Chapter 235: Dragon-Type Eevee~ Dragevee

— — — — — —

In the Consciousness Space—

Thud, thud, thud!

A massive dragon emerged from a space portal, its presence instantly drawing the attention of everyone in the Renzos crew.

As the dragon's massive head and body came into view, everyone's eyes lit up.

Pirate Renzo couldn't hold back his excitement—he rushed forward, arms wide. "Rorororo! You did it, Python! You actually pulled it off! That form—damn, it looks badass!"

He quickly initiated memory sharing and nearly burst out laughing, grinning ear to ear. "Hohoho! Jackpot! This physique, this defensive potential—it's a goldmine!"

"Hey! Don't hog it!" The rest of the crew swarmed in, all eager to share the dragon's experience.

The dragon just stood there calmly, letting everyone sync with it. A proud smile stretched across its face.

It finally felt like it had joined the ranks of the big shots.

After syncing up and digesting some of the dragon's memories, Hermione chimed in: "Looks like my theory worked! Besides the ice powers, you picked up some fire dragon abilities too, didn't you?"

"Yeah," Python, the dragon, nodded. "But the fire part got seriously suppressed. The power's a lot weaker than I hoped. Honestly, the fire dragon genes in your world are super degraded. Even after your purification, they still don't come close to the purified ice dragon bloodline."

"I figured as much." Hermione nodded without the slightest surprise. "Compared to you, the Hungarian Horntail I used for testing had much better fire affinity. But its ice power can't hold a candle to yours."

"That Hungarian Horntail leaned more towards balance between ice and fire. Makes sense—it started off as a fire dragon anyway."

To avoid killing the poor thing, Hermione had deliberately diluted the ice dragon blood when using it.

"This strength is more than enough for now." The dragon sounded genuinely satisfied. Also, call me Zython from now on."

Fairy Tail Renzo rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "Hoho! Now we're talking. My Ice Dragon Slayer Magic is finally complete! Good job Py... uh Zython."

"I didn't expect that after evolving into an Ice dragon, you'd actually inherit the full ancient magic from the bloodline itself. That's way more complete than what I managed to piece together from the dragon crystal."

As for Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic, he'd already traded for it from Laxus. The cost? A few of his original spells reworked into magic using lightning-type Pokémon moves and jutsu:

Lightning Style: Kirin

Thunderbolt

Volt Tackle

Magnet Rise...and so on.

Pretty fair trade, really. Laxus was more interested in the creative applications of those techniques than anything else.

With the complete ice dragon magic now at his disposal, Renzo was already brainstorming how to restructure it into Ice Dragon Slayer Magic. And thanks to the dragon energy within him, learning Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic would be a natural progression too.

Zython grinned, baring its fangs. "Well, you better finish that ice magic soon! But for now, I need to master my human form next!"

"Hermione! I'm counting on you!"

He turned to Hermione with a hopeful look.

"No problem!" She gave a confident nod. "Once I finish developing the Animagus: Dragon Form back home, and with all the experience I gained from Eevee's shapeshifting, it shouldn't take long. Just leave it to me!"

With that, she left immediately. She couldn't wait to get started.

"I'm off too! Dragon Eevee form, here I come! Hohoho!" Eevee said gleefully, dashing off without another word.

"Yeah, yeah, let's all get back to work," the rest of the group muttered as they scattered.

Zython also left to get used to its new body and powers.

Eevee, perched on Cynthia's shoulder, suddenly opened its eyes. "Cynthia! Hold up—I'm gonna attempt my Dragon Spirit evolution!"

"Eh? So soon?" Cynthia blinked in surprise. "I thought you needed more time to prepare?"

"No need for that anymore—heh heh!" Eevee grinned cheekily.

"Do we need to head back to Sinnoh?"

"Nah, just that open field ahead. Big grassy patch. There's no one around, perfect spot."

Cynthia didn't question it. Together, they headed to a field slightly off the main road. A clear river ran nearby.

No humans in sight—though a few wild Pokémon were around.

Eevee didn't care. It leapt down from Cynthia's shoulder and landed in the grass.

Closing its eyes, it began drawing out the powerful dragon energy it had absorbed over time, fusing it with the essence of Dragon-type Pokémon powers it had gathered.

Wooooom...!

A glowing white aura flared to life, completely enveloping Eevee as it began to evolve.

Inside the light, Eevee's body began to shift dramatically.

Seconds later, the glow faded.

Standing in its place was a majestic new form—sleek, powerful, and awe-inspiring.

It had dragon whiskers, horns, a scaled tail, fierce dragon eyes, and a strong, muscular body. Its back was adorned with shimmering cyan-and-green fins that gave off a mystical glow.

You could still faintly see the shadow of its original Eevee shape, but this version carried an aura of nobility and raw power.

It wasn't just an evolution. It was a full-blown awakening.

The Dragevee had arrived.

And it had grown—a lot. It now stood a full meter tall, and from nose to tail (not counting the tail), it was nearly two meters long.

This was by far the biggest of Eevee's evolved forms yet.

A subtle but undeniable dragon aura flowed from its body, so intense that all the nearby Pokémon instinctively bowed low to the ground, frozen in fear.

"Eevee…?"

Cynthia stared in disbelief at the new dragon-like creature.

This evolution was way more dramatic than she had expected.

"Hehe, yup! It's me!" Eevee said proudly, trotting over and nudging Cynthia's face playfully. "Pretty cool, right? This form's awesome, huh?"

"It's not just cool—it's regal! Even the wild Pokémon around us are scared stiff," Cynthia said with a laugh as she jumped and hugged Eevee's head, gently stroking its horns and whiskers with curiosity.

Fwsh! Fwsh!

Just then, Garchomp and Dragonair popped out of their Poké Balls, eyes wide with surprise as they looked at Eevee's new form.

Garchomp: "Shar? (Eevee... boss?)"

Dragonair: "Mii! Mii... mii! (That dragon aura is terrifying! But it's also really different from what I know—more... commanding. What even is this?)"

"Humph! Of course it's different—I'm the Dragon King now!" Eevee declared smugly.

After all, this evolution was fueled by pure dragon blood. It wasn't some native Dragon-type transformation—it was something far stronger and more refined.

---

Meanwhile, in a hidden dimension of the Pokémon world, deep within the forest where the Tree of Life stood tall—

A pink, cat-like Pokémon suddenly raised its head and tilted it to the east, its expression curious.

"Mew?"

---

At the same time, over in the Sinnoh region, Dialga and Palkia—masters of time and space—felt the surge as well. Both looked toward the direction of the anomaly.

"What is that...? Such a strange dragon-type power."

"Is it that little Eevee again? What's it done this time?"

"A new evolution? And it's Dragon-type?"

As beings who governed the flow of time and the fabric of space, the duo quickly detected the uniqueness of Eevee's new form. Their curiosity was instantly piqued.

"Wanna go take a look?" Palkia said casually to Dialga.

For once, the two weren't fighting the moment they met.

"Sure," Dialga nodded.

Without hesitation, Palkia opened a spatial rift, and the two dragons stepped through—arriving directly in front of Eevee and Cynthia.

— — —

"Ehhhhh?!"

Both Cynthia and Eevee were stunned to see the legendary pair suddenly materialize.

"Palkia? Dialga? What are you two doing here?" Eevee asked, caught off guard.

"That's what we should be asking," Palkia said, smiling with intrigue. "That form of yours—it's definitely Dragon-type, but it feels... different. Stronger. Purer. There's a kind of evolved strength to it."

Dialga nodded. "Indeed. That kind of dragon energy... it might even help us enhance our own Dragon powers. Would you be willing to share a portion of it with us? In return, we'll give you some of the Origin Power of Time and Space."

He turned to Palkia. "What do you think?"

The Origin Power of Time and Space could only be produced if both gods worked together. Neither could create it alone.

"No objections here," Palkia said with a grin.

"Then it's a deal!" Eevee beamed.

This was the definition of a win-win! Especially for Eevee.

Just a bit of Dragon energy? No problem.

The real prize here was that Time-Space Origin Power!

Without hesitation, Eevee split off two streams of pure dragon energy and floated them with psychic power over to the two gods.

Palkia and Dialga each wrapped the energy with their respective power and absorbed it, preparing to analyze and integrate it later.

In exchange, the two dragons combined their might and forged a fist-sized sphere of glowing power—raw Origin energy of Time and Space.

They gently floated it over to Eevee.

"Take it," Palkia said warmly. "Use it well. If you ever figure out how to master Time or Space... well, we'll be waiting to see what you do next."

With that, Palkia opened another portal, and the two vanished as quickly as they had appeared.
