NOVEL WEB Chapter 9: Regeneration

well time pass so fast and it time for my regeneration it was like just yesterday I travel through time and space and came here.
with that I started to think about my plans before my regeneration start I wanted to regenerate in to child again to start my plan, I need to make a memory palace device so when I start to activate my plan everything
would go good. I need to upload all the known time lord technology we have to my palace so when I regenerate and my will change I will have all the information I need.
I also need to prepare my own T.A.R.D.I.S and all the Material I would need for my adventure before regenerating. and when I get everything ready I will have to lock the T.A.R.D.I.S in a time point node.
with the chameleon circuit on I need to install some invisibility cloak device and DNA Scanner that can reach the time point in the future because I want to make it only come out when my new self finish at the academy.
when I finish taking care of all of those I need to delete any trace that would lead to me because I want to leave this place before the time war start I don`t want to be lock in the space-time quantum lock.
that the doctor make to stop the time war, I need to leave this place soon. and before that I need to get some anti-detection and anti-radar, I don`t if anyone would setup any device to prevent anyone from escaping.
and with that I started my plans I used my elders authority to order the T.A.R.D.I.S manufacturer workshop laboratory to send the latest version of the T.A.R.D.I.S to one of my safe house.
