Upon returning to Saikai Academy, August arrived at Natsuki Minamiya's office. However, today, there were three additional people present.

Two familiar faces—Yukina Himeragi and Koyomi Shizuka from the Lion King Organization—were joined by another woman with a ponytail. Natsuki Minamiya sat calmly, sipping her tea.

August's gaze swept over Yukina Himeragi, causing her to shrink back involuntarily.

After receiving a scolding from the head of the Three Saints, Koyomi Shizuka, Yukina had realized how foolish she had been before.

Sayaka Kirasaka, standing beside her, wanted to retort but was silenced by a single glance from Koyomi. At this point, causing further trouble and souring their relationship any more would be irreparable.

"You must be joking, Lord August. We admit our previous mistakes, but such things will not happen again. Additionally, the entire building where Instructor Minamiya resides has been purchased by the Lion King Organization as a gift of apology."

August glanced at the property deed and related documents on the desk, offering a faint smile.

Money was never an issue for him. While an entire building was indeed valuable, to August, it was nothing more than a number.

"To be honest, I've always seen the Lion King Organization as ungrateful wolves that can never be tamed. I genuinely don't want anything to do with you."

These words were practically a provocation, but Koyomi Shizuka remained composed.

Even though Sayaka Kirasaka was on the verge of losing her temper, Koyomi swiftly used an incantation to restrain her, giving her no chance to speak.

"You must be joking, Lord August."

"If you want me to accept them, there is one condition."

"What is it that you desire, my lord?"

"It's simple. If either of them can fuse with this, I'll accept them."

With that, August took out the Commandment of Gluttony—a sphere of condensed dark energy, etched with intricate symbols representing sin. The moment it appeared, the overwhelming darkness emanating from it was enough to make anyone uneasy.

Especially Koyomi Shizuka, Yukina Himeragi, and Sayaka Kirasaka, who specialized in anti-demon magic.

Seeing such powerful darkness firsthand, their instincts pushed them to reject it.

Koyomi fell silent, now understanding why August had offered it.

The artifact was undoubtedly powerful, but the restrictions were significant. Whoever fused with it would become August's servant, with their life and death entirely in his hands.

Natsuki Minamiya shot an annoyed glance at August. Just last night, he had tried to convince her to fuse with it.

Now it was clear—his true intention was to control whoever accepted it.

"I am willing to fuse with it," Yukina Himeragi suddenly spoke.

To her, everything that had transpired was her responsibility, and she felt obligated to bear the consequences.

Beside her, Sayaka Kirasaka grabbed Yukina's hand tightly. However, due to Koyomi's binding spell, she couldn't speak and could only express her disapproval through her expression.

She would never allow the person she cherished most to become this man's servant, bound to him even in life and death.

"Are you sure? Once you fuse with the Commandment, everything about you will belong to me, including your life. No matter what I command you to do, even if it goes against your will, you must obey."

"I'm sure."

Without hesitation, Yukina nodded firmly.

Both August and Natsuki instinctively turned to Koyomi. This girl had been thoroughly indoctrinated, though she might not even realize it herself. In their eyes, she was no different from the other operatives trained by the Lion King Organization.

Facing their scrutiny, Koyomi's expression remained unchanged.

After all, within the Lion King Organization, young priestesses, Sword Shaman, and War Dancers were numerous. They were raised precisely to recruit and bind powerful individuals.

Across the world, many influential figures and leaders were surrounded by operatives from the Lion King Organization.

These girls were taken in by the organization at a young age, given knowledge and education, with the ultimate goal of becoming perfect tools for political alliances.

"Since you have decided, then it's yours."

With a casual flick, August sent the Commandment of Gluttony floating toward Yukina.

Taking a deep breath, Yukina cradled the Commandment in her hands. Moments later, it merged into her body.

"Aahhh!!!"

In an instant, a surge of dark energy erupted from within her.

She collapsed to the ground, letting out a heart-wrenching scream.

Sayaka Kirasaka, filled with worry and distress, held Yukina tightly in her arms. Hearing her agonized cries, she felt as if her heart was shattering into pieces.

The process of accepting the dark energy and the curse of the Commandment was excruciating. After all, Yukina was merely human.

The transformation and reconstruction of her body brought with it unimaginable pain.
