"Hyuga Clan, are you sure?" Jiang Chen's voice held a note of surprise as he listened to his sister on the phone.

He had expected her to choose the Uchiha Clan. After all, the Uchiha Clan offered a much clearer path for advancement, both in the early stages and in overall development, without any drawbacks in potential.

While the Hyuga Clan had a high ceiling, reaching that ceiling was no easy feat. Their initial strength was not particularly impressive. Even with the Byakugan pushed to its limits, the Hyuga Clan could at best reach the peak of the Second Tier, and even attaining the Third Tier was uncertain.

In contrast, awakening a Mangekyō Sharingan could propel someone to the peak of the Third Tier, just a step away from the Fourth Tier.

Given Jiang Xi's impatient nature, Jiang Chen thought she would definitely opt for the Uchiha Clan.

"I'm sure," She replied confidently. "I don't want to deal with that group of lunatics. The Hyuga Clan is much better. Besides, didn't you say that if I obtain the Ōtsutsuki Clan's bloodline ability from the moon, I can evolve to the Tenseigan? If that doesn't work, I can always fuse a large number of Byakugans. With all the research material I'm giving Orochimaru, if he doesn't create tens of thousands of Byakugans, it'd be a waste of my login."

Her cheerful voice rang through the phone.

"As long as you're sure," Jiang Chen said, trying to mask his concern and asked back. "And did you remember everything else I told you?"

Hearing her confidence, Jiang Chen decided not to press further.

For most people, the Uchiha Clan would naturally be the better choice, but for Jiang Chen, both options had their merits. The Hyuga Clan also offered a relatively safer path. He had recommended the Hyuga Clan for a reason.

"I remember everything," She replied before saying. "Brother, I have to go now. Teacher's asking us to gather."

"Good luck with your login," Jiang Chen said with a smile.

"Same to you, big brother."

With that, the siblings ended the call.

Jiang Chen gazed out at the morning sun streaming through his window, took a deep breath, and a smile spread across his face.

"It begins."

He quickly packed his belongings and said goodbye to his parents.

"Xiao Chen, don't be nervous."

"You'll definitely succeed."

"Remember to stay safe."

Under the worried yet encouraging gazes of his parents, Jiang Chen waved goodbye and set off for school.

DaXia No. 8 School, Transcendence Class

When Jiang Chen arrived, most of his classmates were already there.

"Why are you so late? Today's the day of the second login!" Yue Yang whispered as Jiang Chen made his way to his seat.

"There's still an hour and a half before login starts," Jiang Chen replied with a puzzled expression on his face.

"How are you not nervous? Most of us need to complete the Main Mission this time," Yue Yang said, eyeing him curiously.

"Nervous about what?" Jiang Chen asked, genuinely confused.

"You're hopeless."

"Never mind that. By the way, you were right before. Whether I can complete the Main Mission this time depends on you. Don't mess this up for me!" Yue Yang said, leaning in and speaking in a low voice.

"Relax. Do you think I'd set you up?" Jiang Chen rolled his eyes. "But remember, when you enter the Marine Headquarters, don't slack off. If you get eliminated, you've got no one to blame but yourself."

Yue Yang nodded confidently. "No problem! Trust me, I'm not going to slack off. You can count on me."

But Jiang Chen shot him a skeptical glance.

"Hey, what's with that look?" Yue Yang retorted, his voice rising in mock indignation.

Before he could say more, Luo Qingzhu appeared at the classroom door.

The moment she entered, the classroom fell silent.

"The Login process is about to begin. I trust everyone is prepared," Luo Qingzhu said, her voice calm yet commanding.

"I won't waste time repeating myself, but I must emphasize one thing again: surviving the dimensional login is the most important thing. If it doesn't involve the Main Mission, do whatever it takes to stay alive. Only by surviving will you have the opportunity to gain extraordinary abilities, even if you've already completed the Main Mission."

"If you die in the dimensional world, you will lose the ability to log into that world again. While you can still log into other worlds, most powers from different worlds aren't compatible. Growing quickly after that will be far more difficult."

Luo Qingzhu walked to the podium, her serious tone echoing through the classroom as all eyes focused on her.

The weight of her words made even those who had already completed the Main Mission tense up.

The initial login was critical for everyone. It wasn't just a way to gain extraordinary powers— it determined how far one could go in the future.

As Luo Qingzhu had explained, the amount of time one could spend in the initial world dictated the growth of one's extraordinary powers, shaping their future trajectory.

"That's all I need to say. Head to the Dimensional Center now. Best of luck to everyone," she concluded before leaving the room.

As their class teacher departed, the students began standing up one by one.

"Let's go! We need to hurry over!" Yue Yang exclaimed, grabbing Jiang Chen by the arm.

"What's the rush?" Jiang Chen grumbled though he allowed himself to be pulled toward the Dimensional Center.

Other students followed suit, heading toward the same destination.

'Dimensional Center'

When Jiang Chen and Yue Yang arrived, the area was already bustling with people.

However, it was clear that compared to the first login, the crowd had thinned significantly— almost half the students were absent.

As the two stepped into the center, they immediately noticed the somber atmosphere.

A burly figure once again blocked Jiang Chen's path.

"Jiang Chen!"

Li Linfu's eyes burned with anger as he glared at Jiang Chen.

"Good dogs don't block the way. Haven't you heard?" Jiang Chen glanced at the figure he had previously knocked down, speaking in a tone of casual disdain.

"You're asking for it!" Li Linfu's face turned beet red, and he instinctively raised his fist to strike.

But Jiang Chen was faster.

Bang!

With a sharp pull of his right hand and a swift knee strike with his left leg, Li Linfu's body bent like a shrimp, his eyes bulging in pain.

Jiang Chen didn't pay him any more attention. He turned on his heel and was about to leave when a cold voice stopped him.

"Jiang Chen, how can you hit someone?" Liǔ Qīngxiá frowned as she spoke, her voice laced with disapproval.

"Liǔ Qīngxiá, don't stir up trouble. It was obvious that Li Linfu started it," Yue Yang snapped, visibly annoyed.

"Even so, you can't resort to violence," Liǔ Qīngxiá replied, her brows furrowed deeply.

"Oh? You have a problem with that?" Jiang Chen's voice grew colder, and his gaze turned sharp as a blade.

"You!"

Faced with Jiang Chen's piercing stare, Liǔ Qīngxiá involuntarily took a step back, her words stuck in her throat.
