(Rokvel's POV)

We are all home rightnow.

I am playing with ice cristal that I made with water magic, lying on the carpet.

I have started becoming more mean to my parents, even though I don't want to.

It's because of this uneasy situation. I have enough of this place, I want to go somwhere else than to the training ground and back to this small hause. I am in this whole new world already six years and saw no more than a few hauses and the desert.

I'm sure there is so many interesting places and peoples out there somwhere, and here I am, sitting here, waiting 6 damned years no one know fo what.

I am not a baby anymore, I don't need any care from my parents, I can manage on my own!

This is a whole new world! I don't plan to spend my youth here.

I'm just waisting my time here and bringing hate on my family. I would make everyone big favor if I just go away. They may be sad or maybe even heartbroken that their child had abonded them, but it will be benefical for them.

Anyway, even if I would do it, where do I go?

There is only desert where an eye can reach. I don't have a map or compas. I would probably starve to death after a few days or be eaten by a monsters.

There is no other way than to wait until I turn 14.

And that's a lot of free time...

"KNOCK KNOCK"

A sudden knock to the door.

It's something that became very rare in our hause, I wonder who is it.

- I will open the door.

I said and go to the door.

When I oppened them, the figure of a tall woman standed before my eyes.

- Hey, long time no see!

The women said friendly. I think she didn't noticed me here below. She looks familiar to me.

- Laura?

My father said with surprised expression and standed up from the chair. My mom is covering her face in shock.

Just a moment later my mother threw herself into her arms and my father also join the hug.

- We missed you so much Laura! How have you been?

- I missed you too guys! I have been good, but I need you to help me with something really quick and then we can talk.

- Yeah sure, what do you need?

-Well, somone got here with me, but the guards don't want to let them in. Can you tell them that they are okay?

The expression of my parents darkened a bit.

- Something is wrong?

Laura said in a worry.

- We can try.

My father said and go outside. I don't think our opinion will help to solve this problem, it may even do more worse than good.

I will go too, I'm curious, who she came here with.

When we got to the entrance of our village, two guards are blocking the way of a tall man with green hair, pale skin and muscular body.

And a little girl, no older than me, with the same color of hair and a lot more healthy skin collor, they both have a big red gemstone on their forhead.

- Superds? Who are they, Laura?

- Well..hehe, this is kind an acward. This is my husband, Kinwel and my daughter, Minerva.

She said with a smile and take the child on her arms. Well, I think it's nothing weird. She is probably in the age of my parents, but my father seems really nervous, and my mother is visibly scared, but I don't know why.

Now I noticed that the girl has a tail, unlike her father and mother, kinda weird.

My father called them "Superds". I think I heard that name from locals a couple years ago. Weren't they some murderer's tribe? It would explain the uneasy in the air.

- Daugter!? EH, I mean, congrats..and nice to meet you, Kimel right?

- It's Kinwel, nice to finally see you, Roxen.

He said and held out his hand towards my father.

- Oh, sorry Kinwel, it's a pleasure.

And they shake their hands.

I feel ingnored in this meeting. Sure, I'm only a kid, but they didn't even looked at me! This peroson right there saw me beeing birth! And now she didn't even say hello...sad.

Suddenly my father noticed my presence, walked past me and grabbed my shoulders from behind.

- This is our son, Rokvel. He grow quite nice since the last time, aren't he, Laura?

- Auhhhh, he is this big already? I remembered him as a little baby. Time surelly flies fast.

- Nice to meet you, Mrs Laura.

- The pleasure is all mine, sweetheart.

She said with a bright smile, she looks on a really kind person, unlike her husband. Opposites really attract eachother.

- Now that I think of it, you two must be in the similar age, how old are you, Rokvel?

- Well, I'm 6 years old.

- I'm four.

Said the little girl on her moms arms. I know that's rude to say to a woman, but she looks older than she is. But the behaviour is normal for a 4 year old, I think.

- Nice to met you too, Minerva.

- Um.

She said and looked away. Rating by other kids reactions, this is very warm welcome.

- Can you let them enter?

My father asked the guard. Oh men, I feel this isn't going to be that easy.

- You have to be joking Roxen. There's no way I will let a Superd enter our village. This is not Ruijerd, we don't know him.

- Come on, this is diffrent. He is Laura's husband, you know her.

- Yeh and what? I'm not Laura. If she wan't to live with him under the same roof, go ahead, but not here. She and the kid can enter, but he is out.

- I trust her. She wouldn't bring him with her if he would be a problem.

- Roxen, I will not place the safety of my family on your trust. You might be safe, but it didn't refers to us all.

The guard then glanced at me on a second with a stern face. I think I know what's in his mind. And it's true. I will protect my family, but it doesn't mean I will not protect them.

But he doesn't think the same way as me.

I think it's my time to take action.

- I will take the responsibility for him.

-
