My Mage System (BL)

Chapter 742: *Organization is really not your strong point*

Elias then added, "We will hand you all the ore we have collected so far, whether from dungeon raids or the ones our allies have given us. I'm sorry to put this burden on you, but we need Caleb and our other forgers to help train everyone."

Connor then smiled before telling them, "No problem at all; leave this to me. At least I can still be useful and repay my debt like that."

Miguel then laughed and told him, "Trust me, if there is a debt to be settled, then we will be the ones in your debt."

As Derek and Connor were ready to negate this, Elias then said, "We are friends now, so do not worry over such matters. Fate has guided us to save you, and now we are the ones in need of your formidable ability."

Connor and Derek, after looking at each other, just nodded, and Miguel then said, smiling to them, "Connor, feel free to experiment and create more ores. Since you now have a few formulas to guide you, you might create an even more powerful ore than the ones we found by chance."

He then handed another magic bag to Connor, saying, before leaving with Elias, "These are large-sized divine-grade magic crystals; use them as you see fit. And don't hesitate if you need more of them."

A few seconds after they left, Connor and Derek widened their eyes as small golden portals then opened everywhere in the forging room.

Suddenly, a lot of magic bags fell on the floor, filling most of the space available. Connor could not help but take one in his hand and opened it to check what was inside. This one contained an ore that he didn't know, but the magic bag was full of this ore, there was 80kg of this ore inside this bag.

After checking a few bags, they found different ores in large quantities and a lot of weapons and armor that should have come from the dungeons or the towers, as the rewards from the towers mostly depended on the needs a fighter or a Mage had.

When Derek tried out one of the purple towers, he reached the eighth floor and gained a lot of experience, an increase of 1/3 of his chakra reserve, and golden runes appeared on his sword, which added an extra 300 points to all his stats thanks to the upgrade his sword had received.

Some Mages gained talisman papers filled with elements with which they didn't have an affinity, and others, the lucky ones, even gained an affinity with the light or darkness elements.

Overall, thanks to these towers, the strength of everyone who tried them increased considerably.

As for Connor, he preferred to stay in his forging room and prepare the weapons needed for the upcoming war.

He had already crafted a lot of weapons of all kinds, and many Warrior Spirits came in person to ask him to craft a weapon for them. When they came, they always brought with them the necessary ore and items he needed, so he only needed about 10 minutes to craft these weapons.

Connor gained a lot of fame thanks to his ability, and even some Gods had begun to seek his help to craft better weapons for them. Each time, he felt a huge pressure as he was afraid they wouldn't be satisfied with the weapons he crafted for them, but as time passed, he finally regained confidence in himself, which pleased Derek a lot.

Derek suddenly asked him, "What should we do? We need to sort everything out so that it will be more convenient for you when you craft weapons. But there are a lot of magic bags this time, so it would take some time before we can do it."

Connor then asked him, his eyes sparkling with excitement, "Can you handle this for me, or ask someone to help you with this task? I want to start right away with the weapons Elias and Miguel asked me to craft. I already have the necessary ores and magic crystals I need to craft them."

Derek nodded and said, as he had already guessed that Connor would try to avoid sorting all these ores, weapons, and armor, "Anyway, the result will be better if I sort them out for you; organization is really not your strong point, my love."

"Indeed!" laughed Connor heartily, "So I will let you take care of this for me then. Let's start!"

Connor then went to a table and placed the formulas for the Damantium and the Tullium on it. He then went to pick up the necessary ores and the Divine-grade magic crystals he needed to craft the weapons with the Tullium ore, placing them on the other side of the table.

First, he needed to craft high-grade Damantium; otherwise, he couldn't craft the Tullium. So, he took a large cauldron and started melting the Divine-grade magic crystals inside it. Then, he added the high-grade Verarium. Once he mixed both of them together, he added the Trinium, which came mostly from the rewards Kevin's system gave out. After fusing it with the rest, he added the high-grade Acrium to the cauldron.

Once everything was finished, he solidified it. The color of this ore looked like the sacred fire energy of Willow, but the orange was darker, and instead of golden glitters, it had entire golden veins.

It took Connor 20 minutes just to craft 10 kg of high-grade Damantium. However, he was quite happy with this result, as he didn't feel tired after making this new ore.

He still chose to rest for 10 minutes and drank a remedy for mental fatigue before starting to try making the Tullium.

The quantity of high-grade Acrium and Divine-grade magic crystals it required was quite high, so it wouldn't be so easy to do it.

As he was resting, Connor tried out this new ore and was stunned to find that the high-grade Damantium was on par with high-grade Acrium.
