What had Red A, as Emiya Shirou, experienced in the past? What choices had he made during that Holy Grail War?

Li Mo had no way of knowing. The only thing he knew was that, in the three routes of the game, Emiya Shirou would never walk the same path as Red A. In other words, none of the three versions of Emiya Shirou were Red A's past.

If Li Mo had more energy, he would have loved to explore the secrets hidden within. Wouldn't it be great to casually discuss these things back in the main world?

As Li Mo stepped out of the dojo, he heard Koyanskaya's voice. The beautiful girl immediately pressed her body against his.

—Her voluptuous figure provided a pleasant sensation, but Li Mo, devoid of emotion, gently pushed Koyanskaya away. "Rider bullied you? Really? Also, stop trying to take advantage of the situation."

"Master, I'm your Servant!"

"Too clingy. Please act like the mature woman you are, my dear Koyanskaya-san."

The exchange between Master and Servant ended quickly. Next, they needed to discuss their upcoming target with the other Masters.

—Berserker.

Everyone returned to the living room. Even Matou Shinji, who wasn't a participant in this Holy Grail War, sat quietly among them.

The one explaining the situation was, of course, Li Mo.

In this Holy Grail War, there were two major challenges to address.

One of them was the Berserker summoned in this war—Heracles.

He was a great hero in Greek mythology, arguably the greatest hero of all.

Dealing with Berserker would be troublesome. His formidable stats, his twelve lives, and Illya herself, who was one of the top magi in Fuyuki, capable of directly connecting with the land.

"So, when facing the Berserker duo, I suggest we avoid direct confrontation and use strategy instead," Li Mo said.

The others saw Li Mo as someone with Clairvoyance. They might not fully understand the concept of high-level *Clairvoyance*, but Tohsaka Rin and the others knew one thing:

For example, in the game, one of the bad endings occurred because Illya's affection level wasn't high enough. In the *Heaven's Feel* route, Illya even briefly reversed *All the World's Evils* and used the Third Magic to save Emiya Shirou.

So, the solution was simple.

"Just have Emiya Shirou raise Illya's affection level. After all, Shirou is her brother."

"Huh?" Tohsaka Rin was stunned. She looked at Emiya Shirou and asked, "You have a sister?"

"I don't know. Kiritsugu never mentioned it."

Emiya Shirou's biological parents had died in the fire ten years ago. He knew for sure he had no siblings by blood, so the only possibility was on his adoptive father's side, Emiya Kiritsugu.

He knew nothing about Kiritsugu's past. He only knew that Kiritsugu had once pursued justice and was a magus.

And then?

It seemed there wasn't much useful information.

He had only recently learned that Kiritsugu had participated in the previous Holy Grail War...

"Li-kun, what kind of person was Kiritsugu?"

"A fool," Li Mo gave his assessment. "A man both hateful and pitiful. How should I put it? Ten years ago, his goal in the Holy Grail War was to save all of humanity. Then his wife, your adoptive mother, died. In the end, the Greater Grail was corrupted, and his wish was doomed to fail. So, he used a Command Spell to order Saber to destroy the Greater Grail."

Li Mo glanced at Artoria.

The expression on her face when Kiritsugu used a Command Spell to order her to destroy the Greater Grail at the end of the Fourth Holy Grail War was something Li Mo would never forget—it was too twisted.

Artoria paused her eating. Although it wasn't mealtime, she was still snacking, having switched from meals to snacks.

She didn't show any strange expression. It seemed she didn't mind.

—Li Mo remembered that *Fate/Zero* was a parallel world to *Fate/stay night*. There were some contradictions between the two, but this world definitely had a Fourth Holy Grail War.

"Then, that Illya, from the Einzbern family?" Emiya Shirou asked.

"Your adoptive mother was from the Einzbern family. Emiya Kiritsugu was the Einzberns' son-in-law. But after the Fourth Holy Grail War ended, the Einzberns forbade Kiritsugu from entering their castle in Germany.

"Koyanskaya-san and I will go meet Lancer."

Li Mo had a plan in mind.

Lancer was originally a Servant that Kotomine Kirei had taken from someone else. So, if Li Mo took control of Lancer from Kirei, Cu Chulainn probably wouldn't mind, right? He was much more carefree than his predecessor, Diarmuid.

Once the plan was laid out, it needed to be executed. A perfect plan would still fail if the execution was lacking. Action was always harder than words.

Li Mo could strictly follow his plan and adapt with backup plans if things went wrong.

The other team, however, wasn't as reliable.

Li Mo had discussed many things with Emiya Shirou. Illya was a potential ally, and she herself was the Lesser Grail, a strategic asset.

He didn't want the Lesser Grail to fall into Gilgamesh's hands.

"Emiya-san, Illya is very important. Your choices will determine whether she survives. She is the Lesser Grail prepared by the Einzbern family for this war. If the Greater Grail is to be summoned, she will inevitably die."
