"!?" Yuna gasped in shock as she stared in disbelief to see one of her comrades she trusted the most would suddenly backstab their light and hope.

No matter what got into Amy, she couldn't let this fiend harm Goddess Ely! She warped instantly and unleashed her heavy punch. "Dark Agent Amy, have you lost your mind?!"

Yuna's punch crashed against Amy's wine-colored barrier, leaving only some cracks.

"Keke, you're destined to die." Amy chuckled with an expressionless gaze, but tears rolled down her cheek. A hint of regret radiated from her eyes, but it was overwritten by a heinous demon-like expression right away.

By possessing a 16th Rank heavenly agent's body, although only temporarily and could only last a few seconds, she managed to injure the most vital variable of the Heavenly Alliance, namely the Supreme Goddess of Mysterious Origin, by a stroke of luck during the best opportunity to strike right after the Mother of Nirvana's ultimate dark beam of nihility weakened the Supreme Goddess.

"Argh!" The Lord Vile Spirit shrieked in agony as she got blown away. She got shaken inside out as that seemingly simple slap put her soul in a mess.

Several heavenly agents moved swiftly to annihilate the evil spirit into smithereens, killing it repeatedly without any mercy, leaving nothing behind.

"My, I- milady, it's..." Amy regained control over her body, but that doesn't change the fact that she tried to harm the Goddess she swore to protect and serve during this Nirvana Great War.

The cursed sword was still in her hand as guilt, shame, and self-blame filled her mind and heart. She trembled, paled, and was too frightened to reason it. As one of the highest rank heavenly agents, she got possessed by a cursed creature, and she even tried to harm Goddess Ely! She could only wash this shame with her death!

With that as the only thing that crossed her chaotic mind, Amy aimed the cursed sword at her heart. "Let me pay my sin with my death."

"You fool!" Elysia smacked the cursed sword away, sending it flying to the ground below.

She stared at Amy like a strict superior as she pointed her finger at the deadly battlefield in the distance. "Will your death end the Nirvana Great War? Also, do you think such a lame attack will injure me? During He-Dao's absence, you are my subject. I won't let you die a foolish death. If you still have some strength, use it to exterminate more Nirvana Abyssal Demons. Tire yourself to death on the battlefield and wash away your shame!"

Amy meekly nodded since she had nothing to say.

At the moment, Goddess Ely was the one who held absolute command, and they should be ready to die for Goddess Ely, ensuring they would win the Nirvana Great War.

Her death would resolve nothing, and it was just a cowardly escape to avoid blame, responsibility, and guilt. "..." Yuna wanted to say something, but she decided to let it be. Amy was too embarrassed to face anyone at the moment, and surely, Amy had to accomplish something on the frontline to wash away the shame.

"The battle on the other side should be resolved in a moment. The heavenly army's full force will join us in the mass purge in two hours." Elysia checked the situation in the Heavenly Realm.

The battle on the other side most likely would be over in an hour or two because no more corrupted creatures managed to cross the Nirvana Barrier. The heavenly armies and alliances eradicated the escaped corrupted creatures at a rapid rate, and the situation in the lower realms would soon follow, cleansing all the escaped corrupted creatures.

"Understood." Yuna bowed slightly. She turned around and beckoned to the other heavenly agents to return to their position in the formation.

They should feel ashamed as well because they were frozen in fear when the Nirvana Abyssal Demon God unleashed the dark beam of nihility. They did nothing to protect Goddess Ely at that moment.

The heavenly agents present as Goddess Ely's protector were currently only half of their peak power because the other half had to handle the situation on the other side, eradicating all corrupted creatures in the Heavenly Realm and other layers of heaven. He already lost far too many comrades in battle. At least six hundred brave warriors of the Sacred Sakura's allied forces had already fallen victim to the destruction inflicted by the godlike monsters of corruption. That was just for the battle in the Terra World, and the number was obviously much greater if the other two worlds were included.
