Mushoku tensei: failed reincarnation

3rd pov 

 Well, celebrating my birthday will be different to me since it finally allowed me to get out of home. Well, I will stay in the garden of the house but still it's a step forward. (Rudeus thought) 

After the dinner just finished and before mom and dad go researching for new ways to get me siblings I asked them to leave the house which caused mom to cry and dad saying I'm 11 years early.

After some moments of realisation of what they understand I had to clarify myself. (And what about being able to leave home at 12, that Paul and his careless talking).

"Mommy, daddy, what I meant to play in the garden and enjoy the place. Why are you crying Mommy? Are you hurt?" (I still cringe from the over acting I do but still I feel less awkward than the usual with it, am I turning really into an over smart toddler). Rudeus thought

"Oh that's what you meant." Said Paul while scratching the back of his head. (I thought for a moment he was going to leave the house like we did). Paul thinked

"No, my dear I'm fine I just had a bad thought." Said Zenith while trying to dry her tears and hid them from her child.

(Well I have to really train on my grammar and words in this language. I feel one day I will provoke fights with my bad sentence structure). Rudeus thought 

"Mommy, daddy, may I play outside? Please!" Said the devil in disguise of a too cute toddler with puppy eyes.

"I can't ever say. No, to you. Rudi!"said mom to me. 

"To me... I also agree, of course." (I felt dad was going to say something will put me and him in trouble but mom glare saved us or maybe just me). Rudeus thought.

"Young master, remember to return the house before the downfall. At this time of year the nights are cold." Said Lilla as usual, the only reasonable person in the house.

"Okay, Ms Lilla!" Rudeus said before leaving the house.

Wow I never imagined that I would finally leave the house even though it's only the garden but it's a big advancement.

Well we have to garden one to the house front and one to the house garden. The one in the front has trees mom raises with love and dad favourite and only horse caravaggio. The back mom raises some vegetables and flowers like the front but without trees. The back is more like a field with some vegetables and flowers planted on the sides and the front even though it's wider but too many things put make it feel less spacious.

I went to the back garden. I want to try my spells and new ones too. First I tried a water ball and left it to fall then looked back to see if there was anyone watching me and found none. 

Okay, time to go all out 'water wall' 'water arrow' 'stone bullet' after I finished the three spells all that I did was make some water on the garden and a Throwable stone at the size of my finger. As usual after summoning water I look at the water to get used to the new body of mine. I look like Paul but with dirty blonde hair. (Pretty handsome if you asked me but I wish in this world no one would call this colour dirty, if it doesn't have a name in this world I will call it light brown blonde).

Okay enough playing around let's focus. "Let's the great protection of fire be on place who seekest I call the bold heat of torch right here and now.『Fireball』"when I finished as usual with every new spell I feel the tingling sensation on my liver to my right arm then the new spell appears on my hand this time it's a very small fire on size of a basketball. I dropped the fire spell on the water I summoned before since I can't figure out yet how to dispates the spells or how to throw it.

Okay now chantless one. 'Fireball' and a new fireball in my hand and I dropped it as usual in the water on the ground. And done. That's enough for now with fire. The first thing is to get accustomed to using my 4 limbs. First summon 4 water balls from all of my limbs then drop them finally to finish the day I summoned an ice sword and training coping Paul the easy stances he does. Till the sun started to drop from the horizon. So, I entered the house. (For some reason the training Paul does increases muscles faster than how it is supposed to be normally but still I train both my arms and my to sides equally to avoid have a stronger side than the other).

If anything, the training I did helped me a lot in digesting some of the meat I ate. Which, was a little bit heavy for my too young body. I entered the room, went to the bathroom, finished my business to find mom taking me back inside to wash and bathe me. My privacy is 0 in this house even though they know I have consciousness they still don't skip some parts and even asking won't help even with help of 'mommy' or 'please' won't make a difference they never let me bathe alone. 😔 

After that mom hugged me tightly. Then, she put me to my bed. (First day out of the crib). After that, it was 5 minutes. (Just to make sure I don't get caught using magic). As usual I cleared my mana reserves by double hands with overcharged X-Healing on my chest to heal my lungs. After 21 minutes I started to feel sleepy and 20 seconds later I felt asleep.

The next day as usual I woke up early and for the first time in a while I got out of bed and went to the kitchen for breakfast to find only Lilla at home. (So no conversations today).

After breakfast I thanked Lilla and went to the study on the second floor to reach the books. Now this is a tricky situation. I want to take the magic book with me. So, I can read it. And at the same time I don't want dad to think I'm dropping the sword. At the same time I think my mana increase is a waste to stop doing it and if I don't find new ways in wasting mana I won't be able to finish it all in one day.

I found the perfect solution. I picked the biggest book of them "travelling around the world" and put the magic book inside it. And went out but before going down. My conscience burnt me alive so I returned the books and just took the three swordsmen book since I wanted to ask about north god more. (Especially because of his gravity magic). And also I want to gather more information about labyrinths. (Even though in this book he don't use it).

I went down the house with the book in my hand and went to the garden to find dad stimulating a very intense fight going all out from attacking to defending and counter attack and finally doing strange movements to close distances and increasing his attack power. After that, he finished the training with a very fast screeching voice of sword almost silent. (Really cool). Until I realised he touched a branch of my mother's favourite tree. Oops, I will miss you dad. I hope you outlive this.

Needless to say mom showed a very fake scary smile to dad and scolded him for hours. I used this time in summoning stone bullets and trying to throw them or reshape them which proved impossible to me.

When mom finished scolding dad and took promise from him never breaking branches again as they turned around and dad was putting his sword on sheath a very fast stone bullet destroyed another branch of mom's favourite tree. Needless to say a punishment had been put on dad.

(I swear it wasn't intentional I tried to reshape the stone spell after summoning it then after finished the spell I tried to reshape with mana it never worked, So I used the old saying if you can do it normal push your way through and it was bad idea I figured at the same time how to shoot my spells and since I overpowered the spell it's speed it was scary experience). I just hope it doesn't hit anyone in the way. Because if it did I'm sure this 'll be my first kill in this world. (Well dad I promised you revenge for the millis religion lessons mom gives me because of your stupid advice, I will have to clarify things between mom and me next time if she opens this conversation again).

Now for the important stuff this last spell talks about 0.5% of my mana which was tripled from yesterday I would say at least it's triple of X-Healing mana for 3 minutes that's scary.

After going to dad. And asking him to read the book with me his spirit returned again when he saw it's the 'three swordsmen and the labyrinth' book. After asking him about north god he scowled then why I'm clarified I wanted to know how strong the man himself and how he combined gravity magic with swordsmanship. He smiled then told me what he knows about him. Apparently he uses a special great sword that can use gravity magic which with it he can fly, attract and push things away. (Like a small planet?) And even crash and make people around him fly with him. Also told me the sword increases the power of the user other than gravity magic.

Okay now what I know about this north god first thing he is the strongest one in north god style which is the style dad hates but he idolises the man himself. Apparently his first appearance is in the three swordsmen book. And his last one is killing a cruel king in the conflict zone forty years ago. (And this king is apparently was a pedophile and has killed many men and children women under his cruel rule. For the country he was cruel king destroying the country that the moment he died and The paper that proves he is guilty destroyed the kingdom and to make the matter worse his prime minster was selling the kingdom to the Asura Kingdom making the country is almost a vassal country but when north god killed him he delayed the country destruction).

His journey contains beating the strongest labyrinth at the time then he was one of the 7 heroes of sealing satan of this world Laplace also he was one of two who survived fighting him. (The other one Perigruies guy who is said to be too strong and some people semi worship him). After that, he fought and beat his strongest general the immortal demon king Atofereate and married her after that. (How is she a demon king if she is a woman wasn't she supposed to be a demon queen).

Whatever after that he cleared many unbeatable labyrinths after that he died fighting the calamity dragon king kajaout in the dragon king kingdom. And the next north god started his journey by killing the king dragon kajaout then killed another calamity in Berrigriet continent creating many good labyrinths and the city of lapan he also solved many unbeatable labyrinths and he is the one who killed the gardenia king and prime minister in conflict zone.

Something I don't understand is that the first one was fighting before the date of this world. (K 408 this year). And died in the year K 65 after the fight so he was fighting in his 80 at least? And the other north god he appeared in the year k70 started by killing the dragon king kajaout. And his last appearance was 40 years ago. Are all of this family immortal? Is that the reason his father was the only Survivor other than the hero Perigruies?

Okay ignoring this crazy family from dad's story the second north god is the one who was using gravity magic with swordsmanship. And his weapon is kajaout was the way. (Did he avenge his father by turning his killer into a weapon?) And the sword uses mana to control gravity like a small planet and without using mana increases power of the user by 100X (that's absurd how strong was this dragon alive to do this much damage as sword?) Well I will try to control my mana like gravity magic when I'm alone in my room. 

And also dad sword is one of labyrinth swords which have a special ability that the weight you attack will go with the attack? I don't understand anything he can explain again? Still dont get it, I want a detailed explanation with a theoretical explanation.

(Okay I understood how to use it after an hour of dad explaining to me). It works as a catalyst to the weight you use on the attack is the more damage it inflicts on the enemy which with dad combining SGS and NGS together he makes the most of this advantage. (He says he hates the style but apparently it's his strongest school and he also triple advanced in all of this world sword schools {amazing}). Apparently I said the last word with a high voice not just in my mind. Because dad after I said it he had a very big smug on his face.

And dad promised me when I'm older he will take me with him to clear a labyrinth together. (Irresponsible, but cool I want to try it, but will he mind if I joined as a healer or mage I'm very strong in this schools compared to my swordsmanship). Don't blame me I'm not dropping it. yet, I'm barely 1 year old and my muscles are still really weak but my magic is scary.

Okay, I compensated dad for making him the blame of destroying mom's favourite tree. (twice). And got his spirits back. Also got an idea of how to use gravity magic and well try it every possible chance since also today I figured how to reshape spells by feeding spell mana while summoning it and imagine the shape. And my limit now is to change it by a little bit, nothing too crazy. Like how I overcharged the stone that destroyed mom's favourite tree branch. And if I closed the spell I can't reshape it anymore. The mana added will be added to the speed of the attack not the spell itself. (Note to self my magic problem almost solved).

Also after some thinking maybe after finishing all beginner level spells I will hold back until I hit the bottleneck. Dad didn't take the idea nicely that I become his support. He hopes I become a better version of him, not weaker than him.

(Proud father type ok). I will do my best to impress you. I also asked him. Today to train me in swordsmanship he laughed. Then said this will have to wait 4 years. What a bummer. I really wanted to do that move that moves faster than Usain bolt.

When dad realised my pout he sighed then smiled and said this. "Okay Rudi I will start training you in fitness. When you are able to run normally. After that I will train you in the basic level of sword god style and water god style." Dad said with smile

"Thank you Daddy. Be ready, because I will beat you soon." Well I thanked him out of true gratitude and the last sentence so he won't take it easy on me or staging himself by standing by. I said it all with smile.

Dad smiled a very happy smile then ruffled my head and as usual this move made the watching women even happier. (Don't the women of this village have anything better to do than watching dad?). My question never got answered but the real question is where is their husbands or fathers or even older brothers. (If they don't respect all what I said it's impossible to respect the younger brothers right?)

In the house

And after that I had dinner with the family. Which mom and Lilla prepared together. Lilla in this house is more like a nanay to them than me. Today also I discovered mom knows magic too. (Don't get your hopes high only to beginner level in water and fire magic).

I went to sleep in my bedroom. And tried to discover the gravity magic. For I think an hour at least. But, I failed miserably. I can't grasp it yet. Well not today I guess. I wasted too much time today on nonsense. And didn't gain anything at last. Maybe, I have to gather more information about it. Or maybe, tomorrow I will try my information about physics. As usual the double X-Healing to my chest. As always I overcharge them. to have any effect on my left lung and after 30 minutes I finally felt sleepy. And said goodnight to the day.
