"Women can't become Dream Weavers."

Words flowed seamlessly from my lips. Kiryuin's face turned frosty with anger.

How beautiful she was.

"You're joking with me, right?" Her question seemed like more of a demand and I couldn't help but smile.

"I have no reason to lie," I replied before shoving her to the side lightly and laying down on my bed, acting tired.

We just went through a Dream Dungeon so it was reasonable for me to rest.

To be honest, I had to change my words or I would've had to hide Nagumo from Kiryuin. It would've been quite the mistake but at least I caught it beforehand.

I wanted to tell Kiryuin that normal humans without potential can't be awakened as Dream Weavers unless she had sex with me.

I could definitely make up a reason. The whole thing was a hoax in the first place.

My words were the law.

But that would create a problem if Kiryuin discovered Nagumo.

First, I'd rather her not think I had sex with Nagumo as well.

Second, she'd realise I deceived her. At that point, there would be too little room for lying.

Since our relationship was peaceful I wanted to keep it that way for now.

I was a pacifist after all.

"Don't think I'm lying to you."

I spoke once again. Kiryuin was staring at me with a heavy expression, her silence was quite intimidating.

Though it feels funny when I remember I can literally burn her to a crisp with a single flick of my fingers.

"Huuuu..."

Kiryuin took a deep breath and walked around my room with her fists clenched. She definitely wanted to punch me.

"Explain. Why can't women become Dream Weavers?"

"It's because Dream Demons are made of Yin Energy. Only men with sufficient Yang Energy can deal with them."

"What?"

"Look, I'll explain this only once so listen carefully." I acted annoyed and sat up, "The source of Dream Dungeons is the Dream Qi present in the world. Dream Qi itself is a form of Yin Qi. The foundation of life is Yin and Yang. Yang Energy is fierce and hot while Yin Energy is cold and silent... Do you follow?"

Kiryuin nodded and I continued to explain, I was personally fed up with this farce myself but too bad it was necessary.

"Men have an abundance of Yang Energy and Women have an abundance of Yin Energy. When a woman absorbs Dream Qi which is made of Yin Qi, it naturally overflows. You'll simply die. That's why men with an abundance of Yang Energy, like me, can absorb enough Dream Qi to use while balancing it at the same time. The more Yang Qi one has the greater amount of Dream Qi they can use."

Kiryuin frowned, "So there's no way I can use Dream Qi?"

Hearing that I paused and looked hesitant. The sharp Kiryuin caught my expression as I expected.

A small smile formed on her face as her cherry-pink lips parted, "So? Is there?"

"Well, there is one but are you sure you want to listen? Don't blame me if it's unpleasant."

"Oh don't worry, how unpleasant can it even be?" Her smile grew wider and I felt my heart tingle with excitement.

"The only way to use Dream Qi is to have Yang Qi which counters it but as you know women don't have enough Yang Qi. So you tell me, is there a way for a woman to get Yang Qi?"

Kiryuin was surprised and her eyebrows twitched as she connected the dots. The look on her face suggested that she finally unravelled some deep mystery.

"So that's why you were saying that raping me was for my own benefit."

The way she spoke without hesitation was quite arousing, to be honest.

"Yup. You'll have to have sex with me every day until you become proficient in handling Dream Qi. Once you're able to prevent it from overflowing inside your body you can become a fully fledged Dream Weaver."

"Everyday sex for supposedly miraculous powers..."

Kiryuin's lips twitched, and she continued to walk around the room in circles with a pondering look on her face.

Kiryuin was in deep thought.

Everything was fishy, the whole Dream Weaver, Dream Qi and Yin-Yang nonsense felt like some third-rate novel's fantasy power system.

The problem was how well connected it was to everything that happened till now. His explanation was so ridiculous but after thinking about it Kiryuin had to admit that it made perfect sense.

She cast a sneaky glance at Tatsuya and felt a bit miffed. He was looking at her curiously as if wondering what choice she would make.

Kiryuin had to understand the consequences of the choice she was going to make. Hypothetically she could become a Dream Weaver by sacrificing her dignity and pride by having sex with him every day.

Kiryuin recalled the heated session they had in the Dream Dungeon and felt a tingle between her thighs. She ignored it and continued to think.

To be honest there was no reason to become a Dream Weaver.

Why should she?

If not for the fact that she could actually use the 'Heal' spell in real life she would've ignored him and stayed as far as possible.

But having tasted the thrill of fighting against the monster Kiryuin felt her heart race. Even if she wasn't the one fighting, the bloody figure of Tatsuya who repeatedly came to her for healing stimulated her desire for excitement.

She already had everything she needed in life.

That was the consequence of being privileged. There was really no 'struggle' and a life without 'struggle' was a boring one.

Only those who had actually struggled could and would appreciate a struggleless life.

To Kiryuin Tatsuya didn't matter much. What she really cared about was wanting to fight a Dream Demon on her own.

She wanted to have a share of the excitement!

She wanted to be a Dream Weaver!

There was no need for her to become one but—

Kiryuin took a deep breath and calmed her pounding heart. She looked at Tatsuya before letting out a smile.

Tatsuya raised a brow and asked, "So? What's your choice?"

Kiryuin didn't move and stood silent for a few seconds. The smile on her face was a little eerie.

Just as Tatsuya was about to repeat his question Kiryuin jumped him. Tatsuya fell onto the bed and Kiryuin was on top of him, kissing him forcefully.

Tatsuya was a bit surprised, usually, he was the one doing the forcing but this was a nice change of pace.

Kiryuin straddled him while locking her lips with his. Her glossy silver hair made a curtain for them as Tatsuya wrapped his hands around her waist.

Kiryuin's hands were tightly clutching his hair and his head.

She abruptly cut the kiss and raised her head.

She looked at Tatsuya with an intense gaze, a gaze full of desire but Tatsuya knew this desire wasn't aimed at him.

He felt his heart race.

Subduing a proud and arrogant beauty was definitely his favourite hobby.

Kiryuin had a wide grin on her beautiful charming face. She brushed Tatsuya's cheek with her fingernail.

"This is my choice!"
