Chapter 11: Fighters Gather
Her third day at Rimuru's village was an exciting one. After she woke up, around 6 am—a habit formed from constant training, Erika walked out of the tent that she was given, wearing clothing made from brown pelts. From the little she's known him, Rimuru was a kind soul.
Though she was devastated when she found out Rimuru was indeed a man. He talked about it in his euphoric state, after eating about ten pounds of something called bulldeer—not to be confused with deerbull, which was in fact a different animal.
Erika couldn't help but wonder if there were actual bulls and/or deer in this world. With a shrug, she headed to where Rimuru told her to meet him.
Reaching a secluded and obscenely large mountain-like structure that had a gated door, she, with unexpected ease, opened the large entrance.
Rimuru was sitting in the middle of the pathway, on top of his pet wolf, Ranga.
With a yawn, she greeted them. "Hello… and good morning."
"Yo!" Rimuru, in the form of a slime, waved as Erika came closer.
As she stretched, Erika listened to Rimuru's idea.
"So, last night I did some thinking, and based on what you told me about your ability, you need to learn the basics of electromagnetism."
She nodded. "Yeah… science was never my strong suit."
"Same! But I have some good news for you!" Opening his mouth, a textbook is launched at Erika.
Catching the book with ease, she read the thick book's title. 'Electromagnetism for dummies!'
With a raised brow, she flipped through the pages. She noticed it was mainly many pictures and short but thorough explanations of how electricity, magnetism, and electromagnetism worked on a classical level and a quantum level.
"Wow… Are you sure you're just okay with giving me this?"
With a liquid nod, Rimuru gives a blue thumbs up. "Yup! I made it pretty easily with a skill of mine. But know it's not for free!"
"I hope so, you shouldn't be giving such valuable stuff away like this."
Rimuru flinched slightly at the unintentional barb.
"Yeah… You're probably right about that… Anyways…" He was sweating slightly, almost as if someone had told him the same thing already.
"The cost for the book is simple! With that skill of yours, you are probably one of the strongest people in the area, and with the way things are going, I'll probably need your help in the future. So, if you are fine with it, could you protect the village when I am out?"
She simply smiled. "Of course. And thank you, I appreciate it."
Rimuru scratched the back of his blob form. "Oh, stop, it's nothing." He spoke unabashedly.
Ranga stands up and begins to walk away. "Welp, I'll leave you to it! If you have any questions, just ask! Also, watch out for the monsters deeper inside!"
As they walked through the door, he yelled one more thing. "Have Fun!" And the gate shut.
"Uh…" Looking around as the darkness settles in, the surroundings somehow become visible again.
Pulling up her status sheet, she read through her abilities.
[Intrinsic Skill]-[Rabbit Woman physiology]
[Description:
You possess the physiology of a humanoid rabbit — a hybrid structure that blends the agility, reflexes, and sensory acuity of a rabbit with the anatomical versatility of a human. This trait manifests in enhanced lower-body musculature, acute hearing, neural pathways optimized for twitch-response movement, night vision, and instinctive awareness.
Whether born from nature, augmentation, or something more mysterious, your rabbit-like traits give you distinct advantages in speed, escape, and perception.]
[Extra Skill]-[Magic Sense]
[Description:
This ability lets the user perceive their surroundings in 360 degrees by using Mana as a sensory medium, interpreting the behavior of magicules to process light and sound into clear spatial awareness. It enables vision in total darkness, awareness without relying on eyes or ears, and even a third-person perspective.
The user can detect intent in speech—regardless of language—and transmit thoughts through sound. However, the immense data flow can overwhelm a normal human brain, making the skill's range and effectiveness dependent on the user's mental processing power.]
[Unique Skill]-[Focus State]
[Description:
By calming the mind, the user enters a trance-like state. In this state, the user can achieve complete focus on a single objective. While this ability is activated, the user does not suffer from the mental effects of ability use or from the mental abilities of others.
While in the [Focus State], the user is able to make full use of abilities with instinctual ease, despite actual mastery.
If the user loses focus, this ability deactivates, promptly ending any and all abilities that may be harmful to the user to prevent overloading the mind.
This ability may be used any number of times, the only cost being the action of calming the mind.]
[Unique Skill]-[Beast Master]
[Description:
All animals and monsters with a smaller magicules pool are naturally drawn to the user and are easier to befriend. Animals and monsters will be more likely to follow commands, and if commanded with enough magicules, will.
The user is able to create animals and monsters of creatures they befriend. While not exact duplicates, they hold all skills below that of a unique status. To create said creatures, the user must use the amount of magicules their creature has, plus an additional 20% to create their body.
Created creatures are permanent and living creatures loyal to the user.]
[Unique Skill]-[Floramancer]
[Description:
The user gains the unique ability to grow, command, and take shape of any and all plants. Once the user encounters a plant, it is permanently added to the user's plant creation pool. The user has full dominion over plants they create, able to mature seeds in seconds, command movement, and even speak with plants.
Any plant that is controlled by another can only be controlled if the user has enough magicules to overpower the original controller's power.
Plants require physical requirements for growth, such as nitrogen and water, and in some cases, magicules themselves.]
[Electromaster]
Allows you complete control over Electromagnetism, a fundamental force of the universe. Your range, power, and precision in manipulating electromagnetism are unmatched.
Slowly reading every detail, she was a bit surprised by the abilities she was given. Erika knew [Electromaster] was powerful, but she didn't think her other abilities would be strong too.
Her [Focus State] made sense, though the mental fortitude it offered was surprising; she was glad it translated into the system well. [Beast Master] and [Floramancer] also seemed pretty good.
After reading Magic Sense, she guessed that she should only use it while in her [Focus State].
Placing the 'Electromagnetism for dummies!' in her inventory. She focuses her mind with practiced ease.
With one goal, find the limits of her power.
As she stepped, the world around her rippled with invisible and unnoticeable power. Like the soft waves of a calm lake, electromagnetic energy passed and filled everything in a 100-foot radius.
As if testing the waters, Erika slowly walked as electricity ran up her body, sparking and branching slightly in the air. Her brown hair floated as her eyes turned white with power. With each passing step, the waves spread out farther and farther.
Raising her hand, rocks and boulders dislodged from the ground as if they weighed nothing. Each object around her arced slightly with electric discharge as the magnetic waves bounced, spun, and reverberated off of each other.
Feeling the largest boulder in her grasp, she softly closed her fist and turned the stone to dust. The dust, red hot from the sudden change in atomic structure, released waves of heat. As the heat spread throughout the cave, it cooled as it came close to Erika.
Feeling the dust, Erika begins to spin the cloud of particles, creating a tornado of debris that sucked in all things not in her grasp.
With the squeeze of her hand, the tornado froze as if it were a picture.
Walking past the frozen scene, animals watched in awe and fear. With her waves now fully encompassing the cave-like structure she was in, and the mountain outside of it, she breathed in and out.
Her breath fogged the air from the heat in her lungs, the electricity that began to rumble in her veins.
The ground beneath her violently shook and loudly cracked far below. As the mountain shook and the ground trembled, Erika spread out her hands and slowly lifted.
Following her hand movements, the mountain tore itself from the surface, taking the entire cave system along with it as if ripped through soil and dirt.
Stalactites and stalagmites fell and crumbled from the vibrations, though the tremors quickly stopped, the damage inside was done.
The mountain and cave system was lifted a foot above the ground. With Erika's arms still low, she decided to place the geographical area back in its place. The ground below shook as it was placed back where it belonged.
Releasing her Focus state, the electricity dispersed from her body, and the magnetic waves receded.
The natural state of things having finally returned to normal, barring new topographical changes, Erika breathed out and breathed in.
Looking around with her vision returning to normal and the waves settling around her, she noticed the monsters and the animals cowering around her.
Watching the creatures cower, her heart squeezes for a beat. 'That was a bit more than I expected, and I can definitely go farther, but these cuties look to be afraid of me now.'
Raising her hand to a giant armored lizard, she calmly tried to call it over. "Pspspspsps." Slowly crawling forward with its head down, the monster cautiously meets the rabbit woman.
Her hand touches the creature's armored scales, and she carefully pats its head.
With her menu open, she noticed a small notification pop up in the corner. She also noticed there were quite a lot of them as well.
The notifications listed off the various animals she had befriended over her lifetime. It even listed some of the monsters she met. It held the names of specific ones like Rimuru, Gobta, and Shuna.
From what she could tell, though, she didn't have nearly enough magicules to create Rimuru or Shuna; she could make Gobta, but that would take almost everything. Her skill [Beast Master] showed that she could also make generic monsters and animals rather than specific monsters.
She could make hobgoblins, slimes, and Tempest wolves, but she couldn't make Ogres or Armored Lizards (Armorsaurus). Because of her lack of magicules.
Erika had a similar list for various plants and other flora from Earth, though these don't have magicule costs.
Walking out of the cave system, she is met with Rimuru and an Army of hobgoblins riding tempest wolves. The Ogres, now Kijin that Rimuru had named the day prior, are also there, armed and ready to fight.
Rimuru, with his mask on and in his human form, jumped off Ranga. "What the heck was that?!" His androgenous voice cracking mid-word. "What kind of monster is in there?!"
Erika tilted her head. "Monster? Uh… I only saw an Armorsaurus in there."
"Then what made the mountain float?!"
Somehow shocked at his surprised voice, she pointed to herself. "Me?"
They froze.
Rimuru stepped forward and moved his mask to the side. "Look, for now, I think you should hold off that skill of yours. It seems… Apocalyptic… I am sure the magicule cost is no joke either."
Erika nodded, then looked at her menu. "I didn't use any magicules for that ability, but I'll focus on my other stuff."
All of them held their breaths.
The wind stopped, the animals quieted, and their hearts stopped for a minute.
Rimuru's eyes bulged out cartoonishly, then his face went blank for a moment. With a sigh, he looks up at Erika. "Yeah, let's focus on your other abilities."
With a shrug, an idea comes to Erika. "Sure, I figured out I can make plants from Earth, and for some reason, I want carrots."
"Figures." Suddenly, Rimuru's eyebrow raised exaggeratedly. "Can you make rice?"
-------------------------------------------
As the week went by, it became more and more apparent that something was coming. And the importance of learning how her abilities worked became more and more evident.
After spending another day in what is known as the Sealed Cave, Erika learned some interesting things.
First, she found the unbelievable potential of her [Electromaster] ability. Though she was only on the first chapter of the [Textbook: Electromagnetism for Dummies!], as it was now known in her inventory, the idea of static electricity alone was almost scary in its potential.
Not to mention the other principles she could learn.
It even led Erika to think that she might be too overpowered.
Second, while most of her current abilities don't rely on mana or magicules, the skills she did have, like [Beast Master], did. And after talking to Rimuru, she found that she did not have much in the way of magicule reserves.
Returning to the village, Erika heard that they had been visited by a group of lizard men. Some pompous guy named Gabiru demanded that they join the fight against the incoming Orc invasion.
They were promptly kicked out. But as the day turned to night, a meeting was held by the current residents of the village.
A meeting to discuss the Orc in the room.
Stepping into the council room, all fell silent. Ever since what was now known as the floating mountain incident, the monsters in the village could no longer meet Erika's gaze.
Though only days earlier, they had been friendly with her, the power she possessed still weighed heavily on their mind.
The only ones who could look at her eyes were the Kijin, the Hobgoblins directly under Rimuru, and Rimuru himself, who was in his human form.
Waving to her like nothing happened, Rimuru flags her down to sit next to his right, much to Shion's disagreement. Though she remedied this fact by standing behind him.
Rimuru, sitting his with knees up on his chair, looked at Souei. "How many are we looking at?"
Souei has a silent, shadowy figure, with piercing blue eyes and a calm, unreadable expression. Quiet, disciplined, and fiercely devoted, he embodies stealth and loyalty.
Putting his hand to his temple, he nods. "I count 200,000 Orcs making their way through the Lizardmen's territory. The main army is moving north along the river, while the detached force scouted ahead."
Lifting his tea cup, Rimuru found himself staring into the dark liquid. "200,000… It's hard to even imagine that many."
Kaijin is a stout, broad-shouldered dwarf with a thick beard and a no-nonsense glare. A master blacksmith with rough hands and a sharp mind, he wears practical armor smudged with soot and metal dust.
Bringing his hand to his face as he thought, he looked at Rimuru. "Orcs are not known to be very intelligent creatures, but to hear them moving in coordinated formations sounds troubling. There may be something other than instinct guiding them."
Setting his tea cup down, Rimuru speaks with a cold tone. "A Demon Lord, perhaps?" With a sigh, he continued. "If that Gelmud guy who came to the Ogre village is involved with this, then… Well, there is no proof of that now."
Benimaru looked on in silence, as thoughts converged in his mind.
"Demon lord?" Erika spoke confused.
"Oh, yeah. Demon lords are running around in the world." Rimuru looked to Erika with a sheepish smile, only to be greeted by more confusion from Erika.
Erika frowned, absorbing the weight of their conversation. "A Demon Lord sounds dangerous…"
"I don't know if a Demon Lord is involved with this, but…" Benimaru looked at Rimuru in the eyes. "It would make an Orc Lord's appearance likely."
A Hobgoblin at the end of the table raised his hand. "I believe caution would be wiser than optimism in this case." He spoke, looked to the people around the table, but avoided Erika's eyes.
Souei suddenly stiffened.
"What is it, Souei?" Rimuru spoke with concern.
He looked to his master. "One of my body doubles was given a request to speak to you. A Dryad…"
The room looked shocked, except for Erika, who was still confused.
Rigurd, a very muscular Hobgoblin who has been given a majority of the managerial duties for the village and the former chief, spoke in disbelief. "Hasn't it been decades since the last sighting of a Dryad?"
Rimuru, looking pleasantly surprised, nodded. "F-Fine. Bring her here."
"Sir."
A green flash of light shines throughout the room, and a small sapling sprouts on top of the table. The plant grows and expands until it blooms into a woman with green hair, vines floating around her like tendrils.
She looked at Rimuru and Erika and bowed slightly. "I am Treyni, a Dryad. I have come before you to make a request." She stretched out her hand as if asking the two to take it. "Please, oh Ruler of Monsters, oh mountain lifter, defeat the Orc Lord and save the Jura Forest from this ensuing calamity."
Erika blinked. "Mountain lifter? Wait, that's—"
Rimuru smiled sheepishly. "You kind of earned that nickname earlier."
Erika looked to Rimuru, who shrugged.
"Sure. Why not. I have some terms, though."
---------------------------------------------------
The hall stretched endlessly beneath a skyless ceiling, a cathedral of celestial gold untouched by shadow or flaw. Its towering columns, hewn from divine metal, shimmered like sunlight woven into form—each one carved with flowing script and angelic figures locked in eternal motion, their wings unfurled across the pillars like ripples of light.
The floor was mirror-like, forged of flawless marble that reflected every step in softened brilliance. The air was warm, still, and reverent, filled not with sound, but the impression of music, as if choirs had once sung here and their echoes had soaked into the walls.
Above, the vaulted ceiling arched like the firmament of a forgotten world, its surface inlaid with radiant constellations that pulsed gently with divine rhythm. Every beam, every panel, every inch of the vast structure gleamed with purpose, as if it had been crafted not by hands, but by will, forged in perfect unity with heaven itself.
At the far end of the hall stood a gilded gate, massive, awe-inspiring, and impossibly detailed. Its surface flowed with interlocking patterns of gold and white fire, etched with sacred seals that flickered like living light. It did not merely block passage; it commanded reverence.
An angel flew through the holy hall, ten wings flying with precision and without waste. Slowly descending to the ground, metallic boots slammed to the marbled floor with haste.
Moving towards the gate, the blond angel pressed his body to the door, slowly opening it.
Inside the room, the sound of a slam reverberates throughout and escapes from the crack in the door.
"We cannot allow this! For our youngest brother to leave? To venture out into that cesspit? If you were not the one to bring this up, I would have asked to throw out the request! Can you not see the opportunity before us!?"
The voice spoke like a sword slicing through metal, cold and sharp, but it held a subtle warmth that cared for the one it spoke to.
The door finally opened, revealing the argument raging on.
"Of course I do, dear brother. But you of all people should know his growing strength! From his own accord, the longer he resides in residual mana, the stronger his magic becomes! After only fourteen days, he has absorbed a tenth of Father's energy left in the highest level of heaven!"
The voice that resounded, steadfastly, sounded like bells ringing from the tallest church, a sound that could quell the flames of hell.
The light from behind the door shone brighter than any light, reminiscent of the sun above. As the angel's eyes slowly adjusted, the room became visible.
As the gilded gate parted, the golden light within spilled outward like liquid dawn. Beyond lay a vast circular chamber, impossibly bright and breathtaking: the Council Room of the Sixth Heaven.
The walls curved upward like the inside of a celestial sphere, every surface crafted from polished gold veined with threads of white fire. They did not merely shine—they radiated, casting a soft, all-encompassing glow that illuminated the soul as much as the eye.
Suspended in the air, four great golden tables floated in perfect alignment, forming a cross around the center of the room. They hovered effortlessly, unmoved by time or weight, their surfaces etched with divine symbols that shifted faintly—each rune alive, speaking silent truths to those who could understand.
And at the heart of it all, rising from a platform of concentric golden rings, stood the Throne of Judgment.
Unlike the walls or tables, it was not polished gold, but an ethereal sky was contained within the material. It was tall and solemn, with no ornament—none was needed when compared to an unknowable sky. The throne pulsed faintly with power, the heartbeat of heaven itself, as if it were not merely a seat, but a vessel for the divine will.
Within a room where legends only dreamed, three of the Four Great Seraphs argued and battled with words.
As to why they argued?
What else could it be, other than their newest sibling?
With a voice resembling a divine flame, one of the three twelve-winged angels spoke up from behind a floating table. "Brother Michael, Sister Gabrial, I understand both of your concerns."
The new voice quieted Gabrial, who spoke like church bells, and Michael, who spoke with an aged edge.
"Dove, our father's last gift to heaven, has grown impeccably. I have trained him, at Michael's request, and have found his ability to wield light and holy energy unlike any other. A true contender of even Father's control."
Uriel, like his brother and sister, wore armor that god had crafted. It shone with a holy radiance that could make even gods of the sun sweat.
His fire-like hair glowed with an even heavier heat, like lava freshly flowing out of a volcano, and his mane moved even when still. Never leaving his hair, but always in motion. His ash-like skin and orange glowing eyes matched his fiery appearance.
He looked to his protective brother. "Michael, Dove's strength grows by the day. Soon, he needs to learn not just how to wield it, but to test it."
He then looked to his proud sister. "I adore our youngest brother's strength as much as you do. I have seen his growth firsthand. But we cannot throw him to the wolves. We must care for him."
Placing her gauntlet-covered hand to her breast plate, she pleads with Uriel. "Which is why I shall go with him! I shall ensure his growth and protection if he needs it."
Nodding to his eldest sister, Uriel looked to Michael. "If Dove wishes to be of use, then we shall let him. Let him reunite Excalibur with the Aid of Gabriel. Dove's appearance has reinvigorated all of heaven, and for the first time in millennia, the choirs are singing with joy."
Michael sighed. "Of course they are, dear brother. They can feel Father's presence, we can feel it… I can feel his presence, but I can't help but feel ashamed. In his absence, my inability to wield his system has led many astray." His eye began to water. "I can not lose him again, even if a ghost of him."
Floating closer to his eldest brother, Uriel embraces Michael. "I understand, Michael, but we cannot stifle his growth either."
Gabriel hugs the two of them, creating a loud clanking noise as their armors crash together. "I will protect him; none shall come close to taking him away from us."
Slowly releasing each other, three of the Great Seraphs look to the messenger.
Looking up from his kneeling state, wiping a tear away from his eye after listening to the scene before him, he speaks. "Lord Greats, Lord Raphael tells of Lord Dove's advancement with light manipulation."
Slowly meeting the ground, Uriel spoke to the kneeling angel. "Then, shall we go, Terion?"
-----------------------------------------------
In the air, stationary, unbothered by gravity—as if it were a suggestion—Dove sat afloat. His face unmoving, like a statue carved from stone, he was motionless.
His mind was focused, and his body was tensed.
His ethereal wings outstretched, reaching out into the endless horizon of the Garden of Eden, the fourth level of Heaven. They were large and seemed to be mismatched for his body. Dove's wings looked to have belonged to a giant of giants.
With his legs crossed and his hands grasped together in prayer, his mind reached out in hope to another. Not to god, but to a lost friend.
He was told of God's death, and in truth, he was saddened by it, but he was displeased with the effects it had on the world at large.
During the Great Abrahamic War, the Fallen, the Angels, and the Devils were locked in a war that tore holes in reality.
Holes that let in the elder gods, which resulted in Great Red and Ouroboros fighting them off. And found Ouroboros feuding with Great Red.
As the war came to a close, during the final battle between God and the four original Satans, and after God was forced to seal away the Red and White Dragon Emperors, God drew his last breath.
With his death, the system that managed the Abrahamic faith grew out of order, leaving prayers unanswered and the faithful unprotected.
Malice and sin flooded into the world and empowered the devils. Always unsatisfied, a power vacuum was created in the Devil faction, from the deaths of the Satans, and the Devil Civil War came soon after. This bloody war pushed humanity to its limit and started the First World War.
A war that dragged all into it, the natural and the supernatural.
Man, unprotected and pushed to the wall, they fought with what they had. But in the process, they destroyed their greatest weapon.
Excalibur. Forged in Avalon, with the might and knowledge of God, the weapon that was created to protect humanity from its enemies was shattered by unknown means at the end of the war.
Seeing the despair, Michael decided to take his father's throne in an attempt to protect humanity.
Unprepared and without the proper means, his power was crippled. Wielding only a percentage of his father's strength, Michael shielded all he could, but it was already too late.
The Ancients of his world had a similar war, though he was unsure of the involvement of the supernatural, he knew that another war was on the horizon.
Dove knew not of what came next, from what the others in the group chat had told him, he should seek out the shards of Excalibur.
Around his floating form, his holy aura created a large, faint silhouette, a knight created by his holy energy.
A small crystal of light formed in front of him. It was small and delicate, as if a harsh wind could blow it apart.
As the sun beat down on the crystal, it absorbed the light and reflected it in a condensed beam. The beam shot forward at the speed of light and punctured a block of stone. Then the iron behind it, steel behind that, and platinum behind that.
The beam moved forward into the horizon.
The crystal of light stopped shining the condensed light, and the light construct slowly disappeared, having served its purpose.
A slow clap opened his eyes, and he looked to see where the sound came from.
"You have come far, Dove. Creating another technique as well. One that will be a terror if combined with your Starry Sky." Uriel continued to clap in genuine amazement.
Dove touched the ground gently, and his ethereal wings retracted. His aura receded as he contained his mana.
"That is the idea. How did my older siblings take my request?"
With a hmmpf, Uirel could only shake his head. "As well as you thought it would. Michael doesn't want you leaving the nest, and Gabriel is still looking to fight. They have agreed to let you go, but you are to be undercover."
With a short nod, Dove understood the need for secrecy.
Uirel rested a hand on Dove's shoulder. "You will be placed at the University of Oxford. There, many of the young warriors of the faithful have gathered. You will lead them to the lost fragments."
"And Gabriel?"
"She will watch from above. She will be giving you her blessing of protection. When your life is in danger, she will come to your side in an instant."
Removing his hand, Uirel turns away. "You leave soon. Best ready yourself, the world outside of Heaven has yet to recover, and danger lurks."
Turning back to Dove, he speaks before leaving. "Remember, brother, you are not alone. All of Heaven will stand by your side." With a flash of light, he was gone, and Dove was left with his thoughts.
With a thought, he opens his menu and reads through his status sheet once again, hoping to better understand his ability.
[Energy Hoarder]
[Description:
The bearer of this gift becomes a lossless conduit, storing all energy that would otherwise be lost to entropy, whether it be friction, heat, backlash, stray magic, or ambient energy. Every fragment absorbed is gathered within the user's soul, forming a limitless reservoir of potential. As this well deepens, the bearer's spiritual strength grows with the accumulation. This stored energy may be shaped and unleashed at will, in any form accessible to the user, turning the user into a living engine of reclaimed power.]
[Light-Based Weaponry]
[Description:
The user can create and wield weapons made of light, such as spears and swords, which are particularly effective against devils. Doing such requires mana, amounts of which will vary with complexity and the number of light constructs.]
[Mana Core]
[Description:
This organ produces arcane energy known as mana. This energy can be used to fuel spells and abilities that require it—the size and quality of the organ correlate with the mana produced.
While humans do have such an organ, due to their magical nature, their presence is metaphysical.]
[???? Angel Wings]
[Description:
The user now has a pair of ethereal wings that can be moved like an extra limb. Due to the magical nature of these wings, the number of pairs of wings that the user has increases with natural mana capacity.
The ???? Angel Wings are ethereal in nature, a representation of the wielder's soul. Capable of ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????.
These wings can manifest at will, but are still limbs of your body.]
[Holy Aura: ???? Angel]
[Description:
The user can make their pool of mana tangible. Doing so takes the form of ???? and allows the user to mold their mana into holy magic at will.
The user can make those around them feel the weight of their soul and/or mana, causing ????.]
He looked again and again, but he found nothing that would lead to the Azure Comet. Now that he has become essentially an energy bank, he could use the Azure to its limits, but he was reincarnated without his other half.
All Dove could do was wait. Wait for her to find him, as she always did.
He then looked to his accumulated energy. With his ability [Energy Hoarder], he could see a numerical representation of his energy.
On a blue bar under his name, '15,473 Units' was displayed. It also read, '1 unit = Average Human's mana capacity.'
From his testing, he found that one unit was equivalent to five basic lances of light, or one of the crystals he has been developing. Though it would require an additional unit to shoot a beam of light if it were at night.
He found in the menu, his race was labeled as '???? Angel.' It troubled him somewhat. It meant that either the system couldn't determine what kind of angel he was, or it didn't want to tell him.
Both possibilities were troubling.
Shaking his head, he began to think of his current objectives.
'Right now, I wish to help Heaven. And to do so, I will reclaim the shards of Excalibur and reforge them to their former glory. I'll need all the experience I can get with these new abilities.'
He reads through the group chat and re-reads the Mission. He types, 'I'll join the mission, anyone else?'
