for Reince to confirm this .

All of you should shut up , Reince bring another Affinity Orb , at his order all the people in the castle ceased their nonsense .

Reince came back with another Orb and her normal complexion returned to what it was and again she asked me to channel my mana into the orb and i did the same thing that happened before happened again but this time no one doubted me and i even saw Nodie Yamada ashamed face and Hana was congratulating me while smiling from ear to ear .

(Telepathic Communication started) :

Trollan : how many elements does he have affinity for Reince ?! .

Reince : it is either 6 affinities or more we will need to use a one time use national treasure affinity orb to make sure your majesty should i go and get it .

Trollan : it isn't worth it the prince have already told me that he will get that in his place , he won't be of any use to us anyway .

Reince : But how we are going to convince him to get out of here .

Me sparring against this abomination its breath alone was sending shivers down my spine but can i really afford to back down right now maybe they are just testing my spirit i gathered every ounce of courage that i have and looked at the caged creature and told the prince : open it .

Grrrrroooooghhhhh that was the sound i heard before accepting that this wasn't any courage test this was a real life or death encounter and unfortunately i was on the losing side i closed my eyes and waited for my inevitable end as if someone was going to step in and stop this they would have done that from the start if they have such an intention but the death didn't came only a few huffs that forced me to open my eyes and saw Hana's shoulder being pierced by the monster talons then as if the whole scene was imaginary Hana and the creature disappeared and the scene changed the creature was still caged and Hana was beside me safe and sound i looked at the prince and told him i will give up my position as a hero .
